9041  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Sell 150 minexcoin for 0.3 BTC on: August 14, 2017, 11:57:38 AM
There is another seller on this forum selling it for 0.0013 EACH now,,, so obviously OP is going to have to match that offer. And even offer even lower since he is selling 150. I might be interested in something like this. Obviously it will be in some form of slump from earlier problems.

But they tend to take off after a while. Right about now a fair price is not more than 0.001 BTC per minex.
9042  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Talk Signatures Needed on: August 14, 2017, 11:15:11 AM
How about you do this first,,, get your whitepaper written by yourself first. Then you get it looked over by professionals for edits and cleaning up. Not asking people to write it for you. Then you calculate the time and money you want to raise. Then you look at what kind of platform you want to use.

Don't start backwards. Get the idea all together. Then you look for people to manage signature campaigns etc. Promotion of the idea. Not just another random ICO please!
9043  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀🚀🚀🗳 The New Era of Pump and Dump shittycoins Starting HERE🗳 🚀🚀🚀 on: August 14, 2017, 10:53:02 AM

Trading depends..

I'm not going to use this strategy of buying coins and hold them for years. I like day trading.

If you have no time or you are new at crypto, yes buy it and forget it if you like medium risk investment.

For more lower risk choose 3 to 4 Coins to invest on and forget.

You better read all this thread to start.

Thanks for replying. I hope you saw my answer was valid. Because I understand you buy and sell and change your mind for a lot of short trades. But with XEL, you mentioned buy and hold til September. So I thought, okay, this is a weeks strategy. Good. I bought and thought I would wait for September. You said, people who sell now have weak hands. Just wait and see.

But you suddenly sell, and I look so I should sell but it's too late. I got dumped on,,, just like any other thread, which you said you wanted to change.

In the end, nothing different. I still got screwed. Not blaming you don't worry. But just be careful with your claims.
9044  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are top altcoins in a long term downtrend vs bitcoin? on: August 14, 2017, 10:48:54 AM
I think is much more coin by coin depending that a global alt trend.

Like ETH, WAVES and NEO have a bigger chance to grow due real case usages.
BCH still may grow if somebody starts accepting it in a real life.
Other coins will be roller-coasting for speculations.

ETH okay I can believe it has more real case usages. But seriously, take away all the tokens for exchanges and ICO and you don't really have much. For me Bitcoin is still the only coin that has "real case" usage. People get paid salaries in real life with Bitcoins, people buy coffee and pizza with bitcoins, people buy books and even computers with BTC. But ETH? If there is, I don't know much about it. And WAVES and NEO? Where are their merchants?
9045  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bytom - Thoughts and ideas.. on: August 14, 2017, 08:17:34 AM
Thank you for sharing. I have never heard of these Chinese tokens, until recently, when reading threads on this forums. The problem is most of their ICOs or even announcements are probably not even done here, am I correct?

Bytom looks pretty "okay" from what I can see,,, I wish I could read the inner forums to find out what their devs are updating cause this will be the real points.
9046  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are top altcoins in a long term downtrend vs bitcoin? on: August 13, 2017, 12:35:59 PM
Yes,,, but this is just temporary. Bitcoin is so strong right now. It will keep getting stronger, but it must have some retreating patterns sooner or later. That will give alts time to recover a little. No cause for panic mode, and no pressure. Perhaps this will make more alts choose to get traded against other alts or USDT. Less reliance on BTC, less psychological worry.
9047  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀🚀🚀🗳 The New Era of Pump and Dump shittycoins Starting HERE🗳 🚀🚀🚀 on: August 13, 2017, 10:10:58 AM
What if i stay xel ? Too risky?  Are U Just tired waiting ans will come Back later ?

Yes gonna cameback later when this sellings stops.

In the meantime, the best strategy is to buy 3 to 4  Coins, wait till 50% 100% Then sell your initial investment money and let the free money climb without a pressure.

