841  Other / Archival / Re: Which one is more risky? Skill-based gambling or trading? on: March 22, 2017, 06:31:08 PM
I put them both on the same scale because trading just like skilled gambling requires a lot of or some basic training in order to effect a trade and since they are all probables and somewhat depends on your luck after the skill I think they are the same in terms of risk.
Gamblers and traders both of them believe that they can predict the future, and they seem sometimes to fall into making decisions based on educated guess and with their hearts rather than using their brains, and of course both of them hate losing, but gambling is more fun but it is definitely a more risky use of money than putting it in the stock market, investors and traders have a chance to make more money on the long term because there are fewer downside risks than gambling.
842  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin price is recovering! on: March 22, 2017, 06:14:37 PM
Good news dude !
Bitcoin price is recovering little by little .
From 950 $ some hours ago to 1066$ now !
Buy now till it's under 1100$.
 https://blockchain.info/markets

Good news but dont rejoice too much because bitcoin price that you are rejoicing over that is going higher might just take the reverse bearing within the twinkle of an eye. Although I am equally happy with the ways things are turning out but I dont want to keep my hopes high since I dont want to be disappointed at the end of the day. Lets just keep our hands fold and see how things will turn out.

Nothing is predictable when it comes to bitcoin we just need to go along with the flow and constant market updates and researches to make sure we sell the bitcoin at the peak and buy it during the time when the price drops.
Actually this time I was also worried because the price decreases quite quickly and then it was just keeping to fall and I also sold a little amount of my stack of coins. I though never got too worried because its obvious that if we see the price getting too low then we can wait a few months and then it will restore to their actual value.
843  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BCU or Bitcoin Unlimited for sale at Bitfinex on: March 22, 2017, 03:37:18 PM
OP is right.
We can see some trading on bitfinex in the name of BCU. I guess kind of pre-sale before actual coins to be mined (like ICO ?)

Here is the exchange link of bitfinex : https://www.bitfinex.com/trading/BCUBTC and its chart analysis : https://www.cryptocoincharts.info/pair/bcu/usd/bitfinex

From the chart of bitfinex, I can see it was being traded from March 18th itself.

Here is the description of BCU from cryptocompare :
This is only trading on Bitfinex for now and it involves a Chain Split Token from a current Bitcoin. The actual Bitcoin price page refers to the main chain at the moment. This is only a way of betting on the winner of the chain by Dec. 2017. The other half of the coin is Bitcoin Core page

844  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: March 21, 2017, 04:42:14 PM
The question we should ask ourselves is "on what reason should bitcoin be banned? One if it is that if it is  not being used for money laundering and  used by terrorist organization to transfer fund then bitcoin can not be ban. It is widely being accepted daily.

It is really not just that reason. They can create this technique to manipulate people's and that would be easy considering they can control the media. Just one news can change it all.
It is really the threat for a free currency that they wont have any control with. What would they get with something that is used with freedom and they cant just apply tax easily.
Let’s look at it this way, if for example both north America and Europe both ban bitcoin at the same time that will make the bitcoin price plummet, but if one country ban it that won’t make much of a difference because there would be a shift of the exchanges and bitcoin holding from that country to another, but if enough major countries ban it than the bitcoin will be reduced to a novelty traded item in which neither consumers or clients would be willing to invest in.
845  Economy / Economics / Re: How many Bitcoin do you have saved? on: March 20, 2017, 02:27:35 PM
I have save just a small amount of bitcoins ,i have sold my 2bitcoins before for emergency money,Now I want to save more bitcoins, but I do not have the extra money to buy, I only join signature campaign.

there are many methods to collect bitcoin for free, so no need to panic when you do not have the capital to invest in bitcoin. there are many people who use free methods and succes collect many bitcoin
Yes, just try out of the best methods like signature earnings, try the games and round sections, try some free competitions or maybe even try to get some free altcoins from the bounties and you might really accumulate big amount.

I have been earning these ways since sometime and they seem working, plus I am a bit of developer too so that adds to me earnings.
846  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Planned or impulsive gambling? on: March 20, 2017, 07:33:44 AM
I just gamble whenever I want to and there's no time that I'm going to schedule if I want to gamble.

Mood is a big factor when I gamble, if I'm in the right mood or good mood I will going to gamble but if I feel bad, then I won't.
when you're staying without getting addicted, it will be possible to gamble impulsively.

