8281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: September 14, 2017, 01:41:09 PM
Why? Because Cash is instant payment. Just that.

yeah, if we have cash we can use it everywhere and we can but things we want to buy if have cash. but if we have bitcoin we were not sure that the market accept that kind of payment so we better have a cash in our hands.
Its just really normal to think off that cash is always been used since we do live on this world and yes we can buy anytime anywhere if we do have a money on our pockets this is why its really important.Knowing bitcoins adoptions is still not on its full extent which means we cant really make use of it anywhere but there are some places which you can able to spend it directly its good but on some bitcoin users only.
8282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Effects of ICO ban in China on: September 14, 2017, 12:18:11 PM
Here is an interesting article i came across, it talks about the implications of regulations in ICO's

https://medium.com/@crowdholding/china-ban-on-icos-not-all-doom-and-gloom-74daf814209c

Such honest articles are extremely rare in the mainstream media. For the past several days, the MSM have been churning out a great deal of FUD against the cryptocurrencies, and Bitcoin in particular. And this FUD is mainly targeted at people who are new to Bitcoin, or those who are hearing it for the first time. The concept of ICO is not familiar to most of them, and therefore most of these people misunderstands the ICO ban as a ban on the possession of Bitcoin. And the sliding exchange rate is an evidence of the success of this propaganda campaign.
And now we are already seeing on the effects on those FUDS which weaker hands did really tend to panic and sell out of their coins because of the news without any proper idea on what an ICO afterall. We are diving back again now on 3.6k usd per bitcoin and comes worst we would go back again on below 2k price point which do really sucks to see this low price point again but well these things do really happen on bitcoin this is why we should really expect the unexpected.
8283  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how improve trading on: September 13, 2017, 05:26:37 PM
In order to improve trading all you have to do is experience it. Do trading daily so you can learn how it process, how's the market movement. And don't let your emotion takes you, self determine to learn and also by reading some information will help you to improve your trading knowledge.

Experience is gained trough practice, learning how to avoid mistakes and how to control emotions is part of that. I think that is the best way for improving trading skill, and in same time to read about global happenings about bitcoins, recent drop is due some rumor's and certain influenced people said something bad about bitcoin and if that can move the price trader need to be informed about all that on time if you trade with bitcoins, other altcoins are also vulnerable probably more then bitcoin, so Twitter account is must have if you wish to trade, follow all important people, creators of some altcoins, bitcoin developers, and in recent time others too.
If you do really make trades for longer tries and times then you will really learn something along the way compared on not having an engagement with it.Trading does really need actual work because on this way you will gain knowledge which would help in your trading career.Dont lose hope when you do make losing trades because its always been part on having that thing.
8284  Economy / Economics / Re: Holdings of gold vs Holdings of btc on: September 13, 2017, 04:03:58 PM

I am not sure how many of them are holding the gold or bitcoin but for me, I'm the one who falls in the category of people holding bitcoins. After long time I'm feeling very good about my investment as I have taken right decision to invest into bitcoin. I'm pretty sure that gold holders would be more than bitcoin because come on gold is traditional stuff and it is present there since thousands of years. So that's why gold holders will more. But in the current era people holding bitcoin will be more profitable than the gold people and that is the fact which is most considerable here. Why would bother about this question anyway as you are into bitcoin world now. Experience the hikes of bitcoin which are going on since it has been created. In the time to come bitcoin will be even more popular than gold as we think about this question who is holding more.
I will prefer holding my money in btc because of the high rate if volatility (positively though, not in a negative way) Gold has a low rate of being volatile, so you won’t actually be making profits. But if I hold my money in bitcoin, I will be monitoring the price and will never take my eyes off the market. It can crash anytime.
If you are an active trader then holding bitcoin would be the best thing for you to engage with and i agree on what you said on here regarding on price volatilizes.Bitcoin do moves more than on Gold which we can really make money because the more it moves the possibilities of profits would really be there specially if you are active but its not easy as it sounds because as an active trader you would really be always seeing on the price movement of bitcoin.
8285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Price Might Exceed $1 Million, More Millionaires in World Than Bitcoins on: September 13, 2017, 03:30:31 PM
I think it is hard for bitcoin to exceed $1 due to many reasons. First of all, bitcoin is not the greatest currency in the world, there are still many cryptos out there which is better and greater than bitcoin. Second, fiat will still exist. As long as fiat is still there, bitcoin can not reach $100000 Wink
you believe in the magic of bitcoin? If so then you need to believe that bitcoin can do anything. Including realizing something that seems impossible to be a reality. It's a miracle that no one else can do. Bitcoin is different, bitcoin has magic in every corner.

