From a former Darkcoin supporter, that insanely jumped ship to Spreadcoin like a lunatic (for those who don't know, a lame Darkcoin masternode fork/clone that promised the world with PoS Maternode scheme and failed miserably) ... and now comes back on the opposite field trashing Dash... ... well ... Thats the thing with history. Once recorded it can't really be changed.  How is Spreadcoin doing by the way? What's the dev up to these days ? Relax Ghost, some very nice people are now working very hard on Spreadcoin: Coins, Chaositec, Stonehedge, etc. We owe a lot to some of these people so please show some respect  |

Hola he visto bastantes paginas que te doblan los bitcoins, ojo no me refiero a multiplicar los btc con paginas tipo freebitco.in si no otras que se dedican a doblar ejemplo: Haces un deposito de 0.01 btc y en 24 horas te envían 1 btc o algo así. Esta pagina lo hace por ejemplo: http://www.doublebitcoin24.cfHe visto mas paginas parecidas a esta solo me gustaría saber si esto es fiable o es todo mentira? Si tienes dudas, pásalo a Euros o Dólares y tendrás tu respuesta ejemplo: ¡He encontrado un sistema infalible para doblar tus Dólares! Los dólares se pueden copiar fácilmente, enviame 100$ a c/etc en un sobre y te devolveré el doble en una semana. ¿Te fiarías? Pues esta estafa es (más o menos) la misma. |

Le he visto alguna vez en la televisión, y no le conozco de nada. Pero vamos, que una persona tan joven se dedique a emprender, a formarse, a producir y a intentar crear empleo, es lo más que se puede pedir. Que al final las cosas no salen como uno espera... pues ocurre continuamente. Puedo asegurar que crear es una empresa y hacerla exitosa es realmente difícil. Influye la preparación, el saber hacer, saber venderse, los contactos, estar en el sitio adecuado en el momento adecuado y mucha suerte. También, por la propia competencia para hacerte un hueco en el mercado, y segundo porque te fríen a impuestos y a papeleo: impuestos trimestrales de renta e IVA, impuestos de sociedades, registro mercantil, llevar la contabilidad según la normativa con todos sus cambios y un largo etcétera. Al final he llegado a la conclusión de que los emprendedores son personajes que no caen especialmente bien, que en los pocos casos en los que triunfan son mirados por muchos con recelo y que tienen bastante de héroes aunque en la mayoría de las ocasiones el resultado final se limite a pérdida de dinero, de tiempo y de esfuerzo. Por aclarar mi postura: Yo no tengo nada en contra de los "emprendedores", de hecho yo mismo me podría considerar uno de ellos si la palabra no estuviera tan contaminada ideológicamente. Lo que me molesta de personajes cómo este Pau (y lo he escuchado varias veces) es que su discurso es profundamente conservador y reaccionario. No es un discurso exclusivo de esta persona. Por resumirlo en 2 puntos: 1.- Se basa en el individualismo a ultranza: el "genio individual" con su "gran idea" en lugar de hablar de espacios colaborativos, cooperativas de trabajadores, sumar esfuerzos entre personas, etc. 2.- Culpabiliza a los ciudadanos de su propia situación (el texto lo explica perfectamente): En el neoliberalismo económico las personas que no tengan éxito y no desarrollen esos supuestos talentos serán culpables de no haber tenido pensamientos positivos, de no haber creído suficiente en sí mismos y de no haber vendido su imagen. No se culpa a la sociedad, el sistema o las dificultades de la vida. Se culpa al individuo. Si no tiene éxito, él es el culpable”. Although i really your site , i dont like the whale with the hat, sigar and mouchtache. I think it gives the wrong message to the broader public who enter Dash. Its about monetary freedom worldwide, not about getting rich. The masternode owners support this idea by owning one and thus contributing to this cause. +1 I agree, I don't like this "whale" mood the web page have. The design should focus on the improvements that we have with Dash, and the possibilities to build on top of it, not about earning money. This is absolutely out of focus IMO. |

Odd... whenever my masternode wants to right to mncache.dat the daemon crashes. I will try deleting the file and start again.
Might be useful for others to know, if there client is constantly crashing too.

