801  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think About the Shifting of Bitcoin ETF Approval on: August 18, 2023, 04:48:26 PM
You know, it's crazy how the SEC postponing the BTC ETF decision until 2024 is making everyone hold their breath. I've been talking to some folks, and opinions are all over the place. Some are like, "This delay is killing the momentum. We need that ETF to surge the market!" Others are more cautious, saying, "Maybe it's good to take time and get things right. Quality over speed, right?"

Those people saying this statement is probably new on crypto space. Most likely they just enter during the recent bullrun that’s why they don’t have any idea how SEC can delay for longer period an ETF approval.

Those Future ETF took a lot of time and received multiple delays and rejection from the SEC before it was approved while Spot ETF is much more sensitive topic because user is dealing with the real price of Bitcoin. Don’t focus too much on ETF because it’s a long process as SEC is not easy to give approval on ETF.
802  Economy / Services / Re: 100% Automatic Escrow on Discord on: August 18, 2023, 03:13:21 PM
If you have any suggestions please say it to me here or on Discord!

I think the only for your service to become trusted is to find trusted user here that will test your escrow bit and will vouch on you. Trust is the most important part of your business and even lowering the fee will not help you if you can’t to your customers that your bot is safe to use.

Some user here in the forum paid a sufficient amount of money to trusted escrow just to secure their deal. This show how trust is important over the fee. Low fee will only matter if you already established your bot reputation.
803  Other / Meta / Re: Forum being abuse? on: August 17, 2023, 03:45:36 PM
Keep in mind that he is probably a gambler and also plays substantial sums (2000 usd as a deposit is not a small amount ...)

I understand this and I’m not removing this possibility. I’m just skeptical on this user since he is problematic on multiple casino. I’m also aware that arbitrage betting is being abused lately since this is very popular on Reddit gambling subforum and most of them use much higher amount.

On his case, he only bet few times after creating an account then withdraw.
804  Other / Meta / Forum being abuse? on: August 17, 2023, 01:31:14 PM
There's a user @mumu68 that recently have an issue against one of the casino. He submitted screenshots and evidence about his issue that is really valid. Later on, his case developed and the real issue arise when the casino gave their opinion. In the end, The casino pays the user using their own money despite the red flag suggested to them by 3rd party risk management since the user keeps pressuring them through negative attacks to their brand.

I was about to believe that user really deserved the payment until he recently post another same issue agains different casino. He is now doin again what he did on the previous casino.

He is claiming since 2018 yet he just recently made his first post for the scam accusation against BC.game.

Is his problem is just a coincidence?  Huh

You can read both case on the threads below:
Case 1: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5456655.0
Case 2: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5463365.msg62705064#msg62705064

PS: I made this topic on Meta since I'm concern that forum is being use by potential cheater to pressure casino here that protecting their public reputation. Please let me know if this is correct board.

805  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC.GAME trying to SCAM BLATANTLY!! on: August 17, 2023, 01:19:55 PM
What exactly was the "violation", winning bets? Betby is full of scummy traders, I hope you can switch your oddsprovider ASAP because it will ruin your reputation even further.

You encounter 2/2 same issue on different casino that related to sportsbook. One from Bc.game and the other one is from Dexsports. You manage convince BC.game to pay you at their own expense by pressuring them using this scam accusation but I wonder how come you will experience same issue on different sportsbook if you really doesn’t violate the casino ToS.

I don’t know what you are doing behind but you have something shit going or else you will not have any issue. Your account was created just file a scam accusation to the casino that you have problem. Are you using the forum to get sympathy and pressure casino to get your way?
806  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's 2140. All the Bitcoin is now mined, only mining transactions make $ on: August 17, 2023, 11:41:52 AM
I’m thinking that since Bitcoin price will be stable that time, Central bank will enter mining competition since Bitcoin transaction fee will be in demand and bank transfer will be useless since Bitcoin is possibly a legal tender already globally.

I believe Bitcoin will be the most valuable asset on earth since it’s price will continue to increase everytime the inflation is increasing too. The price will be stable increasing gradually as inflation hits hard the fiat economy.
807  Economy / Lending / Re: Im looking to start lending here on: August 17, 2023, 03:57:27 AM
Think about how dumb your offer is, You are newbie and completely unknown to this forum. You are asking borrower to provide collateral and lend only 50% of its value on different currency while you get 10% interest by just holding your customer 50% asset that remain on your hand.

