Not that i am comparing the nations in it to to other nations but let’s be real here the European competition which is the Euros is by far a better competition than this Copa America in terms of competitiveness. I had thought it would have been more competitive with the inclusion of the northern American countries but yet it is just as boring as before. The matches in other competitions are been tried to stretch to but they are canceling out extra time again. Even the AFCON is better competition than this in terms of competitiveness. That's really weird. I didn't know this. I just searched about this and found out that it will only be the final match that can have extra time if the regular time ends in a draw. I am not sure, but this decision may have been made to encourage the teams to attack more and try to win the match in the regular time.
