By the looks of things Ken has left the state a while ago. Not even talking to his council, that's a "cut bait and run" move right there.
How does this work out in terms of American law? When does his constant negligence become a federal problem? If he's hiding in Panama then what? I hear it's a lovely place to retire with even far less than one million usd, he seems old enough to give up and enjoy our hard earned btc lying in the sun.
Does Panama have extradition treaties with the USA?
I know there are bounty hunters who will travel down south to nab their prey, I'd love to see Kenny in chains.

Seems
Like Ken owns a 3 bedroom house at 1951 south oak grove in Springfield Missouri. It's the address registered to AMC in that MSD document. It's kind of a pos but estimated at around 100k.
982  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did ISIS Really Passed On Bitcoin on: February 26, 2015, 12:53:11 AM
Why would they use btc? I doubt anyone can live off btc entirely in war torn Islamist states, it is next to impossible in the 1st world. Of course, the reasoning is that ISIS would use btc for arms deals. I suppose they could, but I bet they wouldn't because a) btc is not fully anonymous, especially when cashing in or out large amounts. B) what arms dealers want to accept it? And c) they would get so hacked so fast, and I'm guessing they know it.
Why hasn't the rest of the "free" world wiped those fuckers off the map yet? My guess; elections are coming up. Jeb Bush needs a cause to sweep them with. War on ISIS will do very nicely. Obama could have pwned it but has no balls apparently.
Oh yeah, OP, take an ESL writing and grammer course please.

985  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what are your main sources of Bitocin/Crypto news? on: February 19, 2015, 11:34:44 PM
ZeroBlock app for IoS collects all the news from the major sources (CoinDesk, WSJ, Forbes, 2BitIdiot, etc), here and reddit. it updates all day long too. any BTC related news worth hearing shows up on it pretty fast
986  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: February 19, 2015, 12:37:39 AM
I dunno, the MSD is putting together their sentencing. We'll see what they hand down. Looks like ken has already decided to ignore them. Jail then?
987  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cavirtex exchange shutdown after being hacked on: February 19, 2015, 12:03:22 AM
I've used them for a couple of years and while I've Not been burned of actually hacking theft, they take forever to do their "instant" bank transfers, and I don't see how he can be losing money when he places a ridiculous spread and charges exorbitant fees.
It seems like it's one guy running it by himself.
At least he's out before anyone got burned, does anyone have any money in there still? I think there's 12 cents CAD in my account.
Keep the change lol
988  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: February 18, 2015, 11:49:27 PM
You would figure if there was good news FC would share it, or does he have a strict "ignore the shareholders" policy in place. We'll eventually see specs, nothing else.
The bitmain idea is interesting. I could see a big investor "hedging" his bets by backing both. Competition is good for business.
This really is an interesting stock to hold
989  Other / Off-topic / Re: The no ad-sigs posters allowed topic - come and not be annoyed by rubbish posts on: February 17, 2015, 09:07:19 PM
lol
I had participated in a few sig campaigns for a few months now. The first one ran out and didnt bother informing me. The second one kicked me because I got a 5 day ban for drunkenly posting gibberish... To tell you the truth, I'm happier. The tiny amount of BTC I earned was not worth the relentless searching for something to post. Half the threads in here are obviously started by sig-puppets, maybe 75% (at least) of all posts everywhere are bullshit post-count padding. Frankly, I don't think anyone can read and participate in this level of idiotic posting without sort-of losing his mind a little.

Now that I'm not in any sig campaign I actually post about 4 or 5 times a week. If there is action in areas I am actually involved in (I am invested in a few securities) I might post as many as 10 times a week. It doesn't go near the 50+ post weekly required for some of the better paying sig campaigns. I go outside, breath fresh air, feel the sun on my face. Its magnificent to be free!

That said, there is no reason that a sig campaign poster can't find something at least remotely interesting, helpful, or constructive to say. They should do everyone a service and hang out in the n00b section and just look for questions that they can answer. Only problem is-most sig-retards are total n00bs themselves. Prolly gold-farm slaves who make 3 cents a day posting across multiple accounts and work out of some slum in india.

Academic? In my experience they are very smart guys who actually have very few real world skills and therefore insulate themselves within the cloistered walls of academia
They are usually hopeless businessmen
They can also be perennially surprising
Jury is still out on this AM gimrack
They do hold the lions share of interest in this concern
That says a lot to me
Gung hey fat Choy guise...
But we want our red envelope!

implode? That would imply that it ever actually occupied any amount of space or even could promise as much. Not that that ever stopped Ken slaughter from making empty promises to begin with.
Implode? No, it just passed like the vapour of a fart in the breeze. Poof. Ask zumzero about it. He had his nose right up in there the whole time.

996  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: February 11, 2015, 06:03:55 AM
What makes me think, about ASICminer & all their associated "business relations" is this;
If bitfountain is the parent-company, who is buying bitfountain interest? it just doesn't make sense! lets see the books, cooked, underdone, uncooked, lets just see.
997  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: February 10, 2015, 10:21:36 AM

998  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it the right time to invest on BTC on: February 10, 2015, 12:03:44 AM
OP, get yourself a little bit of BTC, like less than 100$ worth. Just attaining it is a whole process in itself.

Then learn about security. Become paranoid! Thieves are everywhere, your computer may already be infested with malware that will steal your coins. Don't let a hard lesson also be very expensive.

Start small, I believe you have about 2 years in which the price of BTC may go much lower than today, for sure it will fluctuate quite a bit.

If you intend to trade BTC also start small, learn not to get burnt.

There is so much to learn, and so many scams, that it will take you a few months of trial and error to get your footing.

Once you feel you know the ropes, then, by all means invest more, but never invest more than you can afford to lose.

see this --->  http://bitforum.info/t/give-bitcoin-two-years-said-andreas-antonopoulos/247?u=angelo  if you feel impatient. Andreas is pretty much one of the wisest BTC people out there. When he speaks people listen, and for good reason.

good luck
999  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-02-08] Video: Hacks and scams are everywhere. Time to renovate Internet? on: February 09, 2015, 11:55:14 PM
If they could figure out a way to seamlessly eliminate maleware, spyware, etc. that would be a huge win for BTC. BTC theft via malware is going to be in the news for a long time, and will honestly be a big deterrant to new adopters.

I can't see how they actually could do this, but it would make the net a lot friendlier place for your average user. Banks seem to have it largely under control.
1000  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What a mistake.... on: February 09, 2015, 11:20:57 PM
Seal them up in a nice airtight container. Wait 50 years. Sell as antique collector's items. If BTC is still around they will have some serious "curiosity" value.

Sadly, the only way to recoup your loss right now is to look for someone who will make the same mistake as you, which isn't a very nice thing to do.

of course, if you run them for a few months and make 0.001 BTC and BTC value goes up to >1000$ you will have your money back then too.