Wait,,, Your prediction for XEL means to wait til September and not sell because that is weak hands, right? Because I want to follow your advise, but it is very hard if you make long term prediction and suddenly sell for everyone else to suddenly catch it bad. I checked the charts and saw that if people buy at 22k sats when you said September is 100k or more,,, now you sell off suddenly and it is below 18k.

Not making any accusation here, but how can we follow if you change your mind suddenly? I cannot watch this thread every day for a long term buy.

So is XEL still your September value as promised or what?
9048  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: trading the alt coins ... losing money recently .. use BTC or USD ?? on: August 13, 2017, 10:01:13 AM
Namaste to you too! You are correct that altcoins in general are losing value, but only against BTC. Most alts are only traded against BTC anyway, and if you didn't realise, BTC has grown from 1 week to $4000 from $3000. In this sense,,, your altcoins are worth less and less BTC but may maintain the same value of USD.

For example, USD 3 was the same as 0.001 BTC last week but USD 3.50 is less than 0.001 BTC now.
9049  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waves for pre-ICO -> Ethereum for ICO? on: August 13, 2017, 09:48:10 AM
If you need to ask this here in public before launching your ICO,,, I would say it is better if you don't even try to do it. You should know first of all what is the value your chosen platform will bring to your project and how it would work out. Otherwise it is simply a token for the sake of a token. No real crypto value, no blockchain tech, another meaningless ICO.

9051  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blowing the lid off the CryptoNote/Bytecoin scam (with the exception of Monero) on: August 11, 2017, 03:15:35 PM

I know the place very well. As far as I remember he told me you showed up in a jacket and a smart shirt in the middle of summer and I don't take him for a liar. LOL. So you broke bread with him then turned around and mounted a full scale smear campaign on his project.. lovely stuff.

Of course for obvious legal reasons any proper scammer would deny their involvement in the Oasis exit scam. Let's be real here - it was a real scam whose only purpose was to get another DNM to add XMR, people lost money and your project reaped the benefits. At best the Bytecoin team is making fraudulent claims about their 2012 launch but they're far from a real scam. The devs are still making commits to their project and they did contribute exciting technology to the crypto community. While I don't agree with their roll out the fact remains that they didn't directly scam anyone out of money like is the case with Oasis and XMR which according to themerkle.com now ranks in top 3 exits scams.

https://themerkle.com/top-3-recent-darknet-market-exit-scams/

Even though I disagree with your methods I must say they are very effective.

Hello. It looks like you are doing the same thing you are accusing someone of. Also, I would like to know how making fraudulent claims is being far from a real scam. If it is fraud,,, it actually qualifies as a scam. Two, three, four, infinite rights do not adjust a wrong. Did they apologise and correct their error?

Besides, if any of this were true, you should get a reward for helping identify the real people behind Oasis.
9052  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which cryptos to buy now ? on: August 11, 2017, 12:53:22 PM
Buy coins from the end of first 100 coinmarketcap. They are very cheap and could grow fast if the idea is interesting. LBRY Credits, Melon, Counterparty, iExec, Storj, district0x now only with 10-50 millions cap each - they could be hundreds and you will earn much more comparing buying coins from the first 10.

Good idea and strategy. Did you ever really try to test this? Market cap is always a dangerous game to play. But suppose you are right,,, this strategy still requires a lot of patience. And patience means months instead of weeks. Am I not right? I looked up LBRY and Storj (randomly) and the first is a long time in the making. Storj looks already very profitable, can it make even more?
9053  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Earn Money with ARTBYTE, tipping artists on: August 11, 2017, 07:24:34 AM
Actually looks like a nice place to earn by tipping. But am tired of stuff like Steemit. Upvote my whole life and get nothing Smiley

But about the double tip. It sounds like a confusing concept,,, the distribution does not make sense. If everyone is earning double from tipping, then won't we not simply tip each other?
9054  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XEL] :: Elastic - The Decentralized Supercomputer :: on: August 11, 2017, 07:04:11 AM
Many projects are destroyed or can not go beyond because greedy people arise and want things to happen anyway and without a product! Elastic is one of the few solid projects that has proven to have continuity with or without $! Please understand this and here is no meanness.

