981  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Looking for ways to improve my knowledge on cryptocurrency on: September 09, 2023, 10:11:44 AM
What are possible ways to earn from the platform and whats involved  not forgetting how I can make progress in my journey in the crypto world .
 Help is needed
Isnt that friend tells you the whole idea of this platform?  Aside from earning you could boost your knowledge on crypto and bitcoin and not just the way how to earn money from here. Many newbies get the idea that the forum is only for side hustle when it comes to crypto. But didnt they know that this place is a hub for knowledge seeker. Yes we could earn but thats only a part of a privilege they can get here.
982  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What would you say makes an Elite Trader stand out among others? on: September 08, 2023, 02:12:15 PM
I recently saw a CEX actively recruiting Elite UK Traders. Does anyone care to shed some light on that? It sorta looks fun and engaging to me, like something I would want to try out
Can you put out some sources for this? Which cex, and why would they do that? To hire inside market making trades? Im not sure why would they do that, maybe for testing purposes its okay but why would a centralized platform would do that for other reason?

If this in UK then not sure which one operating on that area.
983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My first sell with BITCOIN after some months of introducing crypto as a payment on: September 08, 2023, 12:03:46 PM
Haa, I'm so sorry. A typographical error was made there. It was USDT I intend to write. I've made the correct boss. I just added Bitcoin to my payment option but I'm still learning on which wallet is highly save for this purpose. I will be glad if you can direct me or give me more guide on this. Thanks
So what wallet you are using for your payment option when you received the usdt as payment. Or does it included in the terminal or device for payment? Not sure how it works on establishment or does an owner need a personal wallet for this or a machine has built in system for crypto payment. But some here on our country are using their own wallet to accept payment.
984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vitalik Buterin Dumps $578K in MakerDAO Tokens on: September 08, 2023, 10:07:03 AM
Not sure though if there's a conflict of interest since Vitalk is also investing with the other projects.
Probably, Vitalk sees the possible down trend with MakerDAO tokens and before it happen, taking some profit might be the ideal action.
Might be right, but I didnt see him anywhere in the past to post about something solana or praise at least. We all knew how skeptical he is when it comes to other project. But if its on market conditions, its his free will anyway to dump any tokens. I am thinking why we should problem that anyhow. :p
985  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Unfortunately, this problem is increasing yearly on: September 07, 2023, 10:13:05 PM
Thats why better to activate all authentication not just number or 2fa or email but all of it. Unless one of them are not met then transaction would be void. I think Binance has something like this and its a good security measure. If one of the following has been stolen at least they needed more info to make it complete.

Im not sure if those are trusted authentication but its better to have more options when it comes to security measure.
986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Bridge Explorer using Socketscan. on: September 07, 2023, 05:17:14 PM
Has anyone check out the socketscan explorer? This is a product by socket project which work like a normal explorer but instead of showing trransaction of swap or transfer, it will display your bridges on different platform such as stargate and other liquidity bridges.

Im amazed with this feature at least youll see your history of bridges transactions.

Try it out guys. They also have a season rewards (optimism tokens) for the bridges youve made maybe not including before launch since I didnt have reward when I checked it.

