Bitmine didn't take the money, you guys did the buck stops there. I'm assuming that's what a court of law would say, perhaps that's the next step that needs to be taken since DZ flew the coup.
When the sale of the hashrate was made, it was known that the funds were being collected by the coop to send to Bitmine to pay for the units, we are just a middle man of collecting funds and managing the machine when it arrives.

I do not believe that lashing out will not get the desired outcome.

It won't, I don't get paid to be a part of the coop and it has actually cost me a lot of time and money, lashing out against me = me no longer caring. I'll continue working on getting the refund but my speed will not be as fast.
Whatever, I don't expect to get my money back. Bobsag ended up with a nice DC though.
342  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Why is BITMAIN selling used products ? on: June 11, 2014, 06:59:52 PM
I have purchased many miners from Bitmain, S1 and S2. Never has one appeared to have seen any use. In fact, they were so clean and unscarred I wondered if they had even been functionally tested. But I have yet to have ever had a DOA or failure of any kind.
I have ordered 30 S1's and all of them looked new as well.

So, who is 'Another User', who seems to be so heavily vested in this new information - of which he is the only source?
I don't care who he is but he makes valid points. Customers just got screwed by the big guy once again.
345  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Yiazo YBF Bitfury miner on: June 11, 2014, 03:23:44 PM
Are we that overpriced ?  Huh

Let us compare with CEX.IO

1 GH = 0.0074 BTC = 3.515 Euro (@ BTC rate of 475 euro)

Our 300+ GH/s miner

@ avarage of 300 GH/s = 4.1166 euro/GHs
@ avarage of 340 GH/s = 3.6323 euro/GHs
@ avarage of 380 GH/s = 3.2500 euro/GHs

YBF 300+ GH/s Miner Set Discount price: 1235 euro Link
At CEX.IO there are no additional electricity or hosting costs. If you install this in your home you will be paying for electricity.

What PSU comes with the 2 THASH unit? Is it a server unit?
347  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Yiazo YBF Bitfury miner on: June 10, 2014, 08:08:09 PM
Dropped the price of the YBF14S-H to 125 euro. We hope this first batch will sell and satisfy our customers so we can make a second batch and can offer you even better prizes. As you know a first batch is always relatively expensive due to development and setup (stencil) costs.
That cost should be eaten by the Manufacturer, its part of the R&D.
348  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Antminer s1 power supply help needed! on: June 10, 2014, 07:14:12 PM
It looks like it only has 1 PCI-E cable, that other cable is for a CPU and the polarity is reversed. You can get an extension cable for the CPU part and then cut of the end and just wire up the positive and negative to the terminal block.
349  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Buy directly from LKETC, they dropped the price to 1599.88 shipped on: June 10, 2014, 06:43:37 PM
Their site shows the correct USD price but I don't know who the heck they use to determine BTC price. They want 3.03 BTC, at today's rate it should be 2.487.

Why are they dumping? New miners?
That would be my guess, next gen about to get pumped hard. I think I am going to fence sit for the rest of the summer.

Some funny answers here guys.

Yeah i know there is no legal recourse thats why im posting it publicly.

Raise awareness on their shadiness is the only thing i can do.

nobody gives a hoot about it, all that matters-performance.
Plus your raising awareness about a product they don't even make anymore. Good luck on your crusade.
352  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - Best W/GH/s ratio, Best $/GH/s ratio on: June 10, 2014, 06:31:48 PM
I had tried sending PM's to the 'Real' spondoolies account too and it was never replied to.  I'm sure it's still sitting in their inbox.

Well be patient...I think they are in Israel and there may be a communication difficulty. I think he needs to check HERE in this website for PM's. I do not think he is working together with the other spoondoolies.

dboldt. I am sorry for your loss.

It's Spondoolies not Spoondoolies

Whats going on, you have been online yet are not answering any questions? Credibility is important if you want to be a successful reseller.

1) Does it matter? The warranty provided is the same
2) Dust can build up very, very quickly.

Yes it does matter.

The warranty is a joke, who are you laughing at here ??
There were months of buildup dust in there. Saying that this could be done in days is plain retarded.

Does it matter if i spit in your soup ? Tastes the same, looks the same, smells the same,  wont make you sick, your meal is as nutritive etc. I believe it matters no?

Plus last i heard selling used products as new product is illegal.
Your buying shit from China, get real.
355  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Yiazo YBF Bitfury miner on: June 10, 2014, 03:43:13 PM
This is a tough game, at those prices you might as well just keep them and build your own farm. No one is going to pay this.
356  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: sha-256 and scrypt big selection of miners on: June 10, 2014, 02:57:48 PM
Which Dragon model, does it have the new 1200 watt PSU? Where are these being shipped from?

Latest model. More information coming soon.
Perfect, looking forward to more info! Very interested especially if you are in North America.

They sell used gear because people will buy it. Double ROI.

The lack of communication makes me nervous, I think I am out.