Bitcoin has a touch of magic. But it is hard to believe this prediction of $1 million per coin due to multiple reasons. If that happens, then Bitcoin will be having a market cap of $20 trillion, which is ten times more than the current US Dollar valuation.
Its too much to consider on those price ranges.Even on reaching out 100k is still debatable or even on 50k price. How much more on 1M.? Its too exaggerated to consider thinking off that it would surpass the marketcap of US dollar. Its an impossible thing to happen. Its not really bad to have some high hopes on bitcoin but we should really be realistic though.
8286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Etoro seems like a huge Scam site. on: September 13, 2017, 02:59:19 PM
You should have done a lot of extensive research about this company first. They have a lot of issues just like yours with other users. A simple google search really wouldn't hurt. I doubt you'd be getting your money back. I remember a guy lost $7500 to this, just this year I think.

I did not do the research, i regret it now.
On other hand, it is such a big company and based in Europian Union which made me think that it cant be a scam.
May i know whats the full name of the site? Since you are mentioning about a trader on here then i suppose you are giving your money to them and they are the ones who do make trades on you?Am i right? Since you didnt elaborate what kind of site is this which i do make some assumptions. If they did give only 65 usd back to you instead of a complete withdrawal with less fees then you would really recieved even more amounts. This is really quiet suspicious movement from them.

To be completely clear.
Site is www.etoro.com
I put on money on this trader, made trades myself ( chose which currencies to buy and when to sell them). Did profit from these trades and then withdrew the money .
I withdrew all of my balance in amount of 420 dollars but received only 80 dollars.
I see the site. The thing who do have problem here is the site why they do give insufficient amounts and thinking of 420 usd withdrawal just only got $80 is bullshit. Where did those other amount go? If we say they deduct some fee then its insane. If i were you dont engage on this site anymore. You are wasting your time.Instead of letting them to trade for you its much better to trade on your own with your own money.Even if you loss its still worth it.
8287  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How much did you lost today, including profits. on: September 13, 2017, 02:30:55 PM
I thought I was the only one who lost on trade, but many people same with me. Since i started trading about 6 months ago I have lost 0.2 BTC included my profit because I play altcoin and the prices of altcoin that I bought is going down, maybe in the future I will focus with bitcoin which is more promising than altcoin

There no winners on trading field buddy! Loses would really be a normal things on this field and speaking on my situation about loses i do believe that i lost for about $5000 over all on my entire trading career which i do believe that i already recovered it as the times goes by because i am getting a better trader everytime i do make trades and gains experience. For sure there are lots of traders who do lost even more higher than me.
Today I do not have such large sums, but the fact is that I'm more careful about tea and the other is also a small amount of Bitcoin. The fact is that in the first place I sell Talking back the etherium and then I sell the etherium on Bitcoin. Of course, Does the difference fall by 5%, then I start selling, But basically I expect good growth.t
Its normal for having those price depreciation knowing bitcoin is volatile when it comes to its price. If you did convert your altcoin into bitcoin then it might still a good move. This is how trading works,we should be wise on the things we do in order to make profits in any move that we do.Failing is always been part of learning but later on you would really got used to it and would able to figure it out on how market works.

8290  Economy / Speculation / Re: Effects of ICO to Bitcoin on: September 12, 2017, 04:57:15 PM
While you can't fully decouple the ICO market from BTC, I'd say the effect is rather limited compared to the effects on ETH. BTC still is part of an economy of its own while ETH is largely used for buying ICO tokens.

Not much unless the ICO already release in exchanger and then people trade the coin using bitcoin, it can increase the transaction volume and that can caused the price to go up, when it has become alt coin then it got more effect to bitcoin
That's why when China banned ICO it makes the BTC price dips. ICO have a big impact on btc. When investors buy plenty of btc to invest into ICO it adds on btc price. Ico attracts more btc users for it is the easiest way to invest in an ICO having bitcoin.

The BTC price dropped because it was reaching a new ATH of USD 5k that was already a strong psychological barrier to begin with. While China's ICO ban may have been a catalysator, this dip still was bound to happen either way.

Recent ICO issues shouldn't have too much effect on BTC in the long run. Once ICOs are better regulated and transparent they should attract more of the "big money" and cryptos will benefit.

