1081  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Whitepaper just Buzz Word in Alt and Meme coins? on: August 14, 2023, 04:47:31 PM
Some depend on it and some arent. People usually forgot to rely on this due to hype and trends. Even without seeing ehat the details of the projects are blindly investing right away. Well not all can be deceived too by whitepaper flawless content. Sometimes they are just copying the info on other or older project and change some details and focus on the token sale and possible money related on the projects. Much better to see some actual product and working platform than just a merely paragraphs from whitepaper.
1082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Free NFTs real or fake? on: August 14, 2023, 01:38:51 PM
If this is scam nfts please be very mindful if you come across something like this. I just shared this so that those who are desperate of airdrop won't rush to swap in other to receive 1.5 ETH on the picture above as I believe is another smart way to get airdrop participate or users got trapped.
Obviously its a trap mate. For an easy way to get an nft and worth 1.5eth isnt something you could get your hands on easily. Plus if this kind of nft drop to our wallet and showing unrealistically value then we better think twice. Some coders might program or make it valuable on some monitoring sites or apps ecen without real valuation so always remember if its too good to be true then forget it.
1083  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Free badge on Debank (Potential airdrop) on: August 14, 2023, 06:57:47 AM
I might have several wallets that all qualify for many badges. I just always thought they would be just novelty items so not worth time i didn't do it earlier.
Thats worth claiming especially its only free or gasless.  Most badges are airdrop related so if you received those project drop you can easily mint those badges. I think they arent doing any snapshot yet since they just release the debank testnet for their own network. So there must be a lot of activities coming for more testing.
Id could be wrong but only my guess. Better to hear dbschk guestimate as he seems professional on airdrops.
1084  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Free badge on Debank (Potential airdrop) on: August 13, 2023, 02:11:14 PM
Rabby currently has two forms: a chrome extension (like MetaMask) and a native desktop app for Windows and MacOS. I only used the extension version though. Yes you can use your existing wallet by importing your seed phrase. Check it out here https://rabby.io/
Okay Im using kiwi app for the browser, you think its compatible too? Also mise browser. But definitely will check the website for info thanks for sharing will try out the debank testnet in few days been busy with other testnet for now.

Sei starts trading on the 15th and still no specific details about the airdrop yet. This worries me, even though I'm not sure I'll be eligible cause I don't use the SEI testnet that much.
(Sorry for being off topic Cheesy)
Yeah no problem, anyway it seems like you did some work for this. I am just hoping for the rewards for atom stakers since they announced that. ( sorry too Cheesy)
1085  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens if USDT falls down? on: August 13, 2023, 02:00:10 PM
Then something will rise up and be the next or new usdt. Its gonna be like ust case where its die out but its gonna be hard to let usdt fall into that gap range cause they have a lot of funds and has diffrent case of luna stables. But if this were to happen at some point this could bring very bad effect on market cause usdt is one of the major or the most commonly used stablecoin so people might panic about the market.
1086  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Came back from long haitus on: August 12, 2023, 06:45:51 PM
Can some tell me what are the current qualifications to join some campaign and how/where to get them? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance!
Im not sure if you forgot or you just didnt know. Theres a difference, cause a hero member rank like you must know this information. How long have you been hiastus? Surely that you knew where to apply if signature campaign for altcoins and sig campaign for services with bitcoin paid.

Better start posting and regaining your presence if you wanna do signature again cause merits mostly involved in application for a campaign.
1087  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Free badge on Debank (Potential airdrop) on: August 12, 2023, 05:33:11 PM
For minting the Web3 ID that cost around $96, I will mint once I have enough incoming funds this month as I was kind of managing my funds very well especially that I do not have any stable job yet (hopefully Sei airdrop would be the biggest answer but not expecting much from them) and my clients weekly aren't that consistent too.