In initial days gamblers go for gambling only when they are having good mood but over time they are going for gambling to get that good mood. I mean to say they are finding their  refreshment from gambling then they come to a conclusion about gambling like it's the only soothing refreshment for the all types of moods.

No doubts, that conclusion alone will be enough to make a gambler addicted. Till that conclusion, gambler can go as per their wish either planned or impulsive.

848  Economy / Speculation / Re: $3000+ on sight for this year after BUcoin disaster on: March 16, 2017, 11:52:05 PM
Another factor to consider is the fact that a lot of well traded altcoins are moving up, most of them have all gone up by half of their prices so people might be riding that out first then move back to bitcoins.
But in my analysis, there are group of traders meant only for altcoin trading and also most of the traders are having separate capital for altcoin trading and for bitcoin trading so they are not messing up at the same time they are not waiting for one opportunity and hence they do not need to move funds here and there when opportunities are possible.
849  Economy / Speculation / Re: Vinny Lingham - Bitcoin Unlimited (BTU) will be an Alt Coin, BTC will crash on: March 16, 2017, 11:41:08 PM
I read BitcoinUnlimited software is getting crashed due to bugs within it. If this is the case, we cannot expect miners are adopting this option of increasing block size by their preferences. In my understanding chances for hard fork is very very less in near future. Here is the news article on BitcoinUnlimited : https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/caused-bitcoin-unlimited-node-crash
850  Economy / Speculation / Re: Positive news for Chinese players : We are going to see $2000 in March itself ? on: March 16, 2017, 11:34:07 PM
PBOC cleared no banning of exchanges but only close monitoring. Does it mean we are going to see Chinese traders influencing bitcoin prices again. I really want to watch their exchange volumes to outnumber rest of world's.

https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/bitcoin-exchanges-wont-be-prohibited-will-see-strict-supervision-pboc-official
Obviously Chinese traders and investors are going to be an influence but look at what happened without them bitcoin reached such high prices, so I hope this is the beginning of a lesser influence of the Chinese markets on the price of bitcoin for the next years.
Bitcoin never needs manipulators but definitely needs investors. I believe OP must be meaning more players for investment purposes alone. By considering the population and potential of Chinese markets, I am also wishing them to join the party so that we could have huge price level in a very quick time itself.
851  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stop buying! on: March 16, 2017, 11:27:39 PM
Bitcoin is a roller coaster ride and no one can predict what will exactly happen even in next hour either it will go higher or lower the only thing we can do is wait and watch and according to the situation take the decision either to buy or sell as price has gone down today and there is a full possibility that it will go even lower in next few days.
I am not seeing any hard falling for bitcoin prices. Due to the rumours about hard fork, prices fluctuated a little today, but surely it is not the symptoms of starting point of downfall.

We have seen with an prices withstanding etf application denial hence bitcoin has all the requirement of investors to keep its prices stable and up surging in coming days. I am suggesting to keep buying.
852  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: In what to invest $2k? on: March 16, 2017, 10:58:42 PM
$2,000 capital is very huge amount and you can grow it up to $10,000 within a month if you will become a good investor First buy bitcoin as much as you can, put that $2,000 in bitcoin and then buy some cheap altcoins that you may see on poloniex, because even though you didn't know how to trade altcoins and to choose what is a good coin then poloniex got your back because they filter the incoming coins very sensitively so buying coins their will be the best for you. After you buy cheap altcoins there, just hold it for a bit long time because if you do that then you will earn a lot of money.
Are you sure investing in altcoins will worth over time ? LTC and Dogecoins seemed a good trading options some two years back but now they are in negative growth compared to the last two years prices. I guess when new altcoins hit the market, traders will switch to them.

This way I am expecting ETH to get older. I am sure this is going to happen because new innovative altcoins will keep on coming. No one can ignore this.
853  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is unpredictable job. on: March 16, 2017, 10:36:53 PM
Trading can be predictable job if you are good in collecting news about bitcoin and you are also good in reading charts and if you can do both very well then congrats because you can now predict the market and make profit out of it.
But it will not be that easy to collect all the influencing news about bitcoin and interpreting charts very accurately. That is the reason people are failing with their research and analysis of price movements and finding their trading as completely unpredictable. Still professional and experience of traders are facing losses sometimes, it means unpredictable of trading cannot be solved that easily.
854  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: you need to overcome your fear of losing money on: March 16, 2017, 10:21:16 PM
Good trader or investor can overcome lose of money easily especially when it not that big
You mean traders do not need to worry about loss of their capital when their capital is relatively small ?
But people go for capital amount depending upon their potential, so lose of small capital also will make them worried.