Edit, usando un poco Google, encuentro esto: CryptoNote also has support for multisig built in, despite the much more limited scripting language as compared to Bitcoin (see Section 6.3 of the CryptoNote 2.0 whitepaper). Monero is "private, optionally transparent". By default, you can get very little information from Monero (you can know that a transaction occurred, but not whence, how much and whither).
But you can decide to give one particular person access to your balance by providing this person a viewkey, a specific string. For the moment, support is limited to MyMonero.com-created addresses, since this wallet is the only one able to take advantage of viewkeys and MyMonero doesn't yet allow reading a non-MyMonero.com-created address (such as an address created with simplewallet). But later, support will be extended to any wallet and addresses.
Another optional transparency feature, hinted at in the original whitepaper but not implemented yet, is auditable addresses.
Finally, we have also considered other methods of allowing for transparency on specific transactions. People want to be able to selectively prove payments on demand and generally open up to transparency in a controlled manner, without everything being linkable and traceable to the rest of their transactions. Imagine the miners were as committed to the dash project? Coinmine still has over 60% of the hashrate. This could kill all credibility for a coin to consistently have over 60% of it's hashrate generating from one pool.
I recall when BTC had this same issue, the community pulled together and miners started leaving the pool responsible.
All this community seems hell bent on protecting are their own feelings and rationale when called out on instamine etc.
If I were smooth or any of the other dash haters I would simply keep calling the community out on their laggard response to a network hashrate distribution issue.
Buckle up, do something as a community, spread the word to your miner friends on dash and tell them to leave coinmine for the time being and join another pool or go p2p mining(it's so dam easy)
Several long-time members have see this coming for a long time and have been trying to sound the alarm. Every time we try, we are completely ignored by the devs and largely ignored by the community. I finally just gave up and figured "why bother?" The possibility of a bad actor launching a "51% attack" against any PoW coin is, to me, doomsday. People like to point out that no rational pool admin would do such a thing, and they are right, for the most part. But what happens if: a) Pool gets hacked. If Target and God knows how many other major corporations with dekamillion dollar IT budgets can get successfully hacked, do you really thing suchpool (or whomever) can't be? b) Pool op is irrational/delusional/destructive. c) Pool op concludes that double spending will net him more income than the pool itself does. Look at exit scams like Evolution--the guy was making insane bank, so stealing everything and shutting down the site seemed irrational. But when he figured out he could make more in one scam than he could in five years of hard work, he took the easy route. I've practically begged devs to explore another model. Proof of Service runs our masternode network--how come something like that can't run our blockchain? I don't know, maybe it's impossible, but nobody even bothers to respond to my threads on dashtalk, so I don't even make them anymore. The only good news in this whole deal is that, as far as I know, InstantX transactions cannot be double spent because they are locked by the masternode network. In a worst-case scenario, that might could be used to stabilize the network until the problem could be dealt with. P.S. A bit of reading between the lines implies that the devs are looking strongly toward the possibility of using the masternode network in their future scalability plans. With the new "sendinstantxto" (or whatever the exact command is), it's now easier to send multiple IX's at the same time. This looks promising.
As I said in the thread about it in dashtalk.org I will propose the funding for a dev to fix and improve the code to p2p mining. Not only for Dash but for the entire crypto economy projects.

Estoy buscando algo de documentación para el desarrollador de Bitsquare (él está muy liado acabando el programa, así que nos tiene a los colegas rebuscando por ahí sobre algunos detalles relacionados con las altcoins). A ver si los aficionados al sistema cryptonote me pueden ayudar.
Me interesa en concreto la posibilidad de hacer arbitraje en monedas cryptonote como Monero. Las preguntas:
- Cryptonote acepta multisig? Algún doc que me lo explique?
- En caso de arbitraje. El árbitro puede revisar el blockchain de la moneda para verificar la transacción? En qué casos?
- Las monedas cryptonote soportan viewkeys?
