Should have been put to sleep.

It's quite damaging for the patient.
1462  Other / Off-topic / Re: Getting a wisdom tooth pulled. on: July 04, 2013, 06:03:05 PM
I managed to find a really nice one as well to be fair to them, she was the only one who spotted that I actually had a problem with grinding in my sleep and that was what was causing the major problems, not brushing my teeth which I'm completely paranoid about now >_<.

paranoia will wear off soon, and laziness will take over, lol Smiley

VIOLET

My girlfriends name, I really believe we'll grow old together. She perfectly suits  my lifestyle, as I suit her. We are quite unmatched in our interests, but matched in bed Smiley On a side note, I think if she ever leaves me, I'll break her, and whomever she leaves me for, legs  Roll Eyes But it goes really swell for a pretty long time now for me to not to worry about it.

My bet is BTC0.001
1464  Economy / Games and rounds / Hearty Mini Raffle! 1/100 tickets sold. Entry from 0.0005 to 0.002 BTC on: July 04, 2013, 05:50:50 PM
Welcome to the Hearty Mini Raffle!  Kiss Rules are as follows:

Write a name or a series of words describing something you love/like a lot - it can be your mother's or girlfriend's name, some kind of activity like wrestling, your favorite shemale porn actress, most beloved dish, TV show you enjoy, anything that comes to mind. Only rule - it has to be written in CAPS. You can also write a description, what is it, and why do you love it. Then you must write how much do you want to bet BTC0.0005 BTC0.001 BTC0.002

When the number of participants reaches 50, I will post money pot address at the end of this post. When all bets are made I will combine all of those beloved things mentioned in a large string and use that in a randomizer of my choosing (or maybe suggested one) as a seed. Winning number will get the prize.

If the winning number made a bet of BTC0.0005 he will collect all bets of a same amount,  1/2 of the bets of BTC0.001 and 1/4 of BTC0.002 bets.
If the winning number made a bet of BTC0.001 he will collect all bets of a same amount or lower and 1/2  of BTC0.002 bets.
If the winning number made a bet of BTC0.002 he will collect everything.
Remaining from 1/2 or 1/4 leftovers in upper two variants will be taxed 20% and then returned back to those raffle participants.
If this raffle somehow fails before finding a winner I will simply return all bets with no tax.

I will keep list of participants strings and bets in this original (or maybe following) post, and if I fail to do that due lack of space, I'll move this list to google docs or embedded picture format.

Good luck everyone!

He'll learn if he hasn't already that's not really something to joke about.

it's comments like this that crack me up
he SHOULD NOT learn the lesson, he SHOULD be able to say everything he wants
otherwise it's a Tell me, Mr. Anderson... what good is a phone call... if you're unable to speak? all over

What next? Jail comedians? It started with political correctness and ends with terrorism paranoia.

Is this for realzies? Long time ago I had my yahoo account deleted for posting a black humor question in yahoo answers (deleted along with my emails and etc), but this is too much. Freedom of speech much?

In the meantime lets sing "Who dropped the soap? Who dropped the soap?"  Grin

Tie it to fiat? Then you're giving the fed free reign to print your currency.

Tie it to current fiat price, and adjust it every time fed prints new money.
1468  Other / Off-topic / Re: How dangerous to use same username but different password? on: July 04, 2013, 09:47:37 AM
it's neither the username nor password that's the problem in most hacks. It's the user.

use anti-vir, a decent browser and common sense. that's more important than complex 16digit passwords and shit

My brother has played one pretty popular mmo 1-2 years ago, and their user account database was compromised (i'm thinking just sold) and went off to the internetz.

Next thing you know - he got his email and some accounts hacked too. That was a good lesson for him.

So you here you go.

if you use your paypal pass for games then see

common sense

if you use windows firewall on xp with java 5 then see

common sense

also it could've been not an email but any other associated service/account, so

complex 16digit passwords and shit
are as important as anything else

While bitcoin was cpu, or at least gpu bound it was in it's most decentralized form.

There was still the threat of botnets.

Good point.
I wonder how hard is it to spot that your GPU is part of the botnet Smiley
Also how big are these botnets these days?

Your thread is too obvious and too late.

It serves no purpose, as those "i lost faith" threads or as my post here.

Someone please tell me that such posts/threads do not affect btc market more than 0.01%
Pretty please?
With a cherry on top?

Ending of Jin-Roh

Dunno why that came on top of other movies.
1474  Other / Off-topic / Re: Getting a wisdom tooth pulled. on: July 04, 2013, 09:07:37 AM
I had a partial impaction of one of my wisdom teeth that got horribly infected. The dentist wanted to extract it, but I decided to wait and see what happened. A week of antibiotics later, and the infection's gone and the tooth came through perfectly fine. And that's the story of how despite the best efforts of my dentist, I still have all my teeth. Grin

That's exactly what I was talking about earlier. Those evil dentists are very eager on pulling stuff out. Although I love mine, she's an exclusion from this rule.
1475  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Pishing scammer! legitnick! on: July 04, 2013, 09:05:25 AM
If his account was hacked, he would have the time to register and warn everyone about it before raffle ends. If he got hacked while raffle went on, that would be too much to believe. Also view his recent forum activity.

I cant believe someone fell for that

Such a nice setup, and so lame execution.

That phishing link could be done much better.

I hope it was worth the trouble, there's plenty of other way to trash your account than this.
1478  Economy / Speculation / Re: Asic devaluating bitcoin on: July 03, 2013, 11:53:16 PM
Maybe the demand for ASICs was what pumped BTC so high in the first place. Now that the difficulty is skyrocketing the demand for ASICs is going back down and BTC is going back to its normal value.

Indeed it was asic demand that drove btc price up.
