821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin high fee has brought dogecoin to limelight on: April 18, 2021, 05:36:18 AM
You're really mistaken if you think all the pumps that has happened in doge market caused by bitcoin high fee, I mean, if you really eager to make a transaction while at the same time didn't want to spend too much on fee there's so many alternatives that's better than doge with less volatility and if you see the pump of doge coin happens right after elon made a tweet relating to doge and it has been like that since the first time elon trying to talk about doge or crypto in general. If you don't believe, try to find doge hodlers maybe in reddit or instagram and ask them, most of them buying it just out of speculation and trying to make quick buck.
822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Poodle token could be the next Dogecoin on: April 17, 2021, 09:47:52 AM
is it the new trend that people make some meme coin with no real innovation behind it that associates itself with this certain dog breed srsly?
Well if you really eager to make this coin be the next dogecoin then try to steal elon's attention that I'm sure gonna ignore any coin other than doge because he himself declares that he's the CEO of dogecoin somehow. Without the shill of a famous person like Elon that has huge influence I doubt it could compete with dogecoin and big fat chance people just gonna stick with doge and not gonna pump another meme coin.
823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My first two ICOs will be Mina and ECO. Good idea? on: April 17, 2021, 07:22:59 AM
Hi guys, please tell me my plan is terrible.
I have gathered that Mina and eco are two solid projects based on my research and general sentiment and also analyst opinion.

I have never participated in an ICO. I figure this is the best way to get in early.

How would I prepare for this ICO. I hear they sell out quickly. Can someone give me a checklist or gotchas that you wish you knew your first time?

Thanks
Mina is a truly great project. Those people who already entered on their ICO and got listed on the pre-sale, I am congratulating them now because Mina will make them rich and gain a huge profit. As far as I know, $0.25 is the pre-sale price of Mina and when it is in the market/exchange, it will reach $19 market price. But there are other projects that should be taking an eye like CLV and TOTM.
The IEO was crazy, in the telegram group there's less than 100K people but in the queue was the people participating was beyond 200K if I remember correctly and it could clearly reflects the demand, though there's some rumour going around that the coinlist queue could be tricked somewhat and one account could get multiple queue number but idk whether that's true or not. when it got listed in cex for trade ASAP. I was planning to buy mina at IEO and man I got the queue number of 143K guess my only option is just to buy through cex though it's gonna be like race of buy order because a project like this could go up so easily with the flash pump at early listing. Hopefully though I could still buy some.
824  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who among these altcoins can reclaim their previous ATH? on: April 17, 2021, 01:27:20 AM
I guess it's LTC. The other coin don't have that much potential nor being discussed a lot as potential investment neither. XMR on the other hand being targeted by the government even IRS offers bounty for those who can crack the blockchain of this anonymous coin. If it's not LTC I'd prefer other newer altcoins with better potential, the reason I was still fond of LTC because it was my choice for sending money considering it has less fee than BTC and it's like these coins that you mentioned just can't compete anymore with coins like BNB or ADA maybe because the decrease in their community or something else.
825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH and BSC on: April 16, 2021, 08:42:35 AM
It defintely will crash and burn. Okay at least crash an never revisit those highs, remeber that we have has similar situations with bitcoin cash and btc.. the eth fees will go down and the bsc will lose its relavency.
It seems that the BSC will not just disappear when ETH costs have decreased and stabilized at a low rate, because they are basically on a different path so that investors and new project developers can make the choice of which one they will choose for their business.
I think so too, BSC has been building its own ecosystem this past year quite well so many dapps released in there and also defi but you see the main reason why people switching over to BSC because the whole blockchain was meant to be alternative and it's not impossible that many people gonna go back again.
Though, never underestimate the power of an exchange that dominates like crypto market around the world, they could make a project that was initially not popular become so popular it got pumped thousands of percent once gets out to public and available for trade, pretty sure they can keep BSC alive aswell.
826  Economy / Economics / Re: Can the government hijack Bitcoin? on: April 16, 2021, 07:33:19 AM
Bitcoin is known as to be the biggest cryptocurrency. in some countries it can be used to purchase goods and services and some see cryptocurrency as a threat.

if Bitcoin comes to be number one currency in the world today, can it  be hijack by the government?
Technically governments cannot do anything about bitcoins as long as INTERNET stays decentralized. But, governments may impose all kind of regulations on all types of crypto related entities. But, when people get into P2P level of transactions alone then government restrictions will become void. So, there are less possibilities for governments to hijack bitcoins in any means.
They could probably intervene with the ISP and tell them to block any bitcoin websites but honestly most of governments aren't that competent and usually it's also hit and miss since it could create another problem in the future as well and when it comes to P2P as you mentioned just try to look at torrent out there, despite all the effort being spent to keep people from torrenting illegal file they still can't do anything, the only thing they can do is just to find one by one who's accessing what and bitcoin p2p gonna be a lot more complicated than torrent.
They just not gonna able to contain crypto and block it because it's basically out of their abilites.
827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be on the lookout for ethereum this April on: April 16, 2021, 05:03:26 AM
definitely expected considering people have been waiting for the HF and we get more and more close to london hardfork that implements EIP1559 to solve the gas problem once and for all.
But just wait until london hardfork happens, the price of ETH gonna be increasing like crazy since that means functionality of ETH isn't get crippled like it is right now and that means people who migrates to BSC gonna come back again to ETH
including the defis and dapps, just matter of time, i wonder whats gonna happen to BNB in july though because the hardfork will indirectly affects the coin due to BSC " not really needed" or maybe they gonna stay the same.
828  Economy / Economics / Re: Coinbase has started trading in NASDAQ minutes ago on: April 15, 2021, 10:16:46 AM
Now that Coinbase has been valued at double digit billions, we have to wait and see what investors like Warren Buffett have to say about it.