For now, I'll just hang on for a while until I've got incoming delayed funds and some "miracles".
Thats fine mate. Even me doesnt minting it yet, its quite expensive actually for an unsure airdrop. But probably something will be useful for that kind of webID for sure. Anyway lets hope for more incoming airdrop funds surely aside from debank there are tons of upcoming drops that would be worth a lot and if werr lucky could bag some really juicy profits.
1088  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Any legit bitcoin mining apps? on: August 12, 2023, 04:18:26 PM
Hi
I just want to ask if there are any legit btc mining that i can start mining with as a newbie?
Trusted probably none. But Im not sure about Binance product. Cause I subscribed on their telegram and see some post about mining of bitcoin, though Im not interested thats why I didnt see details or how does this particular product works on them. Maybe some sort of like using btc something like that to run. You can check out for yourself, but if you are looking for an app for mining then its literally hard or possibly scam only.
1089  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Free badge on Debank (Potential airdrop) on: August 12, 2023, 01:23:57 PM
Nice UI, so much more functionality, e.g. approvals review, default multichain support, gas top-up, and better safeguard around transactions. It's so much better than MetaMask in my opinion.
Nice to hear that. Its same on metamask? Like they have their own app and does they have extension chrome like most apps? Can we just import our wallet to use there or needed to create a new one?

I haven't mint the Web3 ID and building followers on DeBank because I didn't think there'll be an airdrop. But with this new information, I'm planning to build my TVF slowly (still have a few months, no rush Cheesy) and mint the Web3 ID soon.
Im sure since you are active, you have seen the leak rumors about these requirements. But it said that it is a criteria option not mentioning an airdrop so we shouldnt have our high hopes. But what I feared about this tvf is being expose to much since its a web3 wallet with your socials. So a bit hesitant to expose my activity on different chains. You know feels like someone watching you, not bad for influencers since they are transparent and can have others a copy trade. But for simple shrimps like me 😂 not sure though.

1090  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Free badge on Debank (Potential airdrop) on: August 12, 2023, 01:08:09 PM
It all makes sense now. Up until this point I didn't know Rabby and DeBank were built by the same team. This is a very clever user acquisition efforts by them. I've heard good things about Rabby wallet before but couldn't be bothered to move from MetaMask. With this DeBank chain testnet, I finally try the Rabby wallet and I really love it. It's way better than MetaMask in terms of user experience.
Hows the user experience mate? Hearing your feedback is like an excitement for us haha not to miss this activity on debank. Can I ask if you have minted the web3 ID and do some follow for follow on socials. Cause there are rumors found on github about criteria on possible airdrop like these:

- More than $1k funds
-minted webID worth $97
-TVF greater than 0
1091  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you know segment. (Get to know briefly a few legendary rank users and learn) on: August 11, 2023, 04:57:33 PM
I highly doubt that this account is being controlled by a genuine newbie, most likely an alt, but that’s no issue here in the forum.
You could be right on that but thats not an issue I guess. Many high rank users are able to create a dummy account or newbie when they wanted to speak against or related issue. But judging from his tone we can feel like his already been a member and telling a story or admiration to some of the users here. Cause he knew popular guys which I can say barely know especially location based.
1092  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Binance indirectly manipulative by promoting Tokens? on: August 11, 2023, 04:14:12 PM
I believe with Binance is top trusted exchange without manipulative when listing new coins, probably have with failed coins when listing on Binance but is not totally fault from Binance.
Actually they said its an experimental and will not be the automatic norm for every project out there. Plus this is a launchpool so Im not sure what would be the listing approach on 15th especially there are two coins to be listed at the same time. For me the 5mins break isnt that much of an issue if this token or project is gonna go beyond that then so be it. Or this is a chance to buy for some who wanted without that much higher pressure than 10x price.
1093  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Binance indirectly manipulative by promoting Tokens? on: August 11, 2023, 12:37:05 PM
What are your thoughts on this? Do you believe that it's a kind of manipulation and/or some sort of reward for Binance for promoting newly created tokens?
Last time on arkham they integrated a pause on price of the tokens for 5mins If im remember correctly. Not sure if this manipulative but to control the possible volatility sicne before the tokens are suddenly skyrocketed beyond and go down quickly. Maybe because to give way to more buyers.

