961  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Was it my fault or not? on: September 15, 2023, 04:50:56 AM
The heck was that story. Everyone here got a negative sentiment OP cause the details werent clear and good as realistic event on blockchain. How come you can do a BS story to post here? I hope you arent grinding for merits. Its okay to post narrative experience but to tell a lies and equate your situation with that isnt gonna earn you merits. Being truthful or posting quality experience here can be a good meritable post but not to the point you need to came up with a lousy story. Props for posting you really did effort on conjuring details.
962  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you had AI day trade bitcoin to make profits on: September 14, 2023, 06:59:51 AM
How would one do so efficiently? I am very interested.
Wow maybe its my question too. If AI can be used effectively on trading then I definitely will utilize the use of it. Probably some developers are already on it getting some testing or trial to incorporate on trading cause once this become sucessful surely it can be sell with a huge market demand due to potential it could do for any traders. Will check too if theres some progress for the response here.
963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in new projects. on: September 14, 2023, 06:34:34 AM
the risk is very big, because a new project can become a shitcoin, but if you are ready for the risk, then you are allowed to invest in new project, because a new project can give you a big profits
Thats only if you are willing to invest on a new project that are mainly shitcoin. There are new projects that is wholesome and got potential too like most common project now. Normally they can be spotted on gitcoin projects but in shitcoins there are also money but you need to be careful or be at mind to dump for profits and dont be greedy.
964  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on Reddit coins? on: September 14, 2023, 02:25:00 AM
With social media such as Reddit and Twitter gradually introducing their userbase to crypto the next hype trend could be SocialFi coins, do you suggest investing on those coins or too risky?
Not sure though they got some redditcoins on their platform but that isnt totally used for trading or more like a social tokens. Maybe it will benefit users who are active there and mostly like to make content that can be seen by other peoples or read on. I have a reddit account and got some karma points but not really into that so Im not sure if that tokens would be useful for me.
965  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in your country. on: September 14, 2023, 12:02:47 AM
I think its good for some people who are early adopter in our country who gets the idea of it. But for some who just into hype in crypto and bought during bull season they hate it and thought of it as scams. There was a case that the government warns about its risk and tells people to avoid it. Im not sure the political status or laws regarding it possibly still on progress as I know my country is slow to speed up things especially on cryptocurrency related.
966  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $28M stolen from CoinEx - are your funds safe? on: September 13, 2023, 11:59:36 AM
Well-known X/Twitter crypto investigator, ZachXBT, shared more addresses related to the breach in his Telegram. The story is still developing. Anyone affected? Please share your story.
If it was ZachXBT then its an interesting investigation cause mostly of what he finds out somehow true. If this case to be an inside job or from a notorius group who are fond of doing hacking then the coinex might able to retrieved it.

I just hope that they have insurance money or funds for those that are affected. Surely many users are in grave position dur to that stolen funds.
967  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: creating a token without money on: September 13, 2023, 10:19:09 AM
hello, is it possible to create a token and make it very famous without capital?
You need maybe small amount of money cause no services for token generation might actually free. So its a NO. I think there are plenty of users created token without much capital but gained a tremendous amount of profits since their token got hype or becomes a serious one. Well it depend on the traction youll create during the initial launch. Mostly memecoin or shitcoins that turns out to be hype or people like the idea of your tokens.
968  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ATOM token opinion on: September 13, 2023, 09:36:32 AM
i was wondering on opinions for future of atom , osmosis , injective protocol , band protocol , juno , secret and thorchain
i am talking long term (couple years) is it worth it to hold , are those still promising projects ? ...reading different opinions ...getting closer to be bitcoin maximalist
thank you
Atom is good and great for long term and its earning through validator staking. Plus the platform has expanded its network to a lot of dapps. While for me the one that seems interesting is the injective protocol. They got some good listing and trading volume on exchange and the supply is mostly circulated and still got low marketcap compared to their competition. If there will be a massive movement during bull market its probably this one.
969  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Another reason and proof to keep funds in your wallet not in an exchange on: September 13, 2023, 09:00:00 AM
i think this is the first time this exchange has been hack, i say i have coins there but no value, but if you have lots of eth and others thats is a major concern, since we don't know if they can refund the loses.
If so then its unfortunate for them. I didnt use this exchange eversince so i dont really know how tight their security was but often seeing them at social media post.
People should only pick a topnotch exchange as we dont know when they will experience some breach like this and choose an exchange with high level security. Having funds on exchange isnt bad cause we know traders stay their money there but for own good only money or funds that can be risk should put in there.
970  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The power of influencials and brand ambassadors, don't fall for it. on: September 12, 2023, 01:32:09 PM
Influencers are mostly just people who are running after money with no understanding of what the hell it is they are supposed to influence you to get.
Well thats the definition of influencers anyway except that it has increase with additional description"to influence with degree of compensation accordingly" yes thats how influencers work, but I can still see some who picked moral than to earn or accept few dozen worth tokens for their reputations.
971  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any thoughts on Friend(dot)tech circulating now on Twitter? on: September 12, 2023, 07:22:45 AM
Now that we already have several point airdrop events, people are starting to figure out the factors contributing to points earning. Some folks on CT say these factors include portfolio value, trading activity, and referrals. Is anyone here still actively using it?
I still have some bought CTs share and continously sharing my referrals too. Maybe the points will contribute to airdrop related later but Im not sure how will be the rewards if worth it or not. Hope its kinda have some juicy value. Irs hard to pick which CTs to focus on sime are being played by bots and its quite irritating.
972  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: You can get played by anybody on: September 11, 2023, 11:23:08 AM
I as a person stay the hell away from every freebies and that includes airdrops too, because even if they are legit the amount isn't going to be much anyway, why waste your time? Hackers are increasing their standards every day, make sure you are increasing yours as well, even Vitalik Buterin and Satoshi himself is not safe, if you get messages from them, even if it's the real them, and they ask for your key, my brother and sisters RUN.
Im not sure if you gonna pullee others from staying away from airdrops. Thats gonna be tough since plenty of old member here got earned from previous drops and wont listen to you. Its part of them and we kne2 how risky it is. Its always depend on yourself how would you protect yourself from such breach or potential hack. You can discourage newbies but you could never let some who experience to earn good profit from airdrops woulndt stop that.
973  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: describe your ideal altcoin on: September 11, 2023, 09:04:29 AM
Something with importance to security. Any tokenomics will always come up with a better outcome as lonh as the security of the project is good and has a very high defense again potential breach. Also a good use case will do, revenue always comes aftet the product has been seen or effectively working in the community needs or aspect.

