Hello,
I used automating betting and I hit a winner roll but i didn't notice it and it ran away from my bets page. How Can find that bet ? I want to know what was that roll and what was it's bet number.
I doubt that you will know the betId, when you are going to join in such kind of contest that requires a betID so you have to keep your eyes on it and stop when you hit the number then copy the betID. I believe all sites cant help you on this problem, so forget it and try again  Yeah its very hard to get bets for any specific username from ours masive db. But we will be switching to new ways of storing bets so that should be a feature soon. |

Not sure if this is currently a priority... but the wagered stat has been reset  (this is why PD is low listed on my site now.) Just noticed that PD is also not into weekly top 10 sites but i am sure soon it will be back on the top again, PD is most loved dice site with very huge community around and interested to know why wagered status got reset there. We moved to a new way of logging things it will be back together very soon. |

Anyone know the average time for support? I made the mistake of sending to my old address.  A day or two max, typically PD support is alright. You will get first reply in max 24 hours. 99.9% of time it wont take more than 12 hours. Ours average first response time atm is 3.6 hours. And that is with almost 8x more tickets than the rest of the industry which has average of 19.8 hours for the first response. As for the deposits to old wallet, atm I am working on easy, fast, and secure way to do them so please have a little bit of patience and i will get to all the tickets and sort them out quickly. |

Hey, I told you already and just sent you another email. You need to email edward@primedice.com. As far as i can see you lost that amount in a bet or series of bets. That is 100% sure. Now i cant query db for your username and check in which bet or bets you lost it. You say you kept logs of everything? Where is your bet logs up to a point where you noticed 4btc missing? You should be able to see it there. Its extremely hard and expensive to be able to query db with 10 billion bets stored in it. |

I would say that that what you don't believe is true. Primedice has been running for a pretty long time and hasn't had any unresolved claims. They are there just at the bottom of the tab  . Well, with even the forum pranking us you guys should do something cool as well Nah... We would not do that... We are professionals . Btw, if you have bets in 9b starting with 9.... new bets starting with 10... wont show. To fix this clear browser cashe or do shift+ctrl+j and then go to tab resources > local storage > delete "mybets" and refresh the page. It will work after that . |

I thought im the only one who had this problem. Me too my bets arent showing up in my bets tab. Tried to refresh the page but still my bets arent showing. Whats the problem? Im only using mobile, manual betting. Any answer from the stuff. Same here... I'm using tablet... Bets are hidden from "my bets" section..
