8481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alts real world usage? on: June 23, 2017, 10:04:35 AM
Real life usage depends on adaptation, BTC as pioneer in this has most of popularity but i'm expecting that at least top 10 will be added wherever BTC is acceptable. And more some tokens and coins have different kind of funcionality so they will find their users, providing those services. Micropayments, salaries for online work, investment fonds..This is much more cheaper, and requires less processing via tokens than regular ways..
It would really nice to see if there are alternatives rather than on bitcoin only but mostly will surely say why other alternative if bitcoin can handle those services already? They will surely stick into one but in my own opinion its really nice to have other options because they do really have some difference on their features. On this thing we would see those coins who have usage and those who dont have.
8482  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do YOU sell? on: June 23, 2017, 07:01:22 AM
When do you decide to sell?

Is it a sat, a % of profit, or even a randomly thought up number in your head?

I am new to trading Crypto, but when I traded other stocks, I would aim for a certain percentage.
This seems much easier to hit that percentage, but much more risky.

How do you determine when to let it go?
It depends on your bankroll and the goal percentage on your mind. Usually on cryptoworld yoiu can possibly get 100% in a day depending on a certain coins would pump when you last bought but just remember the risk of price volatility which it can cause for us to lose up money. There are lots of coins in the market just carefully choose up the potential ones. Gaining on small percentage by doing short/day trading is also good.
8483  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vitalik openly admits he doesn't trust his creation on: June 23, 2017, 03:10:29 AM
that is what I have been saying for years. developers who don't even invest in their own project by buying it or mining it like the rest of us on even grounds are not to be trusted. because they don't care about their own project enough to do anything about it.
why do you think I like bitcoin, one of the many reasons is that Satoshi mined bitcoin alongside of many others such as Hal Finney who was the first person to download the client.

and right now all these altcoins (ethereum included) are just creating more and more lazy people who call themselves "developers" who just get paid for doing nothing (in case of ether 70 million premined ICO coins) and just sit back and post crap on twitter and enjoy the free millions of dollars they've got. there is no need for them to improve or develop they are already millionaires!

and when this fails, they just start another one from scratch and earn another couple of million dollars.
This is the same in my points of view when it comes to BTC and altcoin which its developer or creators doesnt have any interest even on buying on their own project unlike on Satoshi which we can say that hes really serious on Btc thats why people do loving it i dont know if others do have this same point of view. When a certain coin ends up they can easily start all over again since they do have the money to spend on and  fools that make them more money. This cycle will continue all over again, just like that.
8484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coins are good for a passive income? on: June 23, 2017, 02:36:22 AM
Which coins to stack to get good returns? Not talking about a price increase of a coin itself, that's another topic.
Passive income? I dont think it would be done on every coins we do know since we wont know what direction they would go either on increasing or decreasing way. All of us traders and investors of crypto still finding way to earn money even not on passive income because its nearly impossible for me unless if theres a coin that always increase and not tend to decrease but seeing on most coins in the market we wont see such coin for sure. No easy money on this cryptoworld mate.
8485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I should actually consider investing in 42-coin on: June 22, 2017, 01:43:14 PM
I should actually consider investing in 42-coin, Anyone with past experiences, suggestions? The value of this coin is way out of this world
I won’t invest in that coin, the coin is pretty old and I don’t feel like collecting any of it since there is not that many people that want it either. The name for that coin is pretty nice and that’s about it.

Is there any updates with this coin? Why are you interested in it?

I am not actually interested in the coin, I am actually interested in the value of the coin
Its all the same. hehe. If you are interested on the value of the coins its just the same that you are interested on the coin. In my own view i think its not advisable to put up some money on this coins its quiet old and the interest isnt too high which means price violatility might be lesser or stationary unless if someone decide to pump it up then it would be nice.
8486  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What kind of worst decisions do you take when trading? on: June 22, 2017, 01:26:43 PM
If I go wrong because it is still new in trading, when I was wrong to see and read the MACD chart should I sell instead of buying, I was buying high prices within 5 minutes direct price dropped dramatically.

How did your trading experience make the worst decisions?

MACD is really a good technical tool but it wont work anytime here on this cryptoworld. We do have really in common mistakes for us traders. My worst decision to make is when i do make a panic sell when i saw the coins i bought was dropping and i dont have dont choice but to cut losses,i know it sucks but this thing is really common among newbie traders.
8487  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More than 50 hours and no confirmations : Bitcoin on: June 22, 2017, 12:49:15 PM
What should I do to obtain confirmations?
Thank you all.

Can you post your TXID? Omega said what's also on my mind. There's no other reason for the delay of your TX.