Since we cant drop name in comparision Im sure there will be dispute about this topic regarding best altcoin traits.
974  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to bridge BTC onchain to ETH ? on: September 11, 2023, 05:37:55 AM
I know that using a CEX is the easiest and safest and cheapest however you would think that by now there would of been a solution already to bridge between the 2 largest crypto blockchains out there.
Probably still in the making. There are some bridges before that I encoutered of but it seems its like an atomic swap version or crosshain. Bridging is something like sensitive of. As far as I know avalanche develop a bridge of bitcoin directly to avax network bitcoin but not of eth. But you could already converted that unit into eth and bridge to common L1 after that.
975  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What's your purpose of belonging here on: September 11, 2023, 04:57:21 AM
I have never mean to raise this this topic so far but sometime I do asked myself why do we join here.
For me is to gain vast Knowledge concerning all that relates with bitcoin as well as knowing the concept of how to become very secure with our investment. I do find this platforms helpful as it focuses on information that gives a full interpretation of bitcoin utilizations.
Yes forum befome a mainstream platform for knowledge and hub for ideas regarding bitcoin. But when it comes to investment side, there are other that you could use. Here most discussion aims to expand how bitcoin works. Yes there are some ideas on investment but its just an added value to what you could gain here.
976  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VITALIK "X" ACCOUNT HACKED on: September 10, 2023, 04:56:51 PM
Thats too bad for those who got victimized with the scam. We cant blame them to pursue such potential free nft however, with massive scams due to hack account of prominent personalities it increases the crime of those scammers. Whatever process they did to hack Vitalik account isnt acceptable. Those should be captured and punish. Maybe Elon Musk could offer some help sincr its happened on his own platform afterall.
977  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bridge Explorer using Socketscan. on: September 10, 2023, 01:11:55 PM
Socket itself might not conduct any airdrop since it's more of an explorer for bridge transactions rather than being a bridge itself. So my expectations are low onnthat front.
Actually every projects we shouldnt expect it cause its a heart break if figured out that theres no really airdrop. So better not to expect anything.  They havr bridge product the bungee so there still chance in my opinion.

Quote from: nelson4lov link=topic=5466024.msg62821710#msg62821710
In any case, it's good to have a service like Socket but I have little expectations for the rebates/airdrops directly from Socket.
Probably bigger transaction could get more free OP from that. Yes Id really like what socket did and its perfectly a good service. Now everyone can have an estimation of liquidity or transactions they already spending.
978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bridge Explorer using Socketscan. on: September 09, 2023, 07:48:59 PM
Apparently, the rewards are actually rebates from the bridge fees and some rebates as well for the gas fees for those bridge transactions.
Yes but I think past transactions werent counted since I have some and I did not get any rebates for that maybe during the launch of their socket reward programs only.

Maybe if I did now. But I do hope they got segregate rewards or so to say airdrops for one used their platform before. Hoping for a snapshot for users. But Im not expecting though, I used those bridges for some other purposes anyway.
979  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why should I invest in Qizon Coin? on: September 09, 2023, 07:36:14 PM
In the past, ICOs could be launched directly from the project's website, and when the site closed, there was a scam, and no one controlled it.
Yes I was able to participate on this kind of ICOS during 2017 and yes you are right. But some of them are good or given so much profits before. Im not sure whether they are strive until now. Thats why ICO hypes and bounty are become a thing during that time. Plus there are no IEOs or IDO during that time too so your choice is to trust the project that are launching if you wanna ride or not. But yeah, since IEO inception this kind of thing died out now and if there are still left people are skeptical.
980  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My decision on bitcoin on: September 09, 2023, 01:28:29 PM
I recently created a post asking if I should buy bitcoin now or wait for the dip, and majority of the response I got from the post, advised that I should buy now rather than waiting for the dip due to its volatile nature, and I'm satisfied with this response and I'm willing to bear the risk.
Cause no one knows if its the bottom yet or bottom already. Some will say dca cause thats a bit better than trying to fish the bottom cause if someone says that the bottom and its a total prediction only and not that accurate. Even legit traders can only have an estimate with it and even not pinpointing the correct answers. But historical info can help you decipher its potential movement.
