Unless specified in the original contract a change should void the original contract. If you refuse to sign the new contract I don't see how you are compelled to abide by it.

My home security system is not designed to keep people out, rather to limit their choices once they have made the wrong decision to enter. I can track their movements around the house while I control lighting and locks. Maybe it's because my Dad was a cop that I learned not to fearfully avoid bad guys. We go get them and make them afraid. ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)

The military spends most of it's time trying to avoid war. It is politicians who are eager to go to war, not the military. Soldiers will pay the price and soldiers know that we have not won a war in over 60 years. Supporting the dollar at gunpoint will never work.

A thread ending order arrived over the weekend! Best mil spec rifle? Mine! ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Looks nice. What caliber is it? It's 5.56 or .223 and has the new 1 in 8 twist 5R barrel. I ordered it a few weeks ago and I was ready to wait two years for it. S&W is behind over 100k rifles/carbines. Somehow my dealer got to the front of the line. This will be my build base, but I'm not going to junk it up with rail lights and can openers, etc. I am interested in anyone who will trade your OD or foliage color magpul fixed sights for my black ones. same for a set of three ladder rail guards. I will eventually go with all colored furniture. SPECS BELOW:http://www.smith-wesson.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product4_750001_750051_786010_-1_757784_757784_757784_ProductDisplayErrorView_Y

The answer is, of course, no. This was a mistake and the bank's representatives were acting illegally. Had the owner been home he/she could have denied entry until the sheriff came. At that time they would have figured it out. This was not the evil banks being evil, a simple mistake which the bank is responsible for fixing.

... However, until you find a better defense for a firearm than having one of your own, it's the best we have ...
But myrkul, your forgetting we have legal access to books. I'm sure students who go through ALICE training will be just fine. See link below. http://www.schoolsecurity.org/trends/students_fight_gunmen.html

Sweet! Thank you. Bitcoins and their operations are pretty complex for a newbie like me.
It is complex, but a guy like you who is not afraid to ask questions will get the hang of it quickly. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) You can also see any transactions in the block chain here: http://blockchain.info/Just paste your bitcoin address into the search field at the top and a record will be displayed, even if you have not synchronized yet. Cheers, and welcome new peer.

An even more telling development is Heavy Metals absence. I am not accusing anyone of anything, but disappearing rather than explaining these observations is a bit weird.

Wow I forgot about after shave. Haven't used it since my Dad taught me how to shave. I was a very poor and bloody student. ![Cry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cry.gif)

On a loosely related note....
1) The Swiss were the first soverign nation to recognize the independent United States, ...
Is that right? For what it's worth I was in Morocco recently and half the people I met made a point of saying that Morocco was the first to recognize the U.S. But maybe they did not fit the definition of a sovereign nation at the time? I have no idea.

I think I'm done with iPhone. The new competition is getting better every day, and locked phones are worth very little to me.

That's a bummer bro. But remember that bitcoin is not the problem. No more than $USD are the problem with Berni Madoff.

Just a question.
Why would you want a 12 year old to learn shooting?
That is so she can catch up with her American peers who learn at 10. Hell, I owned a gun by 10.

The question to ask first is.. "what is the mission?" Are we storming a city building or taking pot shots at each other in the desert. The right weapon is subject to a variety of factors, most importantly the engagement range. Overall I would want the G3. I have an AK and a very good RECCE AR-15 on back order. But the fact is that military gun contracts go to the low bidder, not the best gun. For example the G36 or the Steyr Aug are great mil weapons that few armies can afford. I think Saudi Arabia still uses the Steyr, but then they use a Lamborghini made vehicle for their transport jeep. (no kidding)

This could be really risky/profitable. I'm going to do some homework this weekend.

I can understand the people who are saying that there is nothing to applaud. It is a sad situation all around. ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) However this a practical matter of defending yourself. Criminals who break into peoples homes know that they are risking death, this is why they try to target the weak and unarmed. This intruder should not be at all surprised to find himself dead taking on a man who has likely dropped the hammer on highly trained soldiers. As far as shooting to wound, this should NEVER be done in a home defense scenario. You should ALWAYS shoot for the heart and keep shooting until the gun is out of his hand.
