Pat could be a  good back court duo with Lillard as he can shoot 3s and can score more than Jae.

That's just probably your personal opinion, but statistics don't lie as Jae Crowder shoots better than Pat Connaughton.

Please refer their respective stats.

https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/c/connapa01.html
https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/c/crowdja01.html

Jae is 43.6% while Pat is 33.9%, that's their last season's average, and if you look closely on the stats, Jae's percentage has improve significantly, which is opposite to what happen with Pat.

I have never seen any altcoin trying to compete with bitcoin because in the end if this is likened to a caste system the actual difference remains very different because bitcoin is the king and altcoins are only able to follow not rival.
That is a definite condition because since I have known crypti no one can really compete with bitcoin as a whole because they will not be able to.
Saying bitcoin is dead is just one of the alibis where those who can't get bitcoin at low prices and they start trying to attack some weak people in holding bitcoin to sell their assets.
I consider ETH to be different among the altcoins that we usually think about. But of course, Bitcoin seems to be the leading coin in the crypto space which allows a holder to earn a profit, unlike those project that looks promising, raising millions during pre-sale but has no substantial to continue growing. This is the reason why we become confident of accumulating Bitcoin despite the risk because of such profitability features that most altcoins don't have. Though I invested a few altcoins, still Bitcoin got huge chunks of my investment capital.
863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with spam and scam tokens on my wallet? on: September 28, 2023, 09:42:49 PM
Hi, please tell me, I have information that my wallet (BNB Smart Chain) has 9 tokens stored on it. Of them 2 tokens are normal: BNB and LUNA, the other tokens were sent to me by scammers. And now they are stored on my wallet. How can I get rid of them? How can I stop such "left" tokens from being sent to me? What do you do with such tokens? I tried to see these tokens through PancakeSwap and Trust Wallet, but they are not displayed there.

Don't get stressed with these shitcoins, just ignore them. In fact, we all have the same experience and we were surprised to have these coins because we never expected it. We sometimes think it was an airdrop or someone mistakenly sent it to the wrong address. Well, the best thing to do is not to deal with them as we are not sure where it is coming from. Some scammers make use of this tactic to scam people but make no conversation with them or else, you will fall into their tricks.
864  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Has Changed My Life 👨‍💻 on: September 28, 2023, 09:19:00 PM
If you think trading and gambling have no common qualities then you don’t know a thing. Your logic is way flawed. According to you, a gambler that played dice and made $80 may also say playing dice isn’t gambling since he made $80. He made money how could it be gambling? You turned your $100 into $180, that’s a 80% profit which is quite nice however do you think you can keep doing this forever? Do you think watching the markets will always give you a clue to do the right trade? Anyway, come back a year later and inform us about your winnings, it is too early to decide on anything.
He just got lucky that time but he never knew what would happen the next bet, probably it is a loose bet.
Yes, OP doesn't really know about gambling, and too bad he thinks that this will give him a fortune and earn more the same thing happens to trading if he never knows it well.

I know trading could give us profit but we must learn it first and suffer losses before reaching our goal. But what happened to OP had concluded already that he is not better than just gambling. He will find it the reality after a few days of gambling.
865  Economy / Speculation / Re: Good time to sell? on: September 28, 2023, 09:02:27 PM
A simple question to those who are hoping to profit on the next Bitcoin bull-run:
How do you determine when is the good time to sell?
in other words: how would you know we've reached the peak?
For me personally, whenever it looks profitable then that's the right time to sell, so far I often sell or buy in stages because for me this method allows me not to miss any momentum that occurs in the market and using this method may be a little better than targeting the peak price because sometimes when it has risen to the highest peak it will encourage investors to become greedy so they don't immediately release their bitcoin at that price, they hope there will be an even higher peak than that, lucky if the market moves according to expectations but if not it will cause regret.
At least you make a profit and feel contentment in just small amounts. Playing the market volatility is a smart idea and are able to make more profit rather than just holding and waiting for the next bull season. Indeed, I play the same as you and I take the opportunity to sell them in the moment that the price goes high. I would tell you that the volatility of the market helps a lot, it is our advantage in generating a profit but, it also need to study it well as this will be a reason for our losses if we make a mistake.
866  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Tapales for Unified Super Bantamweight Title - November on: September 28, 2023, 02:03:43 PM
And if it is true that Inoue stays at 122 for a while, he can also tell Tapales that he will just wait for the winner of his upcoming mandatories since it is most likely that they are all willing to fight Inoue because he is the biggest cash cow in the division plus it'll be for the undisputed championship. Maybe Tapales can also say that he will vacate 1 of his belts so Inoue will be forced to face 2 champions instead of just 1 more fight to become undisputed. Anyway, hope both Inoue and Tapales will settle their differences so we can see another undisputed fight this year.