Good point. It is amazing that all the fights now I see are about greed and power,,, it used to be about coding or on how we should scale (oops sorry). Look at all these projects and see how many have products. Elastic from my short read goes on. Because the devs love their job.
9055  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most Successful ICOs? on: August 11, 2017, 06:49:29 AM
If you google it you will find some things

for example:

https://themerkle.com/5-of-the-most-successful-cryptocurrency-icos-to-date/

up to march accordinh to them: ICONOMI, WAVES, LISK, GOLEM PROJECT, ETHEREUM

Other names: bancor, Humaniq and others

For me the most successful so far was Ethereum

Successful according to your list is about money raised then. Because Bancor is trading for below ICO price, also had many problems.

Humaniq is a lot of talk, recruitment, with unrealistic biometric banking idea. They already miss milestone. also trading now poorly. Yes, above ICO price but not even 50% if looking at BTC or ETH price people bought it for.

ICOSTATS.com shows the unbiased success. Since money means success.
9056  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 10 ETH or 1 BTC? on: August 10, 2017, 11:28:06 AM
ETH has a bigger chance of doubling in value than BTC,,, but BTC is the one for the long-term growth. I am looking for other alts. ETH is too "hot" for me right now. I cannot even afford to own a single ETH unless it drops half value soon.

By the way, if you have 1 BTC now you can have 11 ETH at exchange Smiley And still have >0.02 BTC leftover Smiley
9057  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: KoreCoin Rising Up on: August 10, 2017, 09:55:34 AM
Korecoin is not that really rising up actually it is in a balance level right now plus it is a 3 year old coin so I guess it is normal for its price as of now and nothing is new but who can really tell what is going to happen if you believe it has a future now I will support it to be invested by you.

Sometimes I really wonder about these coins. More than a few years old. Almost zero volume and yet someone or someones is mining them away. I will guess that sometimes these are Bitcoin miners who have upgraded to new hardware. They just leave the old computers to mine easy hashrate coins. Maybe it is just the same groups of miners even, who knows?
9058  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XEL] :: Elastic - The Decentralized Supercomputer :: on: August 10, 2017, 07:31:59 AM
Hey hey,

Elastic gonna go to 200.000 sat at least before end of september.

Accuracy prediction? 100%

I make my home work.

I bought for 34 BTC at 18.500 sat to 19.500 sat.

Just weak hands gonna sells before end of september.

We agree somewhat with your estimate. Our target is $4.2 (weighted average per XEL), but that's just the shortterm.  Considering all potential futures branching out from this point, we see Elastic technology as doing a lot of good for a great many people.  Our DD found that EK's teams' design and goals are sensible and achievable, whereas other similar projects have quite outlandish ideas that are not possible (some are clearly pseudoscience).  We anticipate Elastic will quickly become a de facto cloud computing platform.  Technology is the key here, not ico prices nor past history.  Markets are a discounting mechanism: they discount past history and anticipate the future.

Yes i know, its going to be something between 400.000 sat and 1.000.000 sat before end of this year.

200.000 sat is just a first step.

There are at least 3 supercomputer projects,,, on paper SONM looked like the most able, with strong development team. With experienced persons from actual supercomputer background. And yet look at what happened to them.
Elastic may appear less desirable next to SONM but as you say, they are a lot more realistic.
9059  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why buy WAVES? on: August 10, 2017, 07:20:38 AM
I have been hearing so much about WAVES from new investors. But not so much from the experienced traders. I am new myself so I am somehow concerned by this. I have been waiting for more than 2 months to make my first "investment". So happy I stayed away from ICOs and new tokens. I am almost going to choose WAVES. Just wait a bit more I might go in quickly at $3.99