We're a looong way off from regulated and transparent ICOs... even if they become regulated, most big money will prefer traditional VC investments as opposed to ICOs.
This is what i supposed to say on which i didnt think off that banning ICO made by China is the actual reason why bitcoins price dips on those times but somehow do really make a trigger to dip too together on the thing that bitcoins price is really already on the reversal side when it didnt able to break the 5k usd resistance barrier.I cant see that this ban ICO cant really affect big on bitcoins price.
8291  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Hashflare Bitcoin Mining Out of Stock on: September 12, 2017, 04:25:38 PM
Does anyone know when Hashflare will get the SH-256 mining back online as they are currently out of stock?
As been mentioned above if they do say that their out of stock then you cant do anything about it and you would really need to wait instead. As suggested why not trying to contact them regarding on your queries? If i were you i wont bother to put investment on this cloud mining schemes because i dont see that this thing is profitable anymore specially on longer runs.
8292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good time to buy BTC on: September 11, 2017, 06:54:43 PM
Now good time to buy Bitcoin?
Please share your opinion.
If you do target for long term then anytime would be the best time to buy bitcoin but if you do make short tradings then for now on the current price is too high and its much better to wait a little more because dips would really happen later on specially on the recent China regulations for sure price would be affected on this one and if we did see the dip then better to buy on those points.
8293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Question about pump and dump groups on: September 11, 2017, 04:55:16 PM
A lot of people say that they are a scam because the admins buy the coins before the pump and then announce the coins and once the price increases they sell them off while the members of the groups lose money. My question is why can't the members also sell their coins after the increase. A small profit is still a profit, right? You can still make small profit with pump and dump, yes you won't make 100% profit or even when 50% but you'll still make a profit. Please tell me why is my thinking wrong.

well most pump and dump groups turns to be a scam. because you didn't know when they dump the coins. if you smart enough sell it when you gain a little of profit. and don't wait for the signal

That's what I'm saying. Make a profit and sell. Rinse and repeat.
If youre lucky enough to enter on those prices which you do see that you earn some amounts then if you are not waiting for the signal and you are wise enough then you would do such thing.Exiting as soon as possible if you do see the chances but if you are completely blinded because of your greed then you will surely wait for their signal but the truth is you are just being used for them to make money.
8294  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Time management. on: September 11, 2017, 04:28:23 PM
Most of us have a daily responsibilities.
How do you manage your time in trading and in bounty campaign as well as researching for the news and updates of your favorite altcoin?
I am an office worker and I am also a student in a private high school. If you think I can not do various activities then it is a mistake. I share the best time possible because my goal is to earn a lot of money. I sometimes spend time with bitcoin on holidays, I rarely use time for holidays and rest. So set the time according to what we want. If yes then Sacrifice some activities that are not important enough.
Sacrificing other activities would really make you have some time engaging on bitcoin but you must not really forget to set some rest time because having lots of money would be useless if your health would be the sacrifice.Just like on my situation i do really set up some times which is really for rest time.Im not forcing too much my body to do things on making me money because health is still precious no matter what.
8295  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: September 11, 2017, 03:24:20 PM
No matter the currency, corruption will be always here. Having only one currency won't change anything or if it does it's only about to increase it. Since it makes it easier. Big firms, for example, are able to corrupt in any currency, in any language, in any country...

On another side, if the only currency is Bitcoin, it can help to fight the corruption. For example, when the population pays the taxes, we could see for what purposes the money is used and where it goes, since transactions are public.

I love the idea but i can still see flaws regarding on this one.Who would be the one to handle those wallets? Who are on the possesion on its access? I bet that argument would really be long for sure. Not all governments on the world wont do nothing about on having the control of such wallet for sure they would really aim on having the power. I do see chaos on this centralization on all the funds.
8296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Where can I get free Waves and Eth? on: September 11, 2017, 02:19:00 PM
Iam new to this campaigns and wallet and my first wallet is Waves wallet and this wallet contains fee I want to know what website I should go to? to get free waves I dont care if its small but its good if I could get the required fee for the wallet.

About ether wallet I don't still get it if it has fee so I want to ask if where can I get free Eth?

To be honest, most faucets are so small that even getting the typical .001 Waves fee will take some time.  It's not impossible, but it may take 20-30 pulls from the faucet to get it cleared.  Probably better off just dropping a small amount of bitcoin into your wallet.

Its true that it takes a lot of time to get 0.001 waves.  But if you really want free waves,  you just have to try hard and visit every hour,  for wavesgo and wavesdrop anyway its free,  you only need a bit of your time. For me,  I got. 01200 waves by just visiting at least 5 times a day when I just a newbie.

