421  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help in publishing for the ico project, a great opportunity for the bounty! on: July 30, 2017, 12:09:35 PM

hi, everybody

At the moment we prepared the project for submission to ico. But unfortunately, we have a technical problem with the bitcointalk account. You can not post publications. We need as soon as possible to create a post about the project in the section Announcements (Altcoins). Therefore, we are looking for a user with a high level of activity that could help us publish a post about the project. This user will be included in our project and will receive the award as a bounty. For more accurate information, write to the post.
Hello.

Depending on the project, I would be willing to do this. I would not want to stake my reputation on a project that isn't serious though, so please PM me the details before we can start negotiations.
422  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: July 30, 2017, 12:02:27 PM
My personal experience with trading is not so good but some people are expert in this, so that is why I think trading is more like to gamble, recently I picked a altcoin on very high price but dramatically it went 5x other day.
You are lucky with that altcoin then because usually the coins you will buy at peak price will dump hard next day  Grin

Yes trading is far better than simply gambling and for noobs trading is more like a gambling like you have did by buying one altcoin at high price.
Definitely , almost all of the altcoins after reaching its peak dumps ,but in that case i think its starting up and i think its not yet at the peak that why it goes 5x more . Its good already don't aim for bigger without knowledge that amount will be only lose in investing without a proper knowledge that is why trading looks like gambling .
True. Current market is good for stocking up on some altcoins though. Most will appreciate substantially before or until Christmas or new year's eve.
423  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Drug free in the Philippines on: July 30, 2017, 11:59:03 AM
Can the president of the Philippines can do it. Well I like what his doing in his campaign. It is very amazing program and very work program in the country. Many were discipline now because of him.

I 100% support the campaign about drugs but a drug free country will never be attained. We have to give credit to the president for being the only president who made drastic move against this criminals, now me and my family feel more safer than ever compared to before. If you have done nothing wrong or against the law you should have nothing to worry about.
I give zero credit to that president. He's an outright murderer and criminal. No good comes from prosecuting drug vendors or drug users and it only creates more problems. Illegality raises the prices of drugs and thus leads to more money being involved in the black markets. That is what creates violence and other crime with regards to drugs.
If drugs were legal, there'd be no black market and no people murdering others due to the large sums of cash involved.

Education and control is so vastly superior to illegality and prosecution that there shouldn't even be any debate about this. Unfortunately most people are still brainwashed by Nixon's propaganda, and they don't even realize it!
424  Economy / Speculation / Re: prediction on 2018 bitcoin will become on: July 30, 2017, 11:54:00 AM
who know bitcoin will become in 2018 i think its not possible it become 50k USD  Grin Grin
Some speculators say bitcoin will reach 50K but not next year, more like 10 years from now i think it could reach 4-5K next year.
But to be honest we don't even know what will happen to bitcoin in 2 days from now  Wink

I'm not sure about whether Bitcoins can reach 50K range even in 10 years time but very confident that it can reach around 5K in next one to two years time. It should focus now to resolve all those issues currently Bitcoin is facing. If that happens then it will attract many new investors and it pushes its prices to very high.
50k is not a high price if Bitcoin can improve transaction speeds and lower transaction fees. As long as it outperforms regular methods of payment on these two benchmarks, people will keep flocking to it. Compared to the amount of money that is being moved around internationally, the amount of money in Bitcoin is still no more than a wet fart. 50k in 10 years or by 2030 is not even close to an optimistic estimate as long as Bitcoin remains on top from a technological point of view.
425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does my portfolio looks good? on: July 30, 2017, 11:44:30 AM
I think SC have a good future and could be added to your portfolio.
SC is long-term though. For short-term (+long-term) I would get AiCoin instead. And for long-term I'd mix AiCoin, Blocklancer, SNM, Sia and Waves.
426  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: July 30, 2017, 11:41:22 AM
For a gambler that have got himself seriously addicted to gambling, asking him to give up gambling is not an easy task, no one can really help him except himself, maybe he needs to find another hobby to keep himself busy so he won't kept thinking about gambling in his mind all the time.
This isn't only true for gambling. Anybody who has done one thing extensively for a long time will have trouble getting out of that habit, no matter what habit it is.