You can use Exchange address to receive collateral then sell 50% of the collateral to give back to the borrower. You wre just doing the sell part which the borrower can’t do on their own. Nice business! will surely bloom.  Cheesy
808  Economy / Gambling / Re: 0xBET | Crypto Casino 🎲 Sportsbook ⚽ Fast Payouts ✅ on: August 16, 2023, 05:18:30 PM
Welcome to bitcointalk!! Not sure you chose the best name as it is closely related to 1xbet which is considered a scam casino. You are not associated with them are you? I'm also curious if you plan to be active in this thread as you have a disclosure posted

Combination 0x Protocol and 1XBet is probably their inspiration to come up on this name since they emphasize 0x like the protocol project name brand. May

@0xBet, I try to register and complete the info for the 30 free spin. I’m currently stuck on the email verification because the verification email doesn’t arrive on my email despite I received already an installation of the app email which means I input correct email on registration. I check already my spam folder and resend email verification multiple times.
809  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What resources do you have for members who may be dealing with addiction? on: August 16, 2023, 05:05:16 PM
My question to everyone here is that if a member is hooked to this addiction, is their any resources to help that member. If not then what exactly is this community offering? I believe
if such a resources is available it should be on the pinned message. The next thing would be to always update it regularly, as things change quickly in gambling.

Seek professional opinion and schedule therapy if you are already has a sign of addiction. Reading source material on how to deal addiction is very hard to do if you already have the addiction since you will just be lazy to read and just gamble instead on your free time.

Most of the user here can give opinion but none of them or very rare that actually deal gambling addiction. I really suggest to go with professional to properly deal with the addiction problem since we have different trigger and traits to solve our addiction problem.

Welcome the gambling discussion board.
810  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can a transaction in a 6 block confirmation removed on: August 16, 2023, 04:58:48 PM
Let say if a transaction is being sent immediate you can't reversed it because you had initiated the transaction

False! Unconfirmed transactions are not set in stone, it's not just about being reversed, it's about them not ever getting confirmed or being dropped out of the mempool after a while for being a low paying tx, that's the whole reason most exchanges or gambling sites wait for at least 1 to 3 blocks to confirm your deposit.
It's one thing to not be concerned when the one doing such tx is you between your wallets, a different story when accepting payments from a stranger.

Exactly, I have same experience like this during the mempool is full of unconfirmed transactions. My transaction dropped because it falls out on the range of transactions to be purge.

I have no idea on how double spend works on unconfirmed transactions but this the risk of the casino that credits unconfirmed deposits. A user can double spend his unconfirmed deposits if he lose already his balance on gambling.
811  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC go above $30,000? on: August 16, 2023, 04:18:52 PM
With the provided link and the picture you can tell for you self if the price will go above $30k or not https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/#Chart

What exactly your interpretation with that price chart and the link you provide? It doesn’t make sense at all to determine what’s the next move of Bitcoin. One thing is for sure here that Bitcoin will surely surpass that 30K psychological barrier since Bitcoin ATH was above 65K.  That 30k level was breach multiple times in the past before the ATH reach so breaking it while there’s already a higher price target achieved is very easy. The on,y question here is when.

Your chart only shows temporary price action. I don’t know what your specific position with this comment but the chart doesn’t provide useful information to determine the next move.
812  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling discussion effect on: August 16, 2023, 02:43:28 PM
I somehow find this amusing. I mean you're promoting a casino and bookmaker for sportsbetting so it's only natural for me that you make a bet. You are better than those who post a lot of generic replies and never made a single bet.

This is realtalk. Many poster here in ga,bling section especially the ga,bling discussion board usually post a generic reply and worst part is they are using a very long paragraph which is tiring to read and in the end just a waste of time. I learned my lesson already to ignore those users that post that kind of nonsensical statement with very long paragraph.

Using the service that you are promoting is a great way to gain experience so that you can promote well the company. I think the OP is still on the manageable stage since he can still think about quitting while his gambling activity is just starting to be out of his normal range for tolerable.
813  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Prosecution to use Caroline Ellison notes as evidence against SBF on: August 16, 2023, 02:33:39 PM
Does notes such as personal diary can be use as evidence to a case? Since everything that listed in there is just a personal opinion the owner(Caroline) which makes it a hearsay imho since that is not SBF actual hand writing or anything that will prove that SBF really did it unless there's a picture and proper documentation to support what it's stating.

You attached too a wrong source. Probably, you mean this article https://decrypt.co/152650/prosecutors-use-caroline-ellisons-personal-notes-evidence-against-sbf
814  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mastering the Art of Bitcoin move on: August 13, 2023, 04:42:44 PM
Ever pondered the art of mastering your crypto moves?

I don’t believe on this since Bitcoin movement is influenced by many factors including news and technical analysis. It’s very to master the price movements since you don’t when the news will hit the market.

