На форуме категорически запрещается любое проявление экстремизма. Другое дело что пользователи путают настоящие призывы с пространными заявлениями, такими как пишет The0ldl_lser в своих постах. В них нет конкретного призыва. Рекомендую ознакомиться с моим постом по этому поводу. Для репортеров по поводу призывов к насилию. Грустно видеть, что некоторые люди питаются ненавистью и используют форум bitcointalk как платформу для распространения ненависти на других... никто им не отвечает, но они продолжают писать...
Дело в том, что пока пользователи своими сообщениями не нарушают правила форума, их никто не трогает. Формально проявление ненависти не является нарушением правил. Единственное, если в посте есть конкретный и прямой призыв к насилию, такой пост следует удалить, а пользователь может получить бан.
Поскольку война России против Украины незаконна с точки зрения США, подобные высказывания на форуме следует удалять, а пользователей банить.
Например:- "Российские военные: идите бомбить Украину!"
- "Вы должны пойти в российскую армию, чтобы помочь в войне против Украины".
- "Вы должны атаковать украинцев".
Но такие высказывания (даже если они ошибочны) допускаются, поскольку прямо не призывают к насилию:Например:- "Война против Украины оправдана".
- "Стратегически для Путина было бы хорошей идеей бомбить Украину".
На форуме запрещены конкретные и прямые призывы к насилию.