Habits are leading into addictions, that is right. Part of gambling addiction is cause gamblers are not admitting their mistakes, they don`t accept loss, they want to redeem and win it all back. Gambling addictions are one of the strongest addictions, worst then drugs, cause you can clean your body from drugs but how to clean a mind and force him to not think about gambling? I saw pills for gambling addiction, but I wouldn`t recommend that to anyone, that is just replacing one addiction with another one, where can lead that?
Fight against gambling addiction is hard, there is no other cure that courage not to gamble, day by day until you make it to the week, month..and like that until the end of the life, cause gambling addiction can never be cured, but it can be restraint.
Pills for gambling addiction? That's the first time I've heard of that.... what do they contain and how are they supposed to work? Kind of sounds like a scam to me if they are real.
I'm also the first time to hear pills for gambling addicts I think the gambling addiction does not damage the body but the mind / brain. if the pill offers an addiction that is no worse than gambling why not. one of the ways is to change our minds to something else.
Not too useful though, unless the new addiction is beneficial in some way. Tongue I'm addicted to gathering knowledge and to spending absurd amounts of time thinking up random scenarios.. Which is quite useful when it comes to Mathematics or other creative fields.
I don't really know how I got into this though, it's never been any different for me, so I have no idea how somebody would replace an existing addiction with that.
427  Economy / Speculation / Re: Taking a loan to buy bitcoin on: July 30, 2017, 11:38:19 AM
And i say, fuck the bitcoin. The price is already too high. It was good for 200USD and now forget about it. Its better to split 100k USD and invest in 10 different altcoins that cost now around 1-5 USD only. The revenue after 1-2 years may be x100. All you need is only one to go to the moon and the rest 9 of them may go to 0. You will make a shit load of money anyway and the chances of loosing the money is really low investing in 10 different projects. In this case you still make 900k.

Well, my stragety trading not putting all to a cryptocurrency, I split to many parts, not stop 10 altcoin, even I can split to 30 altcoin in my list. So, about the risk I still have but I think it still better than putting all to Bitcoin.
I suggest investing in fewer Altcoins and researching them more thoroughly instead. If you over-diversify you end up investing in more shitcoins, since you won't be able to properly gauge the value of so many coins.
428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best ICO to invest on: July 30, 2017, 11:05:34 AM
AiCoin would be one of them, since the value of the Token is directly tethered to the value of its trading portfolio. Only a fool would sell their coins well beneath the actual value, since the founders will use parts of the proceeds to repurchase a fixed amount of tokens every month at something like 5-15% under the current price. They also have a running product (which outperforms all bots that anybody who is not an expert in ML/Big Data has access to) and have a rigorous legal framework that protects both the company and the token holder.

I've never heard about AiCoin. You say it's trading portfolio, I'm sure we can do better than any big portfolio. Personal accounts are easier to handle because market is not too deep. These platforms can't change coins like we can. Good luck for your investment though.
It's not a big portfolio. And I can 100% guarantee you that you will not manually outperform a Machine Learning driven portfolio, ever. At least not when you take risk vs reward into account.
A human can only consider small amounts of information. A Machine Learning algorithm however, will consider all the data available and de facto make better decisions than any human is capable off. That's also why self-driving cars will replace human drivers eventually, because humans can never outperform an algorithm that considers all the available data without being emotionally involved in it.
429  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people pray? on: July 30, 2017, 11:00:45 AM
While the main purpose of prayer may be to help others, it never demonstrably does that. Prayers benefit only those believers who say or hear them. Prayer gives them comfort. It lets them think they have some control over a situation that may be out of their hands. It’s the last resort of people who have run out of ideas, and the first resort of people who never bothered to think about how they could actually fix the problem at hand.