My instinct tells me that this fight will push through, it is just a matter of how much they add to their offer to Marlon Tapales. Sean Gibbons is very good at that negotiation so there is no reason why this fight won't come to fruition and in fact Marlon Tapales was already in the US busy preparing for this fight that is most likely to happen this end of the year.

Yeah, we will have to just trust Sean Gibbons on the negotiation table, as much as we hated him because of some failed fight like when they still handle Casimero back then. But that was history already and they have parted ways.

But I do agree that Tapales has something to offer as well, he had 2 belts and Inoue needed it to become a unified champion. If they low ball Tapales and then the fight is not going to happen, then it will be a waiting game for Inoue. Maybe Tapales will go and give Akhmadaliev or choose a different path. Inoue's camp should be the A-side but they should respect Marlon as well and give him at least a decent paycheck for being a champion.

If there's a problem with the negotiation between Inoue and Tapales, it might result in an early fight with Casimero. If Inoue considers Casimero as an opponent, in terms of selling the fight, I think it's easy to promote the fight with Casimero since he was once a champion and is very popular as a boxer, although not as popular as Inoue. You know, in boxing, it's always the money that comes first; it's a business. So, if they agree on the price, anything could happen.
867  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: September 28, 2023, 01:32:48 PM
As for the outcomes of their respective games, I think Jordan has more impressive wins.

So, would you agree that they'll be the favorite? Slight or heavy?

I read some comments on Facebook that this Jordan team is the same team that represented them during the FIBA World Cup, so they will probably be the favorites to win against Gilas Pilipinas. And yes, this is a good opportunity for us. We have been waiting for the Philippines to be the underdog, so we can bet on the moneyline without hesitation. The odds are still not out yet, but for sure, they will be available tomorrow morning since the game will be at 5:30 PM Philippine time.
868  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to keep safe the mnemonic phrase - Whats Your method? on: September 27, 2023, 09:53:06 PM
fellow members,

As we all know keeping mnemonic phrase in a secure place is the first step of bitcoin journey. But there are few thing that comes in my mind:

->Writing and keeping it with you/your place: What if someone got the access in your absence of theft or any disaster?
-> Obviously keep it online in email of any other way is risking your funds.

What can be the best possible way, My favorite method is to using a metal keycard where I marked the phrase buy again it can be stolen Sad

What your way?

I simply wrote on a piece of paper, I'd keep it like nobody cared it was important as I put it in a place that is far from valuable items just to look like it was useless. I don't think it was the right idea to keep safe from disaster but that seems to be working for theft as they never suspected it.
But for me, no matter what we have to do when our wallet is used online, that is still possible to get hacked and steal our funds. We can't find 100% safe assurance, but at least we do something not easy for these thefts.
869  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Inspired Me To Invest In Bitcoin. on: September 27, 2023, 09:21:09 PM

Bitcoin is revolutionizing the financial market, making it the economy of the future you too can take a bold step to invest in Bitcoin if you haven't invested.
People are anticipating the possible huge change in the economic system which makes them decide to invest in Bitcoin could be one factor. But the main reason why most investors are coming to crypto is to make a profit from this considering that this is an investment opportunity. For now, it has never been considered a form of currency, instead as an investment that influences their mindset and encourages them to take risks.
There is a growing number of investors day by day and what makes these new investors it because they believe that investing in Bitcoin help them financially.
870  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop Trading on: September 27, 2023, 01:41:46 PM
All of those things seem to be a reason why we should think that Trading is not for everyone nor we are forced to do that knowing the situation that we make it hard. Giving is not just an option but certainly a decision to make if we know ourselves that we are struggling hard to analyze and understand the market.

We never think that we are too unlucky because we have not become pro-traders, maybe there is a place for us at least we try and find out that this is not really for us.
871  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: September 27, 2023, 12:23:43 PM
Let us remember that TR7 was not used last conference, don't know the reason why but somehow TR7's talent is way up high that than of Kyt.

Probably he wasn't healthy last conference. Now that he's back, he was supposed to play in the Asian Games but faced a protest, so the only chance we'll see him is wearing an SMB uniform again. It's going to be exciting to watch, as JMF has regained his confidence, Romeo is back, and CJ has improved as well, I think. So, aside from Ginebra, I believe SMB will have a good chance of winning a championship. If they don't win, then I guess it's a coaching issue. Let's bring back Austria again.

