Partnerships dont exist from someone paying millions to be accepted on the site. Old 50 year olds that pay for porn aren't going to go through the trouble of having to exchange for Verge. Monero would be better, but their not going to pay to be added.

I'm sure that the community of Verge was waiting for something much more than collaborating with a porn site and if you look at the graphics of Verge, in the last hour it lost about 19 percent of its value.
I love when people say "partnership". Looks like Verge just paid millions to a company to accept it as a payment, and we dont have a document of the partnership so know knows if more crypto can be accepted. PH likely dumped their free money. 50-year-old men who pay to watch it, arent going to think " fuck it, I wont use my visa that has been working. I will use this crypto that I cant buy directly and have to exchange it. Oh yeah and verge isnt very private so I am getting the same coverage". |

You should remember one thing is only to store crypto on MEW when you trade often. If you invest for a long time, hold for at least 6 months, then buy a hardware wallet like Ledge Nano S for crypto storage because this form is very safe for the amount of your crypto. MEW is just an online wallet and can be hacked at any time.
MEW is a "online wallet". Your keys are saved by you, so if you upload them while the site is hacked or from a hacked computer than you could lose your coins. But if the site gets hacked and you don't upload your keys you are likely fine. |

You should buy a hardware wallet, and copy the seed phrase on paper in more than one safe location. Some people put them in safety deposit boxes etc.
Some people will hold half the seed in 1 place and the other half in a second location. Dont take a picture or save it to a computer.

It is different for everyone. I wouldn't keep 100% onto anything. Like if you have $50k invested, I would put $25k on two different hardware wallets.

Trezor or Ledger is the way to go. MEW is good but is not the safest.