Is this really worth it? I think this is just kind of a waste of time. Faucets, after all, are more often than not just taking our time off and receive very little amounts in return. Faucets are more attractive to newbies and beginners but once they got the hang of how the crypto works they will leave them. You better invest a little as a start so that you will have waves. That would take no hassle from you.
Just let them on wasting their time on faucet things since we did really experience such thing thing too back in the past when we are still a newbie and im sure they would find out that this thing would really be worthless and does really such a waste of time later on.For waves you can get it on wavesgo same to those who have said above but for me there are things which is more worth for your time.
8297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn Bitcoin without investment on: September 10, 2017, 07:43:00 PM
If you want get bitcoin without capital.  You can join on bounty.  many projects are running bounty campaigns. you can join but to get their coins then after the division and the coin into the market you can sell it and you will get bitcoin
yes that is right that one can easily earn bitcoin without any investment, by joining a signature campaign.
This is actually the most common thing on earning bitcoin without any investment which totally a good option for you to make.Just pure hardwork and effort they you got paid up by them.Sounds easy but somehow hard to join on them depending on how good you are on posting constructive things. Not only that you can earn bitcoin by joining altcoin airdrops or any bounty programs. There are lots of ways though.
8298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Altcoins Explode After Going Down For So Long? on: September 10, 2017, 07:00:24 PM
yes most will go Kaboom. Market is flooded with coins. Some must drown. Unless you are a fire ant.

Correct, we are in a huge speculation phase. Most coins outside the top 10 in market cap (and honestly, even a handful inside as well) are pure speculation plays, and don't currently offer any huge value propositions.

What we will see in the future - maybe soon - is a small group of coins break away and gain even more market share, while the majority of these multi-hundred million dollar market cap coins fall back into the "penny stock" valuations where they really should be. I think there is still money to be made by selecting a decent top ~100 coin, waiting for a pump and then dumping your coins. But unless it's BTC/ETH/XMR and maybe one or two others, I'm not holding for the long term.
This is really the risk on engaging on any coins in the market on which most of the price is just being hyped up specially to those coins who do have high marketcaps and as expected prices would really go to bottom soon because hype will surely gone and regarding on the image i do really laugh at it.lol. Altcoins with low supply usually have the chances of exploding up since prices can easily be manipulated or pumped up or dump down.
8299  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading altcoin and holding bitcoin which one is more profitable? on: September 10, 2017, 04:27:26 PM
I think trading altcoin is more profitable if you know what you are doing .I personally trade altcoins and at the moment i am all in altcoins just few btc.
Altcoins might be profiting big, but bitcoin gives an assurance or an trust for the holding amount. Majority of the users make an good earning through altcoins and hold those earnings for long term usage in the form of bitcoin. So both were mutually important for a bigger profiting.
Correct, alts are great money makers but are not the best when it comes to storing your wealth long term since most coins disappear after a few years but bitcoin is the first crypto and it is still here so that gives confidence to investors that bitcoin is not going to disappear overnight.

Right bitcoin has been standing strong ever since digital currency was announced and opened. I have also read that despite the may issues that bitcoin had in the past, it has overcome it and have reigned and gain higher intention because of that. Many people are using it but still there are many people who don't know about it.
Yeah, it is kind of a shame that bitcoin has not gained wide adoption yet but at the same time bitcoin is not ready, people have been arguing about the best to way to scale bitcoin and we finally adopted a solution segwit, so I think the next decade in the life of bitcoin will be one of huge adoption.
If Bitcoin has problems, we will SegWit, HardFork, split chain ... and this scenario always repeat make me do not know when is time for Bitcoin improved all!? But I'm trader, so I think do not need care to this issue many much, unless when I hold my Bitcoin for long term, I will consider that.
As an investor those things do really tires me out because even im an active trader i do still have some bitcoins who are really being kept for future purposes and when i saw dips it does really sucks this is why i just let it be.Now on my traders side same as yours i dont really care at all on those events since i do make active trades which everytime theres a news i do somehow anticipated on which where bitcoins prices would go on those times.
8300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 80% of all alt coins in negative % change at the moment on: September 09, 2017, 06:39:23 AM
What you could be the reason alt coins dumping atm besides, China?
indirectly, yes.
there was a lot of FUD in the past 18 hours about China banning bitcoin so a panic sell started. and whenever bitcoin price goes down, altcoins get dumped hard unless they are already being pumped harder. without exception.

Quote
If China even has that big impact. Could it be connected with some of the published news yesterday that local exchanges will be taken down in China?
China has absolutely zero effect.
it is the FUD that affects the market. if China is wiped from the face of the earth tomorrow, i promise you that next week the FUD comes because of another country. possibly Russia. if Russia was wiped from the face of the earth it would be Korea, then another....

but so far China exists and everyone falls for the FUD every time. so it is easy.
Which this fud cycle continues again and again. Its not surprising which those fuds are usually the cause of such price decrease. China might give some effects but its not the thing to be worried of. People do always talk about it and it cant be avoided because we do have our own views or maybe just trolling.  Cool
