Ну так в статье по ссылке: базовый тариф растет с 4,85 до 5,27. Это 8.6% за полгода. А как жи инфляция годовая в 4-5% (я точно не помню фантазии местных вождей)  Roll Eyes
Smiley

603  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Risking 1% in Gambling on: March 08, 2024, 08:08:38 PM
Gambling really is for the lucky to be honest.

Everyone will get there with the hopes of winning or at least to have a good time.

It's only the few lucky ones that end up actually winning something.

And they are just randomly sampled. There's no correlation between how good player you are and how much you win.

I want to deviate on that. I will continue to believe that gambling is for skilled people who can be profitable in the long run. Because if you rely on luck, you are not gonna end up winning, you might if you are extremely lucky like you are hitting a jackpot (one time big time), but if you only hit a minimal amount you will still come back again to gamble, and eventually you'll lose. That's the edge we have, and we can never beat that.

So, in my case, I try to learn and develop my skills so one day I'll make a living in gambling. ... sounds impossible, right? But that's just me...

I would like to know more details about your plan. For example, how do you want to increase your skill in Dice? Or in blackjack, where multi-decks are used and shuffling occurs long before memorizing the eliminated cards can give you any information. If you look at things soberly (judging by your reasoning, you perfectly understand the mechanism of gambling) you should have some kind of real plan. I would really like to know how you will try to avoid losing in a game where the advantage is not on your side.
604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your go-to sports betting risk management strategies? on: March 08, 2024, 08:02:55 PM
If you are using risk management strategies in gambling, you are both gambling for fun and you are gambling to win. What I opine about risk management in gambling, it is not to prevent you from losing but to present you the best possible strategies to make you win a bet. It turns you from an emotional loss chasing gambler to a logical event winning and profit making gambler.

Which of these is your go-to sports betting risk management strategies?

1. Hedging - Basically it is placing another bet to reduce the potential losses or risks associated with your first bet.

2 Arbitrage Betting - Here you bets on all possible outcomes of an event with different bookmakers to secure a profit no matter of the outcome.

3. Cash Out: When you cash out in betting, you take a portion payout from the bet before the game is over
It is do to guarantee a profit or minimize losses, especially when the original bet is winning or losing.

4. Matched Betting:  It is involves the use of free bets and promotions from bookmakers to cover all possible outcomes of a game and guarantee a profit.

*The list is inexhaustible. You can add your favorite if it is missing.

1. In general, this strategy is equal to point 3 (it’s just implemented in a different way, because not every bookmaker provides a cashout function). But in my opinion, in itself it is meaningless, since if you have made a bet, then keep it until the end, all additional manipulations only bring you additional losses.

2. Arbitrage betting in modern realities is almost meaningless (you can earn a fraction of a percent, which will ultimately be eaten up by commissions when moving funds for further arbitrage). In my opinion, if you find an arbitrage bet, then you should try to understand where the value is and place a bet on this outcome - this way you will increase your profit and will not irritate the bookmaker with arbitrage.

3. As I already wrote, this is a bad option, usually you lose about 30% of your funds when you use it. Too expensive in my opinion. It's better to make a hedge bet.

4. This is equivalent to bonus hunting. Firstly, if this is all you do, you will simply be kicked out of the site. Secondly, you can earn a little money from this, but it is not a systematic profit, plus it cannot be scaled, so I would not waste my time on this.

Have important second leg match in UEFA Champion League upcoming middle week, Xavi Hernandez make many rotation with current starting eleven against Real Mallorca will begin few minutes later. Seems the first time for youth player Marc Guiu become the regular player and start playing in the first minute after Xavi Hernandez save Robert Lewandowski at the bench.
Will effective with many rotation make by Xavi Hernandez easily for Barcelona securing three points? the opponent team Real Mallorca on the top performance after defeating Girona last match and not close opportunity to continue the impressive trend performance for defeating Barcelona.