This is not harmless. There’s a very real downside to praying. It lulls believers into a false sense of accomplishment. We cannot solve our problems – much less the world’s – through prayer. We often see people with good intentions praying for victims in the wake of a tragedy, but prayer is useless without action, and those actions make the prayers irrelevant. To paraphrase the great Robert Green Ingersoll, hands that help are far better than lips that pray.

I have no problem with “prayer” as an act of meditation. In fact, many atheists can tell you the benefit of silent self-reflection. The delusion occurs when you think someone else is hearing your thoughts and acting on them.

When it comes down to it, prayer is illogical, even in religious terms. If God has a plan, why try to thwart it? If God can be swayed by prayers, what kind of God would allow the horrors we see in the world? And if two devout believers pray for different things, how does God choose the winner? (I'm sure the San Antonio Spurs would love to know the answer to that.)

Prayer is nothing but a powerful placebo. We’d all be better off accepting that. You are the god of yourself, of you dont do something to change the situation you are in, noone will do it for you.
To be perfectly fair, logic only holds within fixed boundaries and can never reveal any absolute truth about anything. In order to be able to apply logic, you first need to define a framework. And any sort of conclusion will be limited to that framework, which will always only be a tiny part of the whole picture and thus ultimately break down once you pry deep enough.
Of course that doesn't stop me from loving Mathematics and Science, but it's important to understand that everything a human can create through any method is inherently limited.

I'd also be careful with the "only a powerful placebo" statement. What exactly is a placebo? And why does it work? Some placebos today are more powerful than the pinnacles of modern medication. How is that possible if it's "just a placebo"? What exactly is a placebo and how can it be so powerful?
I do agree with the latter part of that statement though, as in "you are the God of yourself" and would conclude that this is the answer to all the previous questions.
430  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Sexbots. Will you be indulging? on: July 30, 2017, 10:50:31 AM
hmm.I think at the first thought it's creepy.People become alienated more and more with the past of the time.I think this is the peak.Make love it's not something impersonal.Doing sex it's a way to express all that you can't say with words. However I think that it will possibly have succes like the vr and generally the sexism...
People already engage in "casual sex" all the time. There really is not much of a difference between getting down with a random person, masturbating and using any type of sex toy. All of those are impersonal. The only way to have really have an intimate experience is by being monogamous, and that seems to be dying out for some reason. I guess people don't like the effort of maintaining a meaningful relationship? What gives.
431  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't Spend Too Much Time Trading? is that true? on: July 30, 2017, 10:43:25 AM
yes that is true.
cryptomarket is not useful for daytrading.
you should buy and forget if you want to earn something.
you are talking about long term investment, its a good option for trade but daily trade is more profitable. If you did daily trade you can make daily $50-80 easily.just you need research about the coin.I made $40 profit today from BSD coin.again also placed buy order.regularly i am doing trade with BSD,MCO,Waves, and NXT. i spend daily 3 hours for my trade.
If you trade daily you can make $1000 or even $10000 profit a day. It depends on how liquid the market is and how much you invest in trades...
Random numbers like "$50-80 easily per day" are completely meaningless without information about the trade size, volatility and draw-down etc.
432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: localbitcoins.com and Bitcoin cash on: July 30, 2017, 10:35:14 AM
You have to keep your Bitcoins in a wallet to which you, and only you, hold the private keys.
Recommended wallets are Bitcoin Core or Electrum, the latter of which doesn't require you to download the entire Blockchain (which is huge).

So you are telling that localbitcoins.com will not allow Bitcoin Cash withdrawal. Where is their statement about that?
That is not what I've said. It may very well be possible that the site will enable BTCC withdrawals. But it's more risky than keeping your coins in your own wallet where only you have access to. If you want to take that risk, go ahead.
433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is a good investment you can do with BTC? on: July 30, 2017, 10:33:21 AM
Better just keep Bitcoin
Bad advice, it's never a good idea to put all your eggs in a single nest. That's a surefire way to burn yourself eventually.

