The list stirs some awkward feelings in me. I've never used a single one on the list. (except BitPay on a few occasions)

Either I'm not even close to the target audience of VCs or.......

Great point&click indie game which came out a few years ago. I don't want to hype or spoil it, but I'm pleased by the character development and narrative with an enjoyable (though quite short) score. May cause feels! Give it a try. Doesn't take more than a few hours.

Don't forget to bug Kan to post a BTC address either for himself or (ideally) Freebird in its entirety. (or even more ideally, for each particular game)

It sounds like they forcefully took control of the government to "force" an allegedly-to-be-fair election. ... So I guess the military's supposed to be the moderates in this situation...?

yes, but, the reds will clearly win all elections, so if there is a vote, and the reds win well we are back to where we were a year ago.

and if there is not a vote, the red will start a civil war.
The reds will win fairly, or must there be "undemocratic actions" taken to win? Trying to understand if this is putsch or popular uprising.

Goofy drama aside - wish him all the best. Even if controversial, would donate to a legal fund aimed at preventing extradition and assume a good few others would, too.

I don't think that will be necessary, he allegedly holds hundreds of thousands of BTC
You admit to holding the coins if you use them, and I don't think you'll find a law firm willing to ignore that. Anyone exchanging his coins to cash for him would have to be insane.
.... Or MPOE-PR.

I don't handle escrow for what's listed in OP, have never spoken with OP or OP-pretender, and haven't publicly offered escrow service for a couple weeks. Fwiw.

Lunatic trait is best trait.

What game is this?
Crusader Kings II, from Paradox.

Nethack

BUMP FOR NETHACK

DOES ANYONE ELSE LOVE NETHACK

Why, I do believe that I found someone that loves nethack more than myself. But seriously - nethack. If you haven't played nethack, and you are reading this, you are hereby ordered by the Department of Awesome Games to stop what you're doing and play nethack.

Are you playing nethack yet? Why not? Go play nethack. RIGHT. NOW.
Nethack's pretty awesome. It was open-source, so there are a bunch of different modifications to it out there... some give it elaborate GUIs for the "modern gamer" - I think one's even 3D and adds sounds. I've always stuck with SLASH'EM, though -- I was a late entrant to Nethack. Nethack consumes virtually 0 resources... great for tablets and whatnot.

1031  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Denver Murder Rate Cut in Half After Marijuana Legalization. Coincidence? on: May 21, 2014, 05:31:29 PM
Yeaaaah... 17 murders to 8 isn't really solid data for the same reason the 135% YOY increase in arson isn't relevant.
Haha, I have to admit I didn't view the city report. I'm from metro Detroit and was just imaging what those percentage decreases would look like in our neck of the woods for positive imagery. But hey, statistically there's 9 more people alive in Denver these days. Wink
Oh. We should meet up some time or something. I'm over in Jackson. Yeah, even a 9% decrease in homicide there would be, what, 200 people?
1032  Other / Meta / Re: Some admin decided to delete my posts. WHY? on: May 21, 2014, 05:06:54 PM
Ahhh.... Okay, I see, now. That entire thread should have been deleted since they're launching their coin with an indirect giveaway encouraging users to post in their thread for "football coins."
1033  Other / Meta / Re: Some admin decided to delete my posts. WHY? on: May 21, 2014, 05:02:27 PM
That one's technically a giveaway, too, though I'd assume that was a mistake.

1035  Other / Politics & Society / Re: This is why you shouldn't vote Hilary on: May 21, 2014, 04:45:02 PM
I still say that the fact that she is pig ugly is reason enough on its face.

Yes. She is ugly. But that is just one of her less evil merits / demerits. For me, the fact that she took an active part in bombing the Serbian orphanages and old-age homes, is the number one reason to oppose her. She should be put in jail for the rest of her life for murdering innocent children in Serbia and other places.
Too wordy. That's why Ron fell flat on his face and Rand will, too. However, if you happen to end up working for the campaign in '15/'16, make sure randpaul2016.com points here: http://hillaryugly.com/

You can run a wordy one-minute television advertisement and waste bucket-loads of money, or just pay them to air various unflattering pictures of Hillary for a few seconds.

The ugly's too damn high.

Yes
Giveaway threads have been banned for months.
1037  Other / Off-topic / Re: Spiders live or die? on: May 21, 2014, 04:33:28 PM
Spider freaks, I have captured one of your comrades in a pickle jar after freaking the Hell out because he jumped. He will die a slow and painful(?) death if you do not send BTC.25 to 16exqdBgeEB2W6K5g51dpFWFCnicL8bUPc

Payment in full, and he'll be released outside (with proof).

Either you're a girl, are broke, or you seriously need help. Grin
Spiders shouldn't jump. I do not approve of animals I have trouble seeing jumping around in my house. Cats, I can see. Dogs, I can see (and they generally can't jump for shit anyway). Spiders blend in and jump 50x their body height on top of being hairy, ugly fucks which bite and cause hives. Fuck that.

I don't mind snakes, but the first time I find a biting snake that jumps 20 feet in the air without notice, there will be one more decapitated snake on this planet.
1038  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Potential Bitcoin Killer - > Prohibited content in Blockchain possible! on: May 21, 2014, 04:29:16 PM
In the US, you can avoid paying income taxes by writing "I am a tree" in all the boxes. My brother, Murphy G, tried this and beat the IRS. They wiped away his alleged debts. Hope it helps.

Poof, Bitcointalk is now hosting illegal content.

1040  Other / Off-topic / Re: eBay hit with massive security breach on: May 21, 2014, 03:36:01 PM
No surprise there. I've been calling the USD bubble for years. Troubled USD has another security breach, users' data and money (eventually, if not already) lost because a bunch of kids thought the scrap in their mom's basement would make them millionaires.