They have always shied away from accepting Bitcoin's value due question the underlying fundamentals. Coinbase with its 56 Million customers should give them some reason to derive a valuation. If the stories of the Dot com unicorns and their stock appreciations are anything to go by, Coinbase can be one of the best long term investments.
I would expect warren buffet to be he last person in earth that's gonna praise any crypto based company like coinbase, heck I even thinking that he just won't be trying out crypto investment like at all, he just doesn't really good at making investment when it comes to tech based companies let alone investing into crypto based company that makes people's head gonna explode just learning the technical. Let the old man drinks his lovely coke and enjoy his belief I guess.

Now that Coinbase has been valued at double digit billions, we have to wait and see what investors like Warren Buffett have to say about it.

LOL.. I don't expect any change in the stance from Warren Buffet. He has become more and more grumpy with his age and he still can't fathom the fact that an innovation that he derided earlier has now reached a market cap of $2 trillion plus. His recent statements also confirm that his stance is unchanged. That said, I need to ask you why you guys are so desperate to get the attention from this guy. IMO, we don't need his certificate or endorsement.
exactly, warren buffet ain't elon musk of investment. there's far better insightful investors out there why always limit ourselves to warren buffet lol. doesnt make sense.
829  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which tokens have a future? I need 3 of them on: April 15, 2021, 09:33:03 AM
Seriously, you shouldn't take any financial advice from some stranger, even CZ in his tweet keep giving disclaimer that his tweet which discuss about the price of this specific coin is not a financial advice because the risk is always there and trust me you gonna regret hard
when things didn't turns out as you expected as in the market there's always loser and winner. you could be the former or the latter
But, still I gonna mention those 3 coins that have futures and all of them are : BTC, ETH, & BNB. what else do you think have brighter future than them while relatively low in risk? I guess very few.
830  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sovryn - price prediction when public sale will be open on: April 15, 2021, 06:08:10 AM
now its rate already reached 73K satoshi and I still think it's kinda undervalued since they got this far just by using their own trading platform, imagine if listed in multiple exchanges more specifically centralized exchanges. though I really hope the trading platform they have really become famous like uniswap.

Then maybe evetually it can reach ethereum price Grin
Definitely could, their circulating supply as of now only 2,37 mln which is faaar below ethereum total supply but i think the only thing holding back sov from being bought by people is because not many people could use RSK and it's kinda complicated. but when it hits cex maybe the price gonna go up significantly aswell. so many popular investors backing this project, it's obvious how this coin gonna turns out. not to mention if the team could market the project really well.
831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When do you expect the Altcoin rally? on: April 14, 2021, 09:52:37 AM
Altcoin rally is not started yet. Look and do research to altcoin and compare to 2017-2018 altcoin price, it is just getting in to its real price and now we are sitting in 2trillion dollar marketcap. The real altcoin rally will start after we stop bitcoin bullish which is still on it now. I am pretty sure we can easily reach $100k btc.and after we reach peak btc start going down.
I think that's not true, so many altcoins have been pumping like there's no tomorrow and if you compare current price and it was when we're still in bearish, we already up and have ROI of hundred or maybe thousands times for coin that aren't top 10 so altcoin more or less already happening.
Even try to see doge price chart, it's already pumping so high the bottom price looks very deep. Doesn't make sense to say that the altcoin rally hasn't come yet.
But if bitcoin bullrun keeps going on maybe we gonna see phase 2 of altcoins rally.
832  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If BNB will reach $500, what's next? on: April 14, 2021, 07:46:16 AM
Binance coin set its sights on the throne of ethereum. bsc network continues to expand at the same time, the volume during the day has increased enormously in recent months. I think the binance coin will reach the 1000 dollar price range very easily.

Yes, it has surpassed the price of 500 dollars and even ath has reached 640 dollars. Will the next target be realized?

I think the bsc network has a long way to go still
quite opposite I personally think that BSC is somewhat already on its peak, I mean with all the rugpulls from Defi and most of people already knows about it but not all project from eth migrating to BSC.