It's not. I do not advice him to keep all his funds in Bitcoin
I just adviced him do not spend his Bitcoins in shitty altcoins etc
That's not what you've written though. Of course one should avoid "shitty" altcoins. But there are plenty of alts that are not shit. Your post made it sound as if Bitcoin was the only good investment in the crypto-markets, which is not true.
434  Economy / Speculation / Re: prediction on 2018 bitcoin will become on: July 30, 2017, 10:31:24 AM
who know bitcoin will become in 2018 i think its not possible it become 50k USD  Grin Grin
I don't think bitcoins will be 50.000 USD/ BTC in 2018, that is too fast although there is chance for it but it is a little chance, bitcoins will be  50.000 USD/ BTC about couples decades later, bitcoin's price in 2018 i think it will be hit around $3000 up to $5000/BTC that is because the activation segwit on bitcoin's network but if the activation segwit is fail bitcoins will be down.
I highly doubt that it would take "a couple of decades" for Bitcoin to reach $50k. In fact, I would be quite surprised if Bitcoin didn't reach $50k before 2030. That would mean that another coin has technologically surpassed Bitcoin so far, that everybody jumped boats to the new currency.

436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [POLL] After the Bitcoin correction, which coin will first hit 2X to 3X? on: July 30, 2017, 10:24:50 AM
I miss Antshares in the table. Since I think it is really going.
I hope to 5-6x or 30-50 $ . This is one of my big favorites for 2018
And Waves ,ETH and LTC . You do not need more. That is enough to get more money.
And you need not 30 wallets with 100 Gb  Grin
I would be throwing AiCoin into the mix, since it'll be trading the biggest coins. And Machine Learning has this nice feature that it avoids risks and seeks safe trades while making solid profits and avoiding losses.
437  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Save the planet or not on: July 30, 2017, 10:22:27 AM
Individuals must do it, no one else will. Companies and industrialists are here for money, they dont care about our nature or planet. Even governments and politicians are just do drama in front of people that they do care but in practical they just support businessmen.

I voted for it, too. Everyone should think about saving nature. We always hope for others. Often people think that they are impotent before the circumstances. But this is not so, if we all unite efforts, we will get a good result
What efforts do you want to unite to save the planet? The fact is that for today the Planet is already very badly damaged and even the cardinal measures will not give such a quick result in order to turn what is happening into a spyat.
It's more of a question of making life on earth non-hostile to humans. The planet can't really be damaged and it won't give a damn about what we do. If we're not careful we'll end up wiping ourselves out, but life will continue with or without us regardless for as long as the planet doesn't go supernova.

Hi,
to get their bitcoin cash related to the BITCOIN on their Localbitcoins.com wallet does users have to withdraw their funds on a wallet where they own private keys?

Does localbitcoins will allow bitcoin cash withdrawal?

please give link to localbitcoins.com statement as proof.

thanks

440  Economy / Speculation / Re: Worth investing as a student? on: July 30, 2017, 10:17:05 AM
yes, definitely. Invest as much as you are willing to lose and enter the ecosystem. it is different when you own some btc
It is not about that that people should lose to investing in bitcoin. Because it is up to people that how much they are. How much they can that they are even able to have money in their hands. Because if you are student you should invest for part time. That you will have money for your fees and hostel fees etc. because this is important for all those student who are out of home and belong to poor family.
You should not try to earn your living expenses through investments..... Investing should only be done with the amount that is left after all living expenses have been taken care of. The only exception to this rule is an "investment" in good education.

Ya true.If you keep your living Expenses in inversement means. It will affect your day to day life and kill the peace in your life.So try to inverse the money apart from the basic expenses. I was use to do like that so.In bitcoin their is no loss.Due to some fluctuations you got loss so,it will not affect your peaceful life.If you start to inverse from student stage means ,you will became a richest person.
The fact is that even today students are very much starting to understand the crypto currency. And thus, they themselves provide for life and for learning. I am very glad that there is such an opportunity for young people.
Actually, most of the students have absolutely no clue what cryptos are about. They've heard about Bitcoin here and there, but that's about it. I only know one single person that is dabbling in Bitcoin, and he's in Finance to begin with.
Of course, this is bound to change soon, as cryptos are slowly reaching the mainstream.
