So are you saying that bitmixer has to be aware of "stolen bitcoins" why the hell does he need to care where the bitcoins are coming from?,
Absolutely. He is dealing with money, and stolen money. He needs to keep a record. If not, he he would be liable both criminally and civil lawsuit. bitmixer should hope that he isn't in the US. If he was, he would get in trouble (serious trouble) someday. Eve if he isn't in the US, his funds/ personal bank accounts can be frozen by the US govt http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Money_Laundering_Control_Act

Do we know anything about the user xBTC_Gateway ? There is no website, no info, no name? Is this reliable/credible service that won't disappear someday?

I don think bitmixer will release any info unless the department want from them
else it will just broke thier business .
I don't think anyone else would look at bitmixer any differently if they gave up those details. They are doing the right thing in this instance. Really? I'd certainly campaign for users to boycott them. WTF is the point of mixers if the community is going to arbitrarily decide when mixers ought to betray the trust of their customers? This is a much bigger question than just saying, "just this one time." You are either for privacy, or against it when it doesn't suit you. Pick one. If the latter, then just denounce the very premise of mixers already. What country is this service located? They might be legally obliged to keep a record and cooperate with the authorities. Theft of this amount of money is a felony in the US (over 10 years prison). If they don't disclose the information and did not keep a record, they might be legally responsible both criminally and open to civil lawsuit.

You're making the assumption that the NxT community was ever friendly. They've been bullying and harassing people on that forum for an extremely long time,
Only a jealous liar with ironic "no envy movement" gets bullied. You are one of the worst full of envy troll and liar on this forum.

People who already bought stakes (before you closed it) should be able to keep it. The difference is only 10 to 12 BTC higher than 750 limit
People bought to the best of knowledge of 750 cap, not 762. So theres no option but refund. I disagree. It was on sale on bter and people bought it. It was dev responsibility to check the numbers carefully and close the "sell" orders before people were able to buy it. In any case, it's still long 25 days more to go so refunds might fix the problem. If not, dev need to fix the issue.

We are looking to receive Bter data soon and launch the ledger, to have the questions regarding the future distribution clarified.

Does everyone who owns CRSALE right now gets the stake before you set buy order to 0 regardless if it's over 750 BTC? I says yes, because it's clearly your mistake is you sold more than 750
its also very clearly explained in the OP and related document that there was a cap of 750. people need to take personal responsibility and stop blaming others. Why did they sell more than 750 BTC if that was the limit? Looks to me they are the ones who screwed up, not the buyers who bought it legitimately. They should fix the problem
As the cap of 750 BTC was reached, we have set the current buy order on Bter to 0.

Now it's perfect. Everybody can be refunded but no confusion either IPO is still going on or not.
Though what does 61 buy orders mean? Everyone who bought it should have a stake. It's bter fault if they sold more than 750
Sounds like you're going to keep IPO open 25 more days.
The announced period of this pre-sale is 30 days (ending August 10th, 00:00 UTC), and while we are very happy that the cap was reached so soon, we still will stand by the original terms. I don't see the point, if the cap was reached. But, neither do I have a problem with it. Some might want a refund. That will allows others who missed it to buy. There are no sell orders now https://bter.com/trade/crsale_btcBut 61 buy orders

if you can prove someone is a puppet then he is a puppet, if you can't he's not
If there is evidence that someone is a puppet (same IP, date, time for logins), then he is a puppet, unless they can prove they are not.
Of course if there are two accounts "user1" and "user2" registered one after another they won't get shit. Need to take a closer look at every user, read their comments and stuff.
so your "great" analytical skill in finding puppets is based on whether their user ID is "user1" and "user2" . As I said, you are an idiot.
How are you going to prove they're puppets? Ask them to send you their passports scan?
You said everyone with 2 accounts automatically gets a free account, proof or no proof. Make your mind up, you stupid son of a bitch.
Because there's no chance they are as stupid as you are and admit they have 1 puppet.
In other words, NODE "puppet committee" includes idiots like you who award liars. All you have to is "lie" then you get more stakes. Nice start to the coin that is based on liars as stakeholders. Why this idiot is part of the committee?
But you can't have it back because you admitted that you had a puppet.
Then why are you removing all 2 puppet accounts from the list without verifying if they are puppet? Fucking hypocrite
But you said yourself that you created additional account/accounts in order to get more stakes.
What does it have to do with two different people who live together and bought one stake each?
You posted yourself that anyone with only two puppets will be automatically removed from the puppet list. Make up your mind, dude. I want one my stake back in that case.
I want my stakes back if others are getting extra

How did the thief get your encrypted wallet? did you also backup your wallet on the same dropbox account where you stored password in plaintext?
He put 12 words electrum seed in a plaint text in dropbox folder. Electrum seeds can be used to recover all addresses. It's a deterministic wallet.

Ok, this is pretty cool. Both for Nxt and Nem