I am farming these two as well and for sure this could be a good profits to some bnb holders and turns outvto be passive. Refering as promoting could be another way since its a launchpool and not a token sale program. You could say it is too and helps both parties by fees and marketing approach. No harm on that, and I cant see where the part they are manipulating it since its their right to list projects that they deemed worth listing.
1094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to determine the Total Supply of an unlisted Token? on: August 11, 2023, 10:59:01 AM
You are righ untill you will be wrong. we are a moment after the bubble on meme coins. I personally know people who quit their jobs after the 2017 ICO bubble because they were so good at finding new ICOs. unfortunately then came 2018, 2019 and 2020 and their entire bag went to zero along with the DCA they did in 2018, 2019 and they put the family in debt.
Not only you knew people with cases like that. People should really be cautious on everything they do about investment like that. So whats your point? We should stop risking on trendy catch these days? I know you are suggesting but you cant stop some people from investing that they think got some worth in the future. If they catch a knife they know the consequence of it. The only bad part there is the newbies who blindly just imitate without even studying first or doing due diligences.

It's definitely impossible, when creating a new scam coin to send $100 in it to some other address and in case of success have an blockchain proof for article right?
Well anything is possible. Theres a lot of tools nowadays for monitoring and even checking the footrpint on chain. Some even did copy trading on these wallets that scout a good tokens. Plus there are plenty of bots to choose from though Im not using one. The point is why you cant accept sometime that this impossible gains are possible on these meme? Can you be happy some have gained on this? We all knew losses are part of it but thats part of taking risk. If youll advise some to avoid meme or any token for potential loss then why not suggest a stablecoin instead that doesnt have volatility.

~snapped
Thats your style mate and its good you are very cautious. Its good that you have a dynamics like that but we cant force anyone to do the same like you wanted too cause they have also their sense of style. Now these degen people cant be criticized because they dont have an approach like what you did cause that would be too judgemental on your part.

PS: I am an altcoin trader, holder, investor too. That bnb you mentioned I have holdings of it. Aside from those memecoins that I short time trade for profits and alts that has potential.
1095  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is there any solution for a hacked wallet? on: August 11, 2023, 10:32:10 AM
I applied for an airdrop where I connected my wallet a few days later I noticed that my wallet has been hacked and some of my money are gone. I tried sending gas to the wallet to move some tokens to a saved wallet, but if I send gas to the wallet the gas is been moved automatically by a bot. I do not know what to do to recover some of my tokens from the wallet.
Probably a sweeper bot and thats a bad scenario. Ive been hearing some solution to this on social but not sure if its effective. Since sweeper bots are design to loot your eth right after sending. The best solution is to protect your wallet at all cost since you dont want to refeived a potential airdrop and knowing that the one will get it are hackers. As much as possible always take caution on those connected dapp or site cause they might be a chance that these are harmful to our wallets.
1096  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto investment analysis: Crypto market capital will reach $3 trillion by 2025 on: August 10, 2023, 11:31:53 PM
That depends on bitcoin price. If after the halving and the effect of it on bitcoin is good then an inevitable bull run might be experience. Some of my friends and known influencers believe that the next bull run will be massive than last time and could be the biggest in history. But there are also speculations that it could be the last since many innovative tech will surely rise and even beat the effectivity of blockchain.
1097  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: As an undergraduate, is it advisable to invest my trustfund in Bitcoin? on: August 10, 2023, 12:34:44 PM
Thats a high risk gamble in my opinion. Yes bitcoin is good but you are talking about your trustfund. Anything could goes wrong on the market and thats not gonna be reverted once a bad situation occured.

Why not invest part of yout trustfund but not all. Going all in is a bit extreme especially you are just a student yet. You dont have any source of income and what if you needed it for emergency purposes and somehow thr bitcoin price is below your entry. Means you are still at a loss would you able to bear that withdrawing at a loss just for an emergency.
1098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to determine the Total Supply of an unlisted Token? on: August 10, 2023, 11:39:06 AM
These are all paid articles with money raised from previous scams. You can publish any article you wont on sites like WSJ, cointelegrph, yahoo finance, marketwatch, bloomberg etc for less than 2000$. 1 article and people.
1 article of this type costs $ 2,000 and the legend about it circulates for years.
Maybe some stories there arent real ofcourse I know marketing strategy like that. But gotta tell you that I myself doing some of these degen trading and not only me but bunch of my collegueas and friends. They did earned huge winning. This is my actual friend so get loss with those babbling articles cause even me myself so those in my own wallet and theres. Of course not exaggerated not in the articles. Just because its really happening doesnt mean its just stories and paid whatnot. Also Im also familiar with the on chain transaction and I believe those whom I see myself including the entry price on chain and the sold price in the blockchain not in paragraphs on coindesk or whatever.

