The video you quoted got only 60 views so far, I think that is also because it was mentioned on this popular forum. I have also seen a lot of people abusing this and spreading false or exaggerated information about bitcoins. However, after some time those channels die. This happens because of two reasons. Some of these get strikes for violating the YouTube guidelines. In case of the reaming ones, the viewers understand that the person in the video is just making these videos for his own monetary gain. Youll notice I have no ads #1, #2 if 1 person out of 60 actually dont get scammed from watching it then I have done my job. I dont do it to make money, I spent hours making it to help others. |

Haha, Tim, nice post. Why not use the strategy of people looking to make x100? Buy all the top 100 coins, and post the biggest loser here. Meanwhile, make 100 threads about "This is the final warning, I told you first about X coin". And as each coin drops, you come out and say you were the first to predict it. Instant youtube fame.

Being hearing about this stuff, it's pretty crazy hackers are getting bolder and bolder stealing cryptocurrency. The best way to stop it is educate everyone so they know to avoid scams, phishing, malware and viruses too.
Which is why i thought I should post this, as it might save some people in the future. |

this has to be stopped. more people will become victims especially now that scammers use verified account for their tricks. stuffs like this has to be filtered and regulated.
This is really insane, would be nice if these people would try and improve the community. Some of this stuff is "smart", so their brains could be used differently. |

why they (scammers) get verified badge? yes, sometimes i get message by pm twitter, to click links, i think this is scammer too
The scammers are hacking or buying accounts of users who are unrelated to cryptocurrency and have verified badges. They are then changing the names and pictures on the account to impersonate cryptocurrency people like the one in the picture. |

Yikes. How the hell are the scammers getting the blue "verified" tick? Shouldn't be that easy right? Twitter needs to up their game as soon as possible.
They are hacking people outside of cryptocurrency with verified badges and then changing their name. On other platforms, if you change your name you have to get reverified ( which only seems right ) but I guess on twitter you don't have too. |

Not only are the scammers doing the fake accounts that say "send .02 BTC and get triple" but apparently now they are either buying verified accounts or hacking them and changing the names and pictures to cryptocurrency people. Now it can actually be hard to tell if someone is scamming.

There are already plenty of signature campaigns available for users in this same section of the forums. I do not see the need for you to create your own thread especially when you are a relatively new member and do not have much to provide on top of what equally and higher ranked members have. Furthermore, how do you even keep track of the number of impressions of your signature? The closest thing I can think of is to add up the views of the threads that you post on, but even then, that is going to include the views that the thread got before you posted on it as well as the views that the thread got with a viewer that might not even have scrolled down or been in the same page as you. I do not see anyone taking you up on your offer anytime soon, but feel free to prove me wrong.

People don't buy based on a time-sensitive account, but rather from the person's quality of posting. If a spammer has a signature, members are less likely to buy than from someone who has quality and helpful posts. You have it exactly right, the views that my threads get are added up, and information on the view count for each of my threads previous to purchasing is available. Keep in mind I post many times per day on threads that are not mine, and those views are not taken into consideration which adds value to the purchase. Youtube will be considered a best way to market those coins. It will becomes more interesting to more people if they can understand the topics about bitcoin using graphics or videos or actual presentation. It is more lively to present the topic using videos compare to reading materials. It really helps to market those coins.