Barcelona's starting line up against Mallorca

Source

Lewandowski is no longer young, so it is quite logical before the game in the Champions League, the result of which determines his further participation (or non-participation) in the tournament, not to make him tired. Perhaps he will come in as a replacement. In general, this game does not decide anything at all for Barcelona (they have already lost the title, but are guaranteed to remain in the top 4) so Xavi can experiment here as he wants.
Perhaps Mallorca will try to take advantage of this situation and we will see a lot of goals now (a repeat of the 3-3 score would be great).
606  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: March 08, 2024, 04:49:34 PM

This week its really difficult to bet and for my beloved Juventus, they have a potentially difficult match against a truly angry and hungry Atalanta. But i want to trust in Juventus

  • Juventus - Atalanta BC i will bet on my beloved Juventus
  • AC Milan - Empoli i will bet on AC Milan

the win of Juventus is 2.15! If I win this bet it will be nicer to have won

In the last 6 games, Juventus have won only once, which is why the odds for the game with Atalanta are so generous. Considering the fact that Atalanta has maximum motivation (if the situation goes well, they can even get into the top 4), I’m not sure that the risk is worth the profit.
The bet on Milan looks reliable, I would even take it with a handicap of -1, but I am stopped by the fact that Milan is already in the top 4 and can neither compete for the title nor fall lower - I’m not sure of their motivation as in the case of Juventus.
607  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: March 08, 2024, 04:42:12 PM
Barcelona have odds of 1.46 for the win against Mallorca today. I think it is quite tempting to add to a parlay.  Grin  Barcelona couldn't win their previous game against each other by the way. However I'm more positive this time. I'm aware of their performance level and I just don't want it to end up like the Granada game a month ago (3-3).

They weren't good enough against Athletic Bilbao the last time. As I hope for some progress I will try my luck with Barcelona win. I hope my parlay wouldn't lose from the first game already.  Sad  Lewandowski might be the decider for this game in my opinion.

Yep. I have a great desire to bet on this outcome plus on the victory of Girona, simply based on the fact that these clubs cannot fail all the time. The odds for Girona to win are also quite good - 1.55. In general, in my opinion, in this round all the favorites’ quotes are very generous (except for Real Madrid) - I think that Athletic and Atlético are underestimated. The only problem is probably that the clubs may have reduced motivation since the tournament position has already been determined, so if you make a multi-bet, you shouldn’t make it too long.

Wow, I'm surprised by the big victories of Liverpool and Roma, but the most interesting match in terms of results is still Karabakh - Bayer.

Exactly, well, actually, Liverpool could have predicted from the start that they would definitely be the ones who were superior in this match. However, 5 goals in the first leg, this really gives the green light to progress to the next round.

What is very satisfying is Roma's performance under their new coach. Roma's big win over Birghton with 4 goals was very satisfying. and we might not think that far ahead of the number of goals. And Brighton had absolutely no chance to score a goal. Excelletn, this time, Roma is truly excellent.
~

In fact, taking into account the fact that on March 10th Liverpool will play a super important game with City, one could assume that they would not strain themselves in this game. But even with a less than optimal lineup, they were able to beat strong (as it seemed from the games with Galatasaray) Sparta with a score that guaranteed passage to the next round and made the second match a formality.
As for Brighton, they had chances (which Adingra regularly created), but were unable to capitalize on them. Perhaps in the return game Brighton will take revenge, but they will definitely not be able to win back 4 goals.

Following football trends, Victor Osimhen of Napoli will be better off taking the move to PSG and go become the new prince of France. With Mbappe touted to leave for Real Madrid and Goncalo Not firing in the 9 position, Osimhen is one who is one that can fill the voids easily.
That could be the right solution as a replacement for Mbappe who will leave at the end of the season but it doesn't seem like it will actually happen considering that PSG is not Osimhen's main destination. He would rather be in the English Premier League and everyone knows that too. Osimhen once dreamed of being part of one of the big English Premier League teams and he was a Chelsea fan when he was little.