Only when you are confident about your trading strategy you can overcome fear of loss because your trading strategy is the key for your success in trading.
855  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How is trading *not* gambling? on: March 16, 2017, 11:56:34 AM
Well, have a trading system that is completely different from gambling. you can control what you seek income from trading. basically trading is simply buying and selling. it is just like buying gold, and wait for the price to be rising. whereas gambling is a game that risked valuable objects.
But you cannot ignore the risk involved with the trading when comparing to gambling. Yes, both trading and gambling has their own level of risks associated with them.

In few aspects, trading is similar with gambling. Level of risk is one of them. When we your neglecting the technical analysis of trading, our trading will go in gambling way otherwise both are completely different.
856  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trading on: March 16, 2017, 06:32:00 AM
In altcoin trading,is day trading profitable or trading on a long term basis?
Since altcoin market is highly volatile and price of altcoins goes up and down in short intervals, day trading would give more profits than long term trading. In the long run, most coins would be dead. So,its almost advisable to do day trading in altcoin market.
When there is the more possibility of profit there will be same amount of possibilities for losses to occur. In altcoin market losses are happening more common because we cannot expect when inside people start dumping. In my experience day trading must be avoided for altcoin markets.

Day trading will be profitable only for well established trading instruments like bitcoin and few select altcoins.
857  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best strategy for dice from faucet - Non self-moderated topic. on: March 16, 2017, 05:55:07 AM
Using faucets just for entertainment purpose and testing our strategies would be the right approach/strategy as most of the faucet earning are very small and could not be enough for withstanding against strategies.
I believe this must be a good idea to make use of faucets when we are not finding ourselves successful in generating any strategy to make profits out of faucets of gambling sites. The people will switch over to entertainment in gambling after they find they are not successful with profit making ideas of gambling. Finally for them, using faucets for entertainment would be the right option.
858  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What type of wallet do you use? on: March 15, 2017, 04:17:43 PM
Just want to ask what the hell is brainwallet?Im curious about this thing since its my first time to hear out such wallet. Among the selection on the poll ive chose webwallet and most people do the same.Ive been using this because web wallets is somehow convenient and accurate to use on daily bitcoin transactions.
I think it's like when you memorize your seed phrazes and they are saved only in your brain, so you have a super safe "brain wallet". Grin
I've heard already about some people who have it like that. The biggest dissadvantage of it is, that if you forget your phrazes or if you die, your bitcoins are lost forever.
Lol your fist line makes me laugh hard. Are you serious ? Then you are horribly wrong. Basically that phrase can be printed and you can give to your kids if you are so worried about it being lost once you die.
Brain wallet though now a day are not much appreciated by the community but still are quite useful.
859  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂ 🎁 The Most Popular Dice 🎁 Biggest Traffic on: March 15, 2017, 04:06:19 PM
Biggest Traffic, indeed, I search your site alexa data.

Global Rank   22,927

India Rank 9,054

Your site is quite popular, maybe the second largest bitcoin dice site after primedice now. Primedice's rank is 48,360, you are over them.
Yes, Bitsler is actually very popular in India because there is a big community from India that gamble there and hence whenever a user joins the site he feels a very friendly atmosphere. I have been gambling here almost since the beginning and I have seen three majority countries that the users come from US, Russia and India.

Yes, Primedice and Bitsler are almost same but Bitsler been providing new features like flash bets and more giveaways are running ahead as of now.
860  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Supertition on: March 15, 2017, 03:38:40 PM
I just wonder if these are not working kind of activities, how people will be following these till today. They must be successful by following some superstitions and that is the reason they are still following them. But it will not work hundred percent but may crack success most of the times imho.
I agree with that reason, otherwise all the people around the world will not be following some kind of superstitions.
In Indian culture people are very much showing interest on astrology and I do hear some people are using astrology for their trading as well as for their gambling.
Still, I'm not sure about their success rate. But they are using it because they are finding it is useful as per their belief.