it's a free world and cexies are listing these coins because people want to trade them. It's not my job to write to the cex to give up profits at the expense of competitors (who will take those profits). My task is to inform people that playing with meme coins brings profits inadequate to the risks and harms the entire industry. So that they wouldn't want to touch that cesspool. Cexy will quickly delist projects that do not bring the expected volumes.
Yeah spreading some scam memecoins that are indeed proven is worth to report too. But for those normal ones maybe its just inappropriate to say dogecoin, shiba inu, or other progress are scam just because you read one. In fact if they are scam then these big cex wouldnt listed that. Can I ask if you trade other than bitcoin? Cause its sounded like youve been scammed by altcoins many times over.

Yeah you said yourself. That its a free world and I am entitled to those right to tell you that not all memecoin are scams. Maybe few but dont considered all just because you hate it.
1099  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Using the Search button before asking questions on: August 10, 2023, 10:30:44 AM
During the short time that I have spent here in the forum, I come to understand that most post here are driven by signature campaign, thus people asking for questions which can easily be answered trough a google search. People don't even need to use the forum search as most answers are already more clear and precise if you use google. Also, there is AI nowadays. People can use that to ask further explanations about their inquiry.

There are only a few questions and discussions here that are actually genuine.
Newbies are always asking on the BH section and obviously you will see same questions all over again and same responses with different users and got a good answers. Typically common one. But thats what it is here on forum since we are living with the discussion and signature campaigns are definitely attached to it.

Ive been here a long time and also observed things. Seen some members that arent for the signature and some also does literally do only for signature. Using search function is much easier but since newbies are prone to posting they could easily ask these questions anyway until they figured out the effectivity of that button. Its fine though since even when Im newbie I only used frequently that when I am already at higher rank.
1100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to determine the Total Supply of an unlisted Token? on: August 10, 2023, 08:53:33 AM
seriously? are you trying to undermine the fact that meme coins are evil incarnate that harms the entire industry by bringing here dogecoin and elon, who wrote a few tweets about it for a joke/price manipulation? Did you know that elon also wrote about cumrocket? did you know that elon has had many lawsuits from the SEC related to market manipulation.
Well as if you pointing out that you are 100% correct with all what you say though? Dogecoin is the founder of memecoin. Obviously when we say it meme its practically a joke isnt it. Whether its dogecoin or any anime based meme, we all knew its total utilization is like for fun but since its being trade on the market like other altcoins and even bitcoin. Then if you really that dissaprove of memecoin, maybe put up a word with sites like coingecko, coinmarketcap to avoid sharing and spreading details about these memecoins and others since these are harmful does it mean they supported evil incarnate projects?

I know this type of guy. This is a person who, playing roulette, also thinks that he knows what he is doing because he won 3 times in a row. Unfortunately, he loses everything in the next 2 throws. and why do I care about demonizing meme coins even though it's not my money that is being lost? because it's money that ends up in the hands of scammers and is used to make bigger scams. And everyone suffers from this, except for manufacturers of yachts and luxury watches.
Yes maybe something like that of guy. But how about retailers who just bet their money on meme, or those who simply got lucky and gain profits? I guess you shouldnt include them or yet generalize all do meme are developers who jump ship to ship for profits and do rugpulls. Theres a difference, since some degens are just doing gambling with these memecoins or shitcoins to earn money too not too scam anyone and some arent even developers so how can you justify only yacht manufacturers only getting fruits from it. I dont know find some stories on social media like a simple guy who trade memes and won huge profits.

If trading memecoins is a sin for us then let all cex and dex delisted those projects cause they are harmful to the market industry right. Only trade bitcoin cause its the only legit one. What odds that this will happen in the future?
