Hi guys, I want to ask some tips on getting some merits. I somehow feel jealous when I see other full members having tons of it even if they're just new to the forum. I know that there are some ways to earn it like being active in your local board, engaging in the gambling threads talking about particular sports, create an informational thread, or have some deep knowledge about bitcoin's technical like block size, hash rate, etc. And that's my concern, I am not good with any of those stuffs. I am not a sports enthusiasts nor good in bitcoin technical. Our local board is not that active also compared to others where I see some members' their main merit source. Increasing purchasing power by printing more will only end up debasing a fiat currency, asssuming it's printed for just the consumption of scarce goods and services.
Money is not necessary for increasing production. You can use seed or products you need to run the business. Besides, the money should be printed in exchange for collateral, work or something. That's what backs it up rather than printing it out of thin air without anything backing it up. It's a gamble to lend out money to people without gurantee of repayment. Collateral is some sort of gurantee, a worker who's proven to be very productive/profitable could use that as gurantee, otherwise potential workers first learn the business well before seeking for loan, or start with a seed or male & female chickens and learn from multiplying them.
You prosper when your business/production succeeds and flourish so that you have enough for your/others needs.. Everyone needs to succeed in business to be able to exchange what they have amongst other people for what they need. It's not necessarily about money If you produce corn but need meat then give some to a meat producer in exchange for some meat. Sometimes ago, I read a thread on the forum, can't really remember where but it talked about fear being a motivational push to know, acquire, and sell Bitcoin. In as much as it sounded motivational at first, it also felt twisted and wrong cause we all know fear leads to doubts and stagnancy. So, I decided to look into it.
When it comes to Bitcoin, we all know there are risks attached to it. In fact, whatever thing you decide to do, be it good, bad, beneficial, or not, there are risks attached to it and it makes the future of whatever we are doing to be uncertain. Now the question or the main deal is, do we need to wait for fear of regretting to be our push towards doing certain things?
Now, I have and I'm certain that we've all been in situations where we wanted to do something, we've set goals to solve one problem or the other and we failed to continue along the way. Personally, I think that was fear of uncertainty playing with us. Fear doesn't motivate it just leads to procrastination and zero growth where you'd find yourself saying, I'll do it tomorrow until tomorrow never comes ( been a huge victim). Confidently doing whatever you're doing consistently with the right knowledge is appropriate. If you're going to wait for motivation every day, you're not going to get anything done, learn to discipline yourself every day.
The purpose of this thread is to first of all encourage my fellow newbies out there who are finding it hard to adapt to the forum or anything at all. Just keep on learning and writing until you can't keep track anymore. Knowledge is very important, don't let fear drive you away from anything, and when it's time to acquire bitcoins you'll be able to face the risks too, without fear. And with the right knowledge.

Well, sorry to partially disagree with you mate, I am actually a married man and based on my own personal experience with women, i sure agree that women are more financially wise than men, trust me, this is the simple truth even though its or may be hard to believe.
This is not to say that there are no extravagant women out there, who spend money any how without thinking, but speaking from general statistics, women sure are more conservative when when it comes to finances, compared to men in general.
Coming back to gambling, you sure will also agree with me that, women are much more better gamblers than men, at least, for the fact that many of us have not seen a woman who is addicted to gambling is a proof to the fact that women know how to manage money in gambling better than men.