I think he started playing during the PBA on tour, but it was just exhibition games, not the usual high-energy contests we see during the PBA regular season. With this long break in the league, it gives players like Romeo a chance to rest and fully heal before the regular season starts. Romeo may be past his prime, but he is still entertaining to watch with his crossover moves and impressive 3-point shooting percentage. I still enjoy watching him.
872  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 27, 2023, 11:13:44 AM
Time's so fast. So we're already in the fight week. This is still a cherry-pick opponent by Canelo but I am still watching this fight live, unlike his previous fight in Mexico. I want to see Canelo knocking out Jermell and shut his big loud mouth. Jermell will be in for a shock of his life. Canelo will disrespect Jermell's power and will march forward to land his vicious punches to the body and head.
Yeah, time is definitely fast. That fight with Ryder is still fresh in my memory. He cannot knock him out due to the fact that Ryder is one heck of a tough fighter with a heart for the sport and then Canelo's left is still hurting(hesitating). Let's see if he can use that left in the maximum power for this fight against Jermell.

Here are the odds for the upcoming match of Canelo versus Charlo.

Saul "Canelo" Alvarez - | Winner @1.25 | By KO @3.95 | By Decicion @1.67 |
Jermell Charlo - | Winner @3.85 | By KO @11.00 | By Decicion @5.20 |

Canelo is the super favorite here so those who are expecting Charlo to win this fight will definitely take home some good profits. Is anyone here who likes taking that kind of risk?
I doubt that will happen because Canelo has the experience but I like hungry players like Charlo and I think he is also confident that he will win this fight because he said this had been one of his goals in his life. It will be a hard decision for high-risk gamblers.

Canelo's winning in KO might be something that gambler who love taking big risk may take, though yes, there are gamblers who also love to see bigger odd something that always wanted to bet against the favorite, it's a good kind of pick which if luck permits and upset happen the multiplier is really something that you will going to enjoy.

Let see if how both fighters will showcase their talents, possible for another win for Canelo here as for my personal take, sparing some coin just to add up for another extra entertainment while watching the fight.

I would take the risk for the KO win at 3.95; it's very attractive, especially considering that Canelo is in his comfortable division. The fight might end via decision, but with odds at just 1.67, it's not as appealing. I'm expecting a more entertaining fight, so I'm leaning towards the KO outcome. It's still early, but at least the odds are already available, allowing us to make early betting choices.
873  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you see any value in move to earn crypto projects? on: September 26, 2023, 11:33:37 PM
There are some move to earn projects like stepn, stepapp etc . Do you see any value in them or it is just a death spiral?
I heard a project called stepapp many days back. I haven't heard about such a project for a long time. I have never found these projects attractive to invest in. Because these projects have hype for a few days and then cannot be found anymore.
A project that was started with hype can't be expected to stay long in the market but rather expect to vanish in a short while. Just like Play to Earn before, after a few months of hype, they're gone and many players wasted their time and effort. It is a lesson to ponder and can't erase the fact that only those project that has good fundamentals and use case will stay long.
Well, we can play the hype but must be careful and never think about holding. But if we think about safety assurance, better choose to trusted projects rather than choosing this move to earn.
874  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [WARNING] Crypto casino scam on teh move again. on: September 26, 2023, 09:42:01 AM
Let's not beat around the bush.... if you doing that, then you should be scammed... no matter if you are thinking that you are stealing from a casino.  Tongue

The 30% commission you will give is already a big sign that it's a scam. It's okay if it's their money that will be used, but if it's yours, how can you be assured that their tricks will work? If not, then you could lose everything. Since the site they are referring to is probably owned within their circle, it will be easy for them to manipulate it. They might give you a chance to win and withdraw your funds, but the moment you decide to gamble a significant amount of money, that's when they'll trigger the scam.
875  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: September 26, 2023, 09:10:45 AM

Yeah, just one spark may lead to Klay and Booker being in the hot zone again where they will talk trash. When that happens I want to see how Chris Paul will react. Will he choose sides or will he just be silent and stay between them and separate them? So it's a game that I won't miss since they will only meet 4 times this season.

We only see a few of those kinds of altercations in the NBA, and that adds to the excitement of the game, actually. Klay vs. Booker, there's no way I will side with Booker, even though he is the better player. Basketball is a team game, not an individual one. Booker may boast about his stats, but Klay will just remind him of his 4 rings. I think Booker needs to win a championship first.