Next time just pay the recommended fee if you are using blockchain.info.

If you don't have an idea on how much is the recommended fee, you can rely to this https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

Edit: Oh there you go, thanks

Well I tried to use viabtc's accelerator and this is what I get.
Code:
Submissions are beyond limit. Please try later.

Gone are the days when you can submit your TX there at anytime. Back then you can just open viabtc's transaction accelerator and just input your tx and you're done. Now it is more complicated. You can only submit at XX:00 time. Since it refreshes every hour. Though you have to be quick as it runs out quick.
You should really be quick and this thing i do first when i do make transactions specially when im using low-average fee amount. viabtc accelerator does really have limits per hour thats why you should be fast. This is only the way i can suggest and most people here the said the same thing. 50 hours confirmation is just short compared to others  Cool
8488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Dogecoin? on: June 22, 2017, 12:19:08 PM
Which is more profitable and most preffered by the many?
You can answer this question on just commonsense and seeing between this two coins i can say that DOGE wont still stand a chance on the King of crypto but DOGE still really have the potential to rise up in upcoming future. Theres no competition among this two coin. The important thing here is that we do make use of bitcoin and choose other alternatives like dogecoin and lots of coins to choose from.
8489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IF ethereum dies... on: June 22, 2017, 11:50:02 AM
If Ethereum dies, will people still trust smart contracts?
This would be the main thing when ETH would die or either dump.People will surely lost its trust smart contracts which means all coins under this will surely be affected. There are really people who do love to see ETH die on the soonest. As been said above if it would die then there are lots of promising alts do exist on the market and i bet you, you cant choose all of them  Grin
8490  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: June 21, 2017, 06:06:55 PM
I think in the presence of bitcoin will reduce unemployment, because searching for bitcoin also requires hard work and creativity, and competitiveness in bitcoin is also high almost similar to work in the real world

What is your opinion this time?

I consider botcoin is a job because you give your time and ability to do work
People at home most have no income. But this online job is an opporrunity to the person wants to have an income. So every person grab this, especially the un employed person is counting as employed because we have also managers that managing our work done.
That your income in bitcoin is based on how you work hard.To the unemployed this is work or a business but to the employed persons this is an extra income.
This is true, you can actually go on both ways either you make it as a main source of income and you can make it as a sideline income which its really a win win situation for us but still we do need to hard work in able to earn money because earning bitcoin does still need work and theres no easy money here online. It can really reduce no. of unemployed people.
8491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 10th of June Digibyte in Minecraft? Will it blow? on: June 21, 2017, 04:31:49 PM
Look at the richest digibyte wallet who owns %20 of the all coins: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dgb/address.dws?1443818.htm

He buys not random, every date indicates support levels of digibyte and he bought 100M digibyte 2 weeks ago. This coin will be more than $1

silent killer whale  Cheesy
What the hell? He holds up 2b? of DGP? Seem like he serious with this investment and will really bring him profits even reaching out 1$ price. He can easily manipulate prices on this current holdings. Speaking with Minecraft knowing that there are lots of players who play that game its expected that it will affect its price. This thread is quiet old already, have minecraft already adopt it?

it was only being integrated into a single server that has nothing to do with jared, and as for that wallet, how do we know its not a cold wallet for an exchange...... and if its not then someone has very deep pockets and a strong vested interest in dgb.....
When you check the history i can say that its not belong on an exchange wallet considering on the behavior of deposits of drb and seeing on the recent ones is its just a gradual dust deposit on the part of entire amounts which i can say that this is really a personal wallet and it has really a deep pocket because buying and accumulating 2b coins isnt a joke.
8492  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex.com is a scam on: June 21, 2017, 02:39:58 PM
COMPLAIN ABOUT POLONIEX HERE: This will put end to their sometimes questionable practices.
BBB website: https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started
If that does not help and IF there is actual fraud being committed...complain here: http://attorneygeneral.delaware.gov/fraud/

Also PLEASE spread this information, post it to all forums you can find, so that we can put a stop to this craziness.
Thanks for the link given for such complaints those sites are also good but we should not come to that point since poloniex doesnt really have a big issue after all.If they are running all the money then thats the time we do make some help from organizations or  case investigators. As of now poloniex is really experiencing problems.Im not residing on poloniex part but its already too deep to consider.