987  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tether's Stablecoin USDT 'Has a Peg Stability Problem', Claims Analyst on: September 07, 2023, 08:16:01 AM
For sure this will not be implemented. Thats 0.1% is really pain in the ass if someone would withdraw to fiat. Plus what this redemption fee? Im not sure everyone using or cashing out on tether would like this. They will definitely lose users once they go and try this path.
988  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't look for investment, just hodle! on: September 07, 2023, 06:55:46 AM
To avoid all this,  it become paramount to only abide by one rules which is to keep Bitcoin in your wallet and stop looking for investment that are centralized to reduce your risk.
Well thats a good advice but I doubt that can be followed for some degen or those who used to investing on altcoins. We all knew how powerful bitcoin is and its the leader of the whole cryptomarket. Doing dca for bitcoin isnt bad but altcoins has a potential for a multiplier gains. Well last bull run it did occured on some and its really boosted the profits of every investors. Its just a matter of proper due diligence which project is gotta explode when the bull run happened once again.
989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google New Policy: NFT Ads is allowed starting Sept. 15 on: September 07, 2023, 05:10:48 AM
Well Google still a business. With the trend made by nfts surely they will allow such ads on their platform as this could make a lot of profits for them. Not only Google but any platform especially social media like x, facebook, reddit those are gonna be an nft spam hubs. I just hope that they could be more strict that nft projects or clients would be legit as possible cause if a non nft user encounter something for first time and its a scammer then they are allowing such user to abuse their legality for quick moneys.
990  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Seeking Passive income offer with low risk on: September 07, 2023, 04:10:49 AM
I've been searching for an opportunity that will enable me to earn extra income to keep me afloat in anticipation of the bull run, but I've always hit a roadblock due to several reasons like low APYs, dicey processes, and high risk, etc. I'm more conservative with finances, so I would appreciate any suggestions on a passive income offer or product with low risk. Preferably, my capital would be protected, and the potential for growth would work well for me.
Well the less risk for defi is like using stablecoin to farm APY. You could always searched for a defi platform with highest farming rate and let your stable earned some fees from it. Also theres a chance to earn some free airdrop on top of that if you are using a relatively new platform without any tokens being used yet.
991  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Getting the Right Information About Bitcoin and Don't Be Misguided! on: September 07, 2023, 03:15:09 AM
I dont introduce so openly bitcoin or crypto to my friends cause I know the risk and they might not used to it. A possibility of losing -90% of their money is possible so if they saw that probably they will blame me and tell a lot of bad words. So better to explain it clearly to them in a sense that a scenario like that is actually happening on crypto space. Ive got some friends who earned a lot but there are as well those who got burned badly. Risk and finance management always back each other so as long they understand that then I will be willing to teach them about it.
992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are telegram bots for trade worth it? on: September 07, 2023, 12:46:27 AM
Ive tried once to use a trading bot, honestly I observed the trades and not so impressive in my opinion. There are cases that the market is obvious already to go down and yet still opening up a long position. Though the bot I tried is for future trading just to test if its gonna be a passive trades but seriously I could do much better than the bot Ive tried out.
993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in tokens on the base network on: September 06, 2023, 08:42:10 PM
a new base network has recently appeared, and immediately after the appearance, the first tokens on base grew hundreds of times in a day.  So after a few weeks, is it worth investing now in new tokens on this network or not?
Hard to say its worth it. There are plenty of good raises already but some are majority did some rugged. So either you get out early with profit or loss a lot in the process. Apparently base network seems to be the hangout of many degen, since it made up a lot of volume more than linea itself. Maybe there are some worth noticing like the share friend hype being used on base, but must be careful and cautious.
994  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Calm the pressure on: September 06, 2023, 06:30:13 PM
The urge to fomo is inevitable but dont put too much pressure on yourself as money isnt a material that comes around easily. Many people blindly use their hard earned money to invest during the bull run season and now have loss a lot. Thats very frustrating and very unfortunate, cause the volatility of this market affect a lot and becomes a trauma for some. So better be cool yourself and analyze the market calmly.
995  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin and get rich quick syndrome on: September 05, 2023, 11:52:41 PM
Theres a possibility but think about it the price of bitcoin before is like what less than $1, 20, 30 or 56 figure to $1k but its tremendously priced now at more than $25k so see the difference? The belief of others that it could be worth 100x from now? Im not sure if its possible. Only early hodlers are lucky for this, but its not a get away scheme since those people didnt expect this as well. Maybe find a new one that could be like that too.
996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vitalik Buterin Dumps $578K in MakerDAO Tokens on: September 05, 2023, 10:08:12 PM
Thats gonna be conflict on interest for him in my opinion. He is the founder of ethereum and the project under his umbrella will leave now the platform so I think he is only investing on tokens or project that are somehow related to his project. Its not like he hates Solana probably but he trust his own more than a nrw player in town.

On technical side probably he isnt so bullish by the makerdao's decision. But who knows, what will happened.
997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance removing support for BUSD on: September 05, 2023, 09:15:55 PM
The new stablecoin, which has become a replacement for BUSD, is the new stablecoin 111, the issuer of which is a trust company from Hong Kong First Digital Group. Accordingly, Binance has become a little further away from the SEC, but closer to the Asian regulatory authorities.
Maybe it is a good move so SEC would stop some allegations more on Binance but sincr I dont have much info on this new one thanks for the heads up. So Asian move now. I think thats good isnt it? Hongkong is a pro crypto so they would definitely connect to larger platform like Binance. It just unfrotunate that we need to let go of that BUSD cause its already marked in every trader out there. Is it possible to retain the name of BUSD but just change the issuer? So it would still fit for used on Binance exchange or this is possible only once the old busd taken down by Paxos.
998  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why should I invest in Qizon Coin? on: September 05, 2023, 08:46:51 PM
To me, any token that sells its tokens on a website, rather than on a dedicated token sales platform, is a potential scam. Another concern here is that the listing date on exchanges may be further away than the expiration date of the site registration. A banal exit scam may occur. All sorts of digital garbage constantly appears on BSC, which is not worth any attention.
Agreed on that but not all before there were some ICOs that usually selling their tokens on their own platform and it still clicks and got some legit process or result. But the era wherein the release of exchange listing platform like IEO marks the end of this and only few lile 0.001% of those who do that now are mostly scams.
999  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token Promotion on: September 05, 2023, 08:08:38 PM
Promoting a project is very important but if the developer focuses more on its fundamental and for being a good project, then for sure promotions will come on its own and the investors will make voice to promote such project. This is why the project developer should not only focus on the hype but instead focus more on their progress and their roadmap.
Thats true. What more for projects with greatest achievement on both right? Strong on fundamentals and technical but also active on social marketing. Ive known a lot of these projects and its hard to get free tokens on them since they are gonna be swarmed by people and community. Example of these are layerzero, starknet and zksyncs. They got a lot of support due to potential airdrop and also the platform being built is awesome.
1000  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance removing support for BUSD on: September 04, 2023, 09:11:09 PM
but everyone always think BUSD is owned by Binance. If the name of this stable coin isn't BUSD, there must be a sudden dump because many people will panic.

I think everyone should convert all of their BUSD into other popular stable coin right now.
This is quite confusing actually. Before I really thought that BUSD is owned by binance since its name after their exchange though the fact that it is owned by Paxos then its a different story. Personally I think CZ should did a deal with them about this beforehand since the community might think of this as well and they wouldny trust the new stablecoin they are introducing.