But now the situation has changed and every player has his own view regarding his career and in this case, of course Osimhen can change his future according to his wishes. As one of the great strikers in recent seasons, of course he wants to be at a big club that focuses on winning titles and we know PSG can do that if only as seasonal champions in Ligue One. But something bigger like the Champions League will never be easily won by PSG. Now Osimhen must consider his options and where he will continue his career in his new home.

It seems to me that if Osimhen only wants money, then he should go straight to Saudi Arabia. The Ligue 1 "title" is not a title that people pay attention to at all (even when there was competition in the league). Formally, Ligue 1 belongs to the top leagues, but in fact there are only four top leagues: England, Spain, Germany, Italy. To be a prince in France and be visible throughout Europe, you need to play in the French national team, Osimhen and his Nigerian national team will not be able to follow Mbappe’s path here.
If Osimhen wants to develop as an athlete, then he needs to move to the top league, there are no other options. The only question is what Osimhen himself will choose.

2.37 - 4.02 - 2.53

Last year Aston Villa finished 7th and they are obviously in a better position than a year ago and considering that they are ahead of many big clubs they are doing great.
Looking at the Odds given, it seems that for this match Aston Villa is favoured only because they play home, nothing more than that, because looking at the opportunities owned between Aston Villa and Tottenham at this time both still have the momentum to be able to win in the match they will carry out.
In terms of performance for this season and last season, of course they are better for this season because with Emery it raises a hope where Aston Villa, which last season played poorly, is brought back to be one of the dark horse clubs until now but there are indeed some conditions that Emery still cannot maximise well in the previous few matches even though they have returned to good performance in the last 3 matches.

This will be interesting for sure because after all, apart from the position, this will also prove whether Aston Villa deserves or not in the top 4 in the end considering that for now in terms of points, their gap can still be overtaken with still many matches to be played until the end of the season.

If the game were in London, Tottenham would most likely be considered a slight favorite, but in general Aston Villa looks better in all respects: they have 2 points more (this is taking into account the fact that Tottenham will win their game in reserve), the goal difference is Aston Villa +22, and Tottenham +16. Of course, any team can win, but Aston Villa are reasonable favorites. In fact, this game may decide who will take fourth place (if Aston Villa wins, the issue will be resolved) - United are 11 points away and their game is so poor that it is difficult to imagine that they will be able to intervene in this fight.

Wow, I'm surprised by the big victories of Liverpool and Roma, but the most interesting match in terms of results is still Karabakh - Bayer.
Firstly, Karabakh was really close to breaking Bayer’s phenomenal streak (but apparently it’s so phenomenal that it would require some kind of miracle).
Secondly, the very fact that teams that have already played in the same group are playing in the 1/8 is ridiculous (I think UEFA should fix something here).
The third point is probably a repetition of the first, but still Karabakh, after games in the group where it lost both with a total score of 6-1, was able to give a serious fight to Bayer. I can imagine that in Germany Bayer will take it out on them to the fullest and we will again see something like 4-0 or 5-0.
612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 07, 2024, 08:12:06 PM
Did you guess see this?

Is Mbappe actually ever leaving PSG?
At this point, I guess Macron might actually offer him half of the country.
I am pretty sure that they have discussed some things about him leaving or staying in PSG.

Otherwise, why would Mbappe be here where the Qatari Sheikh came to visit France and meet the president of France for the ceasefire in Gaza?
i can't find any valid reason other than that.

Quote
French football superstar Kylian Mbappe joined a dinner on Tuesday hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron
for Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, who begins his two-day state visit to France.
Meanwhile, Mbappe, who plays for Qatari-owned Paris St Germain, is set to leave the club once his contract ends in June.
The player confirmed his exit earlier this month.
Full Video- https://youtu.be/xBj4CaNFiQc?si=JxxPnGTt56jD4OFJ

In my opinion there is nothing unusual in this. Mbappe is not just a football player, but a big media person, so you can see him (and we will see him) a lot at some events/meetings, etc. This is the world of celebrities, they hang out together and mutually increase their media capital.
As for his departure from PSG, everything has already gone so far (and stretches so far) that for each side, it seems to me, there is no turning back. Even the fans (at least certain radical factions of PSG fans) are already booing him as an stranger.