8494  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: are transaction delays crashing Bitcoin prices? on: June 21, 2017, 12:19:41 PM
I am not sure if the delaying of transactions are one of the reason causing bitcoin prices to drop, but if bitcoin does not solve the block size problem soon, I believe there might be a time when some of the users that are frustrated with the long waiting time for confirmations in the blockchain might be switching to altcoins, and this might cause the value of bitcoin to drop.
I cant really see a thing on where delayed transactions do really have relation on sudden price decrease of bitcoin. We all know that the entire network does really have lots or huge pile of transactions which causes for the delay and it has nothing to do with the price. When reaching up again on $3000 the price goes down because bitcoin holders are securing profits or any other circumstances.Who knows?
8495  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Not Garbage, Embrace It on: June 20, 2017, 05:09:24 PM
Embrace and wait for the good future that lies ahead.
That is all I can think of now.
I envy those who hold a lot of bitcoin since the day it was still cheap up until now.
And when I keep thinking about that. It gives me courage to not spend it or sell it.
Embrace the fact that it is really used for illegal currency but still there is good in it. Try to fight it back with those who spreads it so that somehow they would have other things that can think of and might research if it is true.
We do have our own views about bitcoin because we are different on some way.Lets say that most of us do really appreciate bitcoin but there are others who wouldnt like it because of its advantages or any other reasons and we cant blame them since that is their own view to bitcoin as long we do know what we are doing and we know the risk on engaging to bitcoin then i would say it should be fine.
8496  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bittrex problem on: June 20, 2017, 03:50:36 PM
Hi guys,

I couple of hours ago I transferred 2 ETH from one wallet to bittrex, it's already in the blockhain https://etherscan.io/tx/0x0edda1542e33d4cf49a70932e73ea17c9a0378fdc5e5765841d12765e23b9f10
The problem is that in Bittrex the deposit is marked as pending with 22 / 36 confirmations and my ETH wallet now has this notification "Mysterium Wallet Offline : Blockchain congestion detected."

Does anyone know what's going on? Should I be worried about this?  Huh Huh Huh

Thanks Smiley

PS: sorry for my English.

Actually in this is much different from the Bitcoin , because in the usual in Bitcoin we need to wait 2 ?( minimum ) and  6 ( maximum ) confirmation for the hitch receiver transaction but in the case of altcoins we need high confirmation numbers to confirm fully .
In the most of the cases we need 30 confirmation for the confirmation but here you already written that 22/36 it means clearly that you need full confirmation 36/36 to deposit your ETH , so you don't need to have panic or fear to loss , you only needed to wait .
Hope you understand , if not then pm me I will explain you with new mechanism Smiley
Why we should be worried about this one? As long we saw xx/xx confirmation numbers which means transaction is on process and all we need is to wait. There might be delays but the transfer is already sure and those eth would really be credited on your bittrex balance. I dont know whats exactly the reason of the delay but all you need to do is wait.
8497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any tips on how to tell if a coin will flop or not? on: June 20, 2017, 02:24:31 PM
There are plenty of altcoins that would have made a huge profit if we invested into them when they first came out, however there are so many others that just fail. I know that this is just high risk <> reward, but is there any useful tips to make a decent guess as to if an altcoin is worth investing to when it is released?
No one knows and all of us are in guessing game but we can actually make a thing which we can able somehow to see or predict that the coin does have the potential and as posted above you will see good indications first before deciding on jumping on a certain coin.We just need to remember the risk on putting up money on this coins, we might lose some or earn some just like that, this is why we need to be wise.
8498  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AICOIN ICO:: Building Wealth Thru AI & the Power of the Blockchain on: June 20, 2017, 01:25:54 PM
boycott from ALCOIN and i think your project will destroy because your Signature campaign manager behavior is very bad and just enrolling their alt account in your signature campaign .

As much as I respect your opinion, I yet beg to differ. We are working hard and actually delivering a working AI-based model to the community. So, I don't understand how something which delivers what its set out for, gets destroyed. Please don't demoralize our team - it hurts.  Smiley

You are very important to us. And we ensure you that we'll look into the matter.
Even if you looked into the matter it will just prove that his post is a troll. I have joined many signature campaigns managed by yahoo62278 in the past but never had any problems with it, maybe he rejected the alt account of SimpleForum just because of low quality post. Either way, goodluck to your project, I know this has a high chance to succeed. this is yet another new concept which propose an AI cryptocurrency trading concept and is also backed by some heavy names.
For manager, better not to pay attention on this troll he just been angry because he wasnt choosen by yahoo as one of the partcipants of this presitgious campaign. Bitcointalk community do know that yahoo is really a good manager and does really good on choosing its participants on any campaign that he handle. This man is just a hater or butt hurt because hes not been chosen because of shit quality of post.

Back to topic, this project do really have a potential,i will keep an eye on this one.
