I think Quickseller is worthy of becoming a merit source. He basically has grasp of all things going around here and is surfing on the forum more than we could imagine if seen. He could actually find a lot of merit worthy posts in this hunt which most of the current merit sources rarely notice on average. And as there are already some cases of theymos undoing merit transactions and removing merit source power from abusing individual we should probably give him a chance I think. ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif)

I am not a historian, but it looks like you might have gotten this backwards. I am looking at a 2014 calendar, and May 12 is actually after February 27.
The OP's post appears to actually be the one that was plagiarized.
Actually the content is quite common copied by more projects as FAQ. I have found more examples but the OPs one was posted before I agree and I already found some traces of same content in the thread listed in the post. Someone quoted it here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=450381.msg5107429#msg5107429The content was probably in the OP of the post mentioned as reference and it was edited later and delete from there. Still, I think he should have just quoted the text instead of copy pasting it directly.
Thanks for this finding, it doesn't qualify for the bounty as i limited it to 2018/2017/2016/2015 Thanks
I am not here for your above bounty neither I am taking interest because of this. I often do this here in my free time ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

I think this could be the reason. You have not mentioned a real source: One of the link mentioned there takes to this thread but nothing similar there: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=450381.0
COPIED: -snip-
7. You said 20% interest per year, do I have to wait 1 year to get the PoS interest? No. PoS blocks will be generated after you hold some coins in your wallet for certain period of time. For MintCoin the minimum requirement is 20 days. If you move around the coins (for example send to other wallet and then send back), the time will reset for those moved.
8. The PoS generated coins, are they eligible for new PoS block generations? Yes. After maturity (50 confirmations), the coins will move from "Stake" to "Balance". Once the PoS generated coins in "balance", they will be the same as all other coins, and are eligible for future PoS generations.

Yes, the page is mostly visited by many people everyday who want to know about what the Bitcointalk Forum is and people usually end up checking the info on Wikipedia. For now the page is very less detailed for sure, without any operating info as we already know much more could be add to it. The most attractive content there looks like the scam section where a university research about the scam attempts is listed which is like an dark side. I think we should add more useful and attracting info there which explains the working and moto of the forum in better way. Basically Wikipedia is bit of an open source and you could most probably edit the info there. I tried working on it many times and its basically simpler to work upon. If an article has less info and you contribute to it, your text is sure to appear on the info page. So, yes we surely need to add some additional data to the current Bitcointalk discription on Wikipedia.
Edit: We could get most of the info about the Bitcointalk history in this thread by xtraelv which we could add to the Bitcointalk history discription there : The most iconic bitcointalk threads. History on Bitcointalk

I'm counting on the Royals bowlers here. Gopal and Gowtham should give Kohli and De Villiers a run for their money.
Yaa, and there is one more twist in the RR squad Steven Smith is replaced with Ashton Turner. I think still it a game of Rajasthan Royals. But its a funny game !

I can finally happily say that my case can be considered closed. My account was re-opened yesterday and I have successfully withdrew my balance. Thanks Ronnie, for escalating the issue!
That looks great, as your issue was solved it's better to edit the thread title to SOLVED and lock this thread to avoid further miss-understanding.
Glad to hear it, and apologies again for the delay. Thanks again for stopping by to update the thread after it was all resolved. Enjoy your winnings! Ronnie @ CloudbetGlad to see you actively solving the issues here. You have a great betting website. Good Luck!

Just tell me what would a campaign manager need loads of merit for, for raising up a campaign thread ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) . For ranking up if he/she is not an legendary. If the campaign Op makes a reasonable comment on the thread in between the time of running it, that is cool but where merit is given out for the mere reason of pasting a campaign thread, such merit is undoubtedly absurd...
It cannot be said as absurd, as some people are meriting the campaign thread if they like the campaign or if they get good treatment and payments from the manager. Merits could be an way of thanking here than to be looked as an merit abuse. Many of the campaign managers already reported unwilling merit transactions on there bounty threads from unknown members but most of the time its about the love campaign participants show towards the campaign or the manager.

Drunk Teacher is surely fakeing transcations with his own alts. One of the suspected fake deal. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5126867.0The buyer ( suspected alt ) posted about the deal on the bL4nkcode escrow thread here. I think its pretty much an fake attempt and can be proved if bL4nkcode could confirm the deal.

All of the above suggested features are pretty interesting and help full, especially for a campaign manager as he/she have to go through a hell lot of posts for campaign judgements. I see you are annoyed with not able to check the post history of high number of participants in an users friendly way for your campaign and it consumes too much of an time. But the thing is, there is already a long list of to-do thing's theymos has here and we don't know when would the above mentioned features pop up on the current forum software. Yes some of the features are sure to pop up in the new forum software epochtalk. Features you suggest which are already implemented in the epochtalk: - You could easily check the user profile info without using backspace while going through his post history. - There are two different shades while browsing through post history and yes its a shade of gray.
Features not implemented yet: There is no post sorting features yet and also nothing related to posts per page adjustment in new forum software.
I think a better option would be awaiting for the new software to take its place and you could just post your suggestions in here to be implemented on the epochtalk.

I took that photo, it's actually him. He does some male modeling. I guess he had to do male modeling as it gives him more income than this forum. I would try applying for a spot today itself. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) By the way I think he owns the company Thermos, as both the name look and sound same. Thermos= Theymos