Do you guys think that Aston Villa will be able to recover after the lack cluster performance that they had a little while ago?

What I understand is that the coach is really good and he has done really well to bring any great results. But when you don't have the best squad, you are only going to be able to do so much before you start having problems. But I still think they are performing pretty well. And they have shown great improvements. Even if they can finish in the top four, ahead of Tottenham, it is still going to be a big achievement for them in my opinion.

Recover in what sense? Aston Villa have three wins in their last three games, and even though there were two defeats before that, overall the results are good since they are now alone in fourth place. If they win against Tottenham, then getting into the top four will apparently be guaranteed. But the quotes for this game are very random:

2.37 - 4.02 - 2.53

Last year Aston Villa finished 7th and they are obviously in a better position than a year ago and considering that they are ahead of many big clubs they are doing great.
614  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: March 07, 2024, 04:11:26 PM
Have you heard that Ancelotti allegedly evaded tax and he might get prison sentence of 4 years and 9 months?  Shocked

According to Sky News there is a possibility like this. But it is an allegation as I said and as far as I know Ancelotti denied this. I hope there isn't really such thing done by him. Otherwise it would be really unfortunate for a great manager like Ancelotti. I think he won't be found guilty of this accusation. It just doesn't make sense to me especially while he is still doing his job actively. If he was retired then I wouldn't have been so sure of that as I don't know him personally in the end.  Grin

I think this is an invention of journalists. Yes, they have some basis, since absolutely any person (who has serious income) is trying to optimize taxes, but most likely they are talking about some small violation/inaccuracy in filing a tax return, etc. I doubt that Ancelotti does not have an accountant and a lawyer to do everything correctly and avoid violations that could lead to serious consequences.
615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏆Rollbit.com | Champions League Pool | $11,000+ in Prizes ⚽️ Discussion Thread on: March 07, 2024, 04:04:57 PM
I was confident in PSG and I'm glad that I guessed the correct score. I wrote in another topic and now I also think that the bookmakers made a mistake with the quotes in this case, considering Sociedad to be the favorite.
In the Bayern - Lazio game I predicted 3-1 in favor of Bayern (although in Pot B I picked Lazio as all-in), and I was close, but damn Lazio couldn't score a single goal (although they had a couple of good chances).

PSG was surely the favorite in my opinion too, but they had a decent lead from the 1st game so I thought that they will play a boring draw.
The issue with PSG is that their league is weak, so they don't have to preserve energy like most other clubs do. Look at City - they have Liverpool for the weekend and are without 5+ starters whereas PSG was fired up for the game which I did not take into account.

The fact that Ligue 1 is weak plays against PSG when they play with serious teams (it is difficult to be in maximum focus after you have been playing with weaklings all season) and plays in favor of PSG when they play with average teams - as you said they have no need to save energy + they have been waiting all season for these very important games, so a draw is not what they are aiming for, no matter what the result of the first game is.
In general, I see that the majority did not agree with the opinion of the bookmakers (although Sociedad was a purely nominal favorite with a slight advantage) and chose PSG. It's a pity  Grin I thought here to score points "against everyone".
616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: March 07, 2024, 03:56:24 PM
Arsenal will benefit greatly from a draw between Manchester City and Liverpool, but I'm not sure that will happen. The reason I say this is that both teams are vying for the same point, which is crucial for both of them. If either team wins, it will be a fortunate opportunity for them to win the league. Based on their performances so far, Manchester City looks better than Liverpool. In Liverpool's most recent match against Nothingham Forest, Liverpool struggled to score goals, possibly as a result of their players' absence.
~

A draw is always the least likely outcome in a match between two equal teams and this game will be no exception, here are the quotes:

2.88 - 3.77 - 2.20

City is the favorite and in my opinion this is unfounded. I see that it would be more appropriate to rate Liverpool as 2.20 and City as 2.88. Both quotes mean the chances are less than 50% and Liverpool, as a team playing at home, has a slight advantage. I think there is value in betting on Liverpool.
617  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: March 07, 2024, 03:47:41 PM
for goodness sake, it remains a very strong team, like Milan and Roma for example
however this season, not playing the Champions League and therefore having the players always fresh and operational, I didn`t expect such a disappointing performance, I don`t know who`s to blame but it`s not a nice thing to see.. my opinion

Everyone expected Juventus to fight for the title, but after a good period the moment came when Juventus could not keep up with Inter's pace and failed. Napoli also failed. Just like Milan. It's quite funny, but last season in the top 4 everyone was a loser except Napoli, and this season everyone except Inter. For some reason, there is no equal rivalry and intrigue, at least until the last rounds, the champion becomes known much earlier.

Juventus have been out of the race since they were beaten and their performance continues to worsen until now, there was no way for Juventus to catch up and what they need to do is maintain their position in the top 4. because Serie A only has 11 matches left meaning there can be no mistakes in each match.

There are 10 points and 2 teams between Juventus and 5th place, it is completely unrealistic for them to lose a place in the top 4. Look at the quotes of the teams competing for the top 4:

Ac Milan 1.01

Inter 1.01

Juventus 1.01

Bologna 2.16

Atalanta 3.19

As Roma 3.43

Napoli 8.82

The odds of Inter, Milan and Juventus are no different at all, although their standings are very different. The only intrigue is who will take fourth place. This season, Juventus will apparently have to be content with the Italian Cup, for which they have good chances since there are only two steps left: defeat Lazio, and then defeat the winner of the Fiorentina-Atalanta pair.

Jürgen Klopp explains latest on Mo Salah and Dominik Szoboszlai fitness

Source: Liverpoolfc.com

This is great news for Liverpool fans. Liverpool's main striker Mohamed Salah will be seen with the squad in their next match. I don't think the Sparta Praha team is too strong though. But since the match is Sparta Praha's home match, Liverpool players will have to play carefully. If you make a mistake in this away match, there is a big possibility that Liverpool will lose or the match will be a draw. Klopp is an experienced coach. Hope he will not make any mistake in this match. Liverpool will try their hardest to win the Europa League title.

But I doubt whether Mohamed Salah will be in the starting XI against Sparta Prague. Klopp will probably not take this risk. Salah is back with the squad after a long time. Also, more important than the win against Sparta Praha is getting points against Manchester City in their next match. Liverpool will definitely need Mohamed Salah if they want to perform well against City. Looking forward to see what Klopp decides.

Taking into account the fact that the game with City will be on March 10th (and this may be the central game of the whole season), I think Liverpool will play with a semi-reserve squad in the game with Sparta. Sparta can cause trouble for Liverpool and even take advantage of the situation to win today, but for Liverpool the priority is the Premier League. Today, the most important thing for them is not to lose big in order to achieve the desired result in the return game. Even a minimal defeat is quite acceptable.

I anticipated that the match would be a challenging one for both teams, and my prediction of a draw turned out to be accurate. Given that it was Sporting's home game, I knew they wouldn't underestimate Atalanta, despite their recent good form. Throughout the match, it was evident that Sporting dominated possession of the ball on the pitch. However, Atalanta had several promising opportunities to score more goals.Despite this, they only managed to convert one of those chances into a goal. Ultimately, the match unfolded as I had expected, with neither team able to secure a victory. Prior to kick-off, I had already foreseen that the game would likely end in a draw, given the evenly matched performance of both sides and the competitive nature of the contest.

I didn’t see the game, but judging by the statistics, it was Atalanta that dominated:

Shots - 5:14
Shots on target - 2:3
Corners - 4:10
Ball possession - 53%:47%

I think they were closer to victory, but they will be quite happy with a draw because the return game will be in Italy and this will give them an additional advantage.
You are lucky that you guessed the draw outcome, this is always a very difficult choice since the balance is fragile and no matter how equal the teams are, this outcome is never the most likely (the odds are always higher than 3).
