Ok its been a rough week and were still sorting through the migration but its moving along. I have to thank everyone for being patient with us through this transition. Twice now I have cancelled a sell order and the funds don't appear back in the account, the last time I raised a support ticket, do I have to do that each time, or is there some wider problem that is being looked into?
The issue is we are still migrating services to the new datacenter its taking time and causing problems. We are working through them as we can. |
