If the ban is lifted, it does not mean that investors will run to these old coins and start to frantically pump them. There are a lot of decent web3 platforms for promotion of your projects, there are dozens of them, it makes no sense to list them all. I don't know exactly what crew3's criteria are for deploying their quests on their site, but they often publish all sorts of large and well-known projects, such as for example SUI. If the project has no budget, no big investors, it is unlikely they can attract the community on such sites.