I think holding is the only way to be consistent on Bitcoin since the price keeps growing ever since it was created. Your life will be much easier if you will just hold instead of buying and selling whenever the market make some move because you might loss or missed out once your timing is not sync with the price movement.
815  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buy Bitcoin in large quantities on: August 13, 2023, 02:06:12 PM
Actually i am confused, i think no one can sell large amount of Bitcoin at discount. Why he will losser. He can sell his Bitcoin on exchanger easily. He can also sell on Binance by using p2p. I think this information has some mistake. Because there are huge Exchanger available and there he can easily sell bitcoin there without any hassle. I am thinking about another risk, like scam risk. Please be more careful about this kinds of transaction. And my strong advice please use exchanger which will more secure to buy and sell this kinds of big transaction.

I think he is pertaining to an OTC transaction which typically the buyer offers a bulk purchase on a slightly discounted price. I believe Binance has this kind of feature for institutional investors that wants to enter the crypto market without pumping the market price.

This kind of transaction are for institutional and not for the normal whales. We are talking about multi million to billion investment here. But I doubt that the OP client is one of them since institutional investors will surely purchased on exchange OTC to make ti legal.
816  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would We Pay Taxes When We Don't Exchange Bitcoin for Fiat Anymore? on: August 13, 2023, 02:00:10 PM
In addition, when converting Bitcoin to fiat currency is no longer necessary, it does not necessarily eliminate the possibility of tax application. Certain circumstances may require users to report earnings from cryptocurrency transactions to the government.

Correct especially on US. Cryptocurrency on US is already fully regulated and you will need to report all your taxes on crypto from your profit/loss even if the user doesn’t convert to fiat or else you will face some charges when the IRS audit your exchange account.

I remember before that many people in crypto ask for a regulation on crypto as safety for there investment. Now it’s already backfire since they are paying taxes and can’t hold Bitcoin without any report sent to the IRS.
817  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Failed to submit review and also did not refund the payment. on: August 12, 2023, 05:34:54 PM
Based on the information on his profile and his post history, he is from the Philippines but not sure which part. yeah, I agree that he could have informed Royse777 about his situation if he was affected by the recent typhoon that hit the Philippines or he could have just refunded the money after failing to submit his review instead of scamming.

I remember seeing him on our local section since he was very active before when he still enrolled on signature campaign. He is also actively promoting Bitsler on our local board and casually bump the Bitsler official ann thread even though he is not officially part of the team.

If I’m not mistaken, He was once involved on commotion before with Icopress on one of the review campaign he was involved. He is asking the payment immediately afte he post his review. He was showing some sign that he might gonna run at some point but I never thought that he will throw his account for a mere 90$ while he can earn this easily on signature campaign.
818  Economy / Economics / Re: All millions are from real estate. on: August 12, 2023, 04:43:32 PM
Millions is on real estate but all billions is on the technology/e-commerce market which is far more diversified than real estate. Real estate business or investment is only advantageous to thise country with high rate of urbanization since most of the people is looking for house due to limited land properties availability.

I really like Real Estate investment too but it just required huge capital while the risk of making your money sleep on a certain property for a long time while it's value depreciate due to property damage overtime makes me skip and just focus on business industry that not prone to physical damage due to age.
819  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin is centralized, will it still have value ? on: August 12, 2023, 02:35:39 PM
in conclusion, Bitcoin value is derived from its decentralized nature, which is closely with it's ideal, and any move towards centralization could fundamentally alter it's core and diminish it's value proposition.

You’re right about Bitcoin value derived from its decentralized nature but most importantly was Bitcoin is the first coin who introduced blockchain technology that makes this decentralized nature possible because there’s a lot of shitcoun nowadays already has same feature and the only difference of Bitcoin to them is the Bitcoin creators is not active anymore and they are the first mover in crypto.

Without the things that I mention, Bitcoin is just like any other and it’s value will not grow to the current value.
820  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Timing and Trading on: August 12, 2023, 02:25:18 PM

Note: Timing is everything to trading.

First of all, You need to know which time frame works best for you. Examples of time frame include; 1 min, 5 mins, 15 and 30 mins, 1 hr, 4 hr, 1 day, 1 week etc. Please note there are time-frames in between.
To actually know the time frame that works for you is to practice trading my advice is to use a demo account. The time frame that gives you more profit fits your personality in trade.

There’s no such thing as time frame that works for you since the best time frame varies on the specific coin you are viewing. There’s coin and token that is bullish on short term time frame while others moves the same, Choosing your perfect timing based on your preference will not gonna properly because it relies on the token you are trading.

Yeah, timing is everything and you should find the time frame and tokens that perfect on your current target goal of trading.