If not for CP3, the Suns wouldn't be a playoff team, that's a fact.
876  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling all about luck? on: September 25, 2023, 01:11:18 PM
I think casino games are 100% dependent on luck. But betting on sports organizations is based on analysis of current data. Therefore, betting on sports organizations is based on knowledge rather than luck. I bet on sports organizations because I don't trust my luck too much. However, I can't say that I always win. Because I always feel that I need a little bit of luck. Sometimes I get lucky and win, sometimes I get unlucky and lose, but I find it more consistent to bet on sporting events.

We should be realistic. When there's a house edge, no one can win consistently using their skills, or at least they will lose in the long run. That's why games are divided into luck-based and skill-based categories. If your game belongs to the luck-based type, it's pretty obvious that you can only win when you are lucky.

The question is, will you risk gambling if that's your only chance? You know, casinos or the house do not rely on luck; they rely on their advantage.
877  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel when you look at your first Bitcoin wallet? on: September 25, 2023, 11:47:09 AM
Well, upon looking at my wallet, I can't really imagine the total amount deposited in it and I was thinking if I'd never spent them every time I received payment, that was huge. But I also think that Bitcoin is not meant for just holding instead, it should be circulated and available in the market. However, despite what happened as I emptied my wallet most of the time, I was also happy that I'm one of thousands or millions of people who benefit from Bitcoin.
(Maybe) I was not really good at holding but I spend my Bitcoin for some reason as well.
878  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: chart reading and prediction on: September 24, 2023, 01:07:03 PM
everyone on twitter, insta reel and youtube is making prediction related to different cryptos based on chart lines. Do you still believe these chart reading?
Charts show what is happening on the market but people may have different opinions and predictions because that will be based on their interpretation of the market trend. Of course, the chart but not fully to the person who interprets, I'd rather make my own than others. But also, we can't assure that we are right because predictions often go wrong due to the unpredictable nature of the market, so we never have to expect to be right.
879  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Earn an apartment in a bear market on: September 24, 2023, 05:05:01 AM
BTC, ETH and XRP seem to be enough, too many coin choices will indeed be confusing. But let's look at the potential of each top altcoin, it will provide double profits if in the bull run season all altcoins rise. You just need to choose which one is the best and use it as your main investment. Be wise in choosing altcoins and make sure you don't put all your eggs in one basket, there are many baskets to choose from to maximize long-term investment.
Yes I agree with you. Diversification is great but diversifying too much will not bring you any benefit. If one coin goes down in price and several other coins go up, of course that's not a good thing either. You won't really make a profit by diversifying a lot.
Just have your portfolio in 3 or 4 altcoins like CRO, XRP, MATIC and Vechain. It is my asset and I think it is the best altcoin in my opinion.
Regardless of what coins we choose, we can only make a profit if we are also patient enough to wait for the price will rise. Because the truth is that we can' expect to earn a profit right after buying them, the price won't always go up high, it dumps as well that is we have to learn to hold. What we always do is we assume that the market will give us a favor, but it is not and losses are very possible for impatient people.
If we are a trader, profit is still possible during the bear season but if we are just purely as an investor, that is unlikely possible.
880  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling beginners must not joke with casino announcement on: September 22, 2023, 02:55:01 PM
A quick warning to all gambling beginners, the most attractive ways that scam gambling websites get to you is bonuses and undeniable offers, I can see some new online casinos coming up with attracting bonuses to make you deposit some money and gamble, while they still have no reputation build yet but the offers are too good to the eye that you want to try it out, be cautious.

I don't like new casinos but I can use them to get the bonus they're offering but I won't stay with them for very long because they don't have a reputation yet. Most new casino are scam casino because they get alot of users and they didn't prepare for that type of users so their casino starts malfunctioning and before they can resolve the matter alot of individual has started calling them scammers.

After losing alot of reputation, they'll have to give up on the casino and scam their users. When a casino is offering bonuses and they're new and also been confirm to be fair, we can take advantage of the bonuses to get more profits but we have to be more cautious with them.
I agree the new casinos are mostly scams when new to crypto casino they don't review the sites properly and also tempt gamblers with huge bonuses and get away with everything. The gambling site offers very generous offers for newbies in the form of a 100% bonus or an increase of up to $150. Almost every player will be able to take advantage of such an offer but these are just traps to cheat them. Good casinos lose their reputation because of these bad sites. This is why you should stay away from new sites and review the sites thoroughly to be able to participate in all the gambling activities available at an online casino.
Often new gamblers get fooled by these bonuses and I see it was a working strategy from these scammers. Because what is in the mind of the gamblers is that they could make use of it in gambling. Well, indeed they can but the exchange is much regretting. We can say that deep research is more important than these attractive bonuses because legit casino sites never use this strategy to attract gamblers but instead, they use their reputation and legitimacy to gain attraction and trust.