I would love to think that there's another speculations for bnb to aim for $1k when there's a good outcome after all pumps happening. Binance development gather more attractions to different holders who is not thinking to own binance as another potential asset. Missing this chance is a big regret for someone who doesn't trust bnb coin.
There definitely will be some people who gonna push further the ATH and hoping for $1K like how doge before even reaching the current price they already set $0.1 but the question is whether that price sustainable for long term or just flash pump.
833  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB hits record high at $638 today. Will Standard Protocol be the next BNB? on: April 14, 2021, 06:26:02 AM
If the projects or coin you mentioned has no backing as large as BNB then just forget about it becoming the next BNB. the success of BNB itself thanks to binance that already has really good reputation among many people who uses cryptocurrency due to their services. If it's a new coin that has no community base, maybe they could catch up to BNB another decade which gonna be a really long time except they have many popular investors behind them.
834  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Thinking more what should I buy more? on: April 13, 2021, 10:07:29 AM
Shouldn't buy any of those because those sounds like shitcoins,, doesn't mean to offend but the crypto market here isn't lacking any potential coins that have legit devs and promising future not some pump and dump coins and some of them that I've targeted are SOV, CSPR, and MINA. I know they are still locked and not traded yet but definitely better than those coins you mentioned and tbh, dogecoin is far better investment than those coins you mentioned.

XRP on the other hand as people have mentioned already reached its peak price I assume therefore not really good choice.
835  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB Burn is coming on: April 13, 2021, 09:18:06 AM
The price is still going up but I think it is risky to make an entry at the moment since the burning will occur soon. I had bought during the dip even though it is near its recent ATH since BNB is the apple of the eye this season. Aside from it's use case BNB aims to solve the high price of ETH transactions which makes it one of the best platforms today and one of the best long-term investments one can make. I will not be shocked seeing BNB surpassing Ethereum in the near future.

Possibilities will always be there, because we all know that their are many potential coins in crypo.  As what we see now the price is changing which means that high price will coming soon. This will be the most awaited day to those people who followed BNB and holding it for a long time.

Possibilities always there but BNB market need the money or capital to pump the market and it's not coming out of thin air. I think BNB pump will be unsustainable within short term but if it's long term I'm sure the price could go up very high as there's the burning and the capital coming from the IEO held by binance that usually force peolpe who wants to follow to use BNB instead and I do agree with some people that BNB could have higher price than ETH since the burning definitely gonna reduce the total supply of the coin.
But at the meantime despite the coin burn, I'd be very aware of price dump.
836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What the best wallet for Litecoin from your point of view? and why? on: April 13, 2021, 06:54:43 AM
Just use trezor, i've been using it for 2 years and still counting, it performs really well and smooth, the built is solid.
But, what you mean with "best" wallet here? based on its reliability or convenient?

I would prefer an ordinary mobile wallet like trust wallet if i'm gonna use it for making frequent transactions because it's just convenient and if it's just peanuts there's no need to go as far as buying hardware wallet or if you feel uncomfortable with storing your coin in a smartphone, just use desktop wallet.
but if it's reliability the obvious answer is hardware wallet like trezor. just choose based on your preference and needs.
837  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Forget about ETH Era, We are on BINANCE Era right now!!! Long Live BSC!!! on: April 12, 2021, 09:34:45 AM
Yeah, BSC projects are selling like a hot cake too right now but whether it's gonna replace ETH era or not, just wait until ETH 2.0 fully implemented and we'll see whether the quality projects gonna be coming to BSC or ETH.
but it seems the projects that are in BSC and listed in binance really follow the pattern of BNB price movement and most of their launchpad projects has been very succesfuly recently, though their method of launchpad like commiting BNB, staking it, etc really such a huge pain in the ass and moreover I don't have the guts to buy right after listing because it's just too risky in my opinion. guess that's a wasted opportunity.
838  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid been carried away, it's never going to be bullish forever on: April 12, 2021, 06:34:56 AM
I mean, who plays the string? if it's those big players like institutional investor they are HODLing hard and as far as I know they are the one that holds big amount of capital also one of the main factor that causes this year around bullish market to be so big. Some people think that bitcoin will just stuck in its cycle of 4 year pump and dump but I think that's not true at all, the current bullish market could be the beginning of a massive bitcoin adoption and other cryptocurrencies as well, don't get too fixated on the past.
839  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If BNB will reach $500, what's next? on: April 11, 2021, 11:03:29 AM
It's just Binance that's behind BNB really eager to make the value of this coin going up. All those efforts including burning coin, launchpad crowdfunding using BNB, all the while developing an alternative blockchain to ETH called BSC now it's just getting more and more popular it's just obvious why it gets pumped again and again. Many people also think it deserve the value of $1000, there are BNB fanatics aswell but if you ask me the main cause of pump maybe I'd say it's because the launchpad crowdfunding that uses BNB like a lot, also there's staking etc.

The only thing that holding it back though, the fact that it's centralized, it could go south like anytime.
840  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sovryn - price prediction when public sale will be open on: April 11, 2021, 09:09:50 AM

Only the future can decide for this token mate, because this is a fresh project that will soon to rise. We need to focus with the progress of this type of asset, and when public recognizes it and developers will keeping it more visible at popular trading sites; I think it's one way of making it feasible.

Public already recognizes it, there's promising investors already like Pompliano that brings the hype to the project and have invested into the project. I expected something big when the coin goes to public for trading and it could reach maybe $30 first day, call me delusional but if you think about it if UNI could reach that high, what's stopping this project from doing the same. not to mention it's trading and lending platform bundled.
