1561  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Expect banks to start becoming more BTC friendly.. on: July 13, 2014, 02:06:46 AM
My experience has been the opposite. Banks are becoming more and more stringent.

What bank does your father work at? Also, I'd like to point out that he does not represent all banks. He is merely one person, from one department, from one bank.
1562  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Sell 60$ worth of btc - online bank transfer on: July 13, 2014, 01:32:04 AM
I'd be willing to do this, depending on which bank it is and your rate. You can shoot me a PM to work it out or just post public.

EDIT: Oh I just looked at your profile and you're in London. This won't work unless it's a bank in the same country. You might want to specify that on the OP.
1563  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTS: I need to sell some bitcoin for paypal on: July 12, 2014, 09:50:22 PM
UPDATE:  FreedomFeens amended his conditions to something more reasonable, so the deal between him and I has been complete. I've already received the btc, and he already received payment. I would be happy to have future transactions with him.
1564  Economy / Goods / Re: Green/Blue/Red Laser Pointers *1000/2000/5000MW* (Refund if seized) on: July 12, 2014, 09:07:53 PM
Basically I am going to Hawaii in December and I want to have this along.  So far I have determined it is legal in the US to own and to use in Hawaii.  Just trying to find if I can bring it on a plane.

I think this is a terrible idea. It'll show up on the security detector, and they might confiscate it. Just because it's legal on the ground doesn't mean it's legal on the plane. On a plane it can be seen as a weapon, but I'll await for your research and you can act as the the guinea pig to test it out before I purchase.
1565  Economy / Goods / Re: Green/Blue/Red Laser Pointers *1000/2000/5000MW* (Refund if seized) on: July 12, 2014, 08:25:37 PM
50,000 MW for 239$ usd, do you really think you will receive the product described? Genuine 50,000mw lasers go for 3000+$,  Even if its 5000mw, i really doubt it will pack that power.

My lasers are genuine, can be tested, and refund issued upon unsatisfaction.

Difference between green, blue, red lasers arent really that much except the colour. However green lasers tend to be more bright..

Yeah I just noticed it was listed for 50k mW instead of 5k.

Well I'm genuinely interested in the 5k one, but with that kind of money on a laser, I'd want some reassurance that it's actually close to 5k mW, but I have no real tools to test this. Video would probably come closest to proof, and it has to be your OWN video, not someone elses' for some other laser. If you've never opened the package, how do you know these are legit 5k mW without ever testing them?

If you are interested, I would like to be an escrow for your deal(s).

No offense but your current track record is appalling to be acting as escrow. Why would anyone want to increase risk going through you? Go advertise elsewhere.
1566  Economy / Goods / Re: [BRAND NEW] **50000mW* Military Grade Class 4 Blue Laser Pen ONLY 239 USD on: July 12, 2014, 08:13:54 PM
Oh wow I just misread it too because there was no comma. You probably have one too many zeros, because those batteries will not supply a 50,000mW to the laser. Also that housing does not look like it can dissipate ~50w of heat.
1567  Economy / Goods / Re: Green/Blue/Red Laser Pointers *1000/2000/5000MW* (Refund if seized) on: July 12, 2014, 08:01:35 PM
Whoa you got some competition here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=687839.0

What are the practical difference between green or blue laser, and why should someone choose one over the other?

http://seansoutpost.com/

Seans Outpost is a homeless shelter, driven by bitcoin donations.

Thanks for link, I donated to them the same amount that zolace sent to me.

Btw I didn't actually lose anything from this defaulted loan because in the two posts that I sent the loan and asked for it back, I had already earned back more btc from the sig campaign than the loan amount. But the fact that this guy would scam for $1 is pretty pathetic.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=687842.0

WHY Anthony? We worked it out for several days in PM, why would you change the conditions last minute so we had to cancel our deal? You had every opportunity to get legit funds from me, but instead you decide to deal with a newbie and ended up getting scammed. monbux and I gave you every warning about it, and I even told you paypal will lock your account anything goes sour, dealing with bitcoins. I do feel bad for you, so take it as a cheap lesson learned.
1570  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a 0.002 ฿ loan [ close ] on: July 12, 2014, 07:20:05 PM
Ill be happy to pay this loan he had taken from you

Your loan has been paid

Wow that was surely nice of you. I already put this behind me and just notice the 0.0021 in my wallet. Why would you repay this for him? Anyways I left you feedback in your profile. It's such an insignificant amount, but it's the intentions that matter.

If you expected it, why did you give it to him? Even if its very little, it would've been put to a much better use if you gave it to something like Sean's Outpost.
Anyway, leave negative feedback for him.

It was a calculated risk, where I don't actually lose anything if he runs off, like he did.

Link to Sean's Outpost? I'm not aware of what it is.

Demonstration of 5000mw laser burning stuff - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-lMqZjomAXM

Dat farsi, you make this video?

No, but thats the 5000mw blue one, same power output.

Nah mang, it has to be a video of the actual 5000mW laser you're selling in here. I'm not interested in that blue one from youtube, nor anyone else's.
1572  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTS: I need to sell some bitcoin for paypal on: July 12, 2014, 06:55:50 PM
He's not trolling, he's dead serious and gave a paypal address to pay. He did a full forum background check on me before listing his terms.
1573  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTS: I need to sell some bitcoin for paypal on: July 12, 2014, 06:48:32 PM
Just so you guys know, I backed out on the deal because of his conditions: You're expected to send the paypal funds first, then you have to wait 6 months before he ships you a paper wallet with keys on it. You also have to provide your facebook profile.

Pretty absurd conditions. Basically he'll get the paypal funds right away, but you have to wait 6 months just to take a risk if he'll ever send the paper wallet, and if he does, if it actually has the bitcoins on there.
1574  Economy / Services / Re: I was hacked (1170btc stolen) - 500btc max BOUNTY on: July 12, 2014, 05:54:00 PM
Couldn't the thief just launder the coins bit by bit and get away with it scot-free?

For example: You could just trade some of them for another virtual currency on some random exchange, and then convert what you bought back into BTC, and voila, clean bitcoins. Or use a laundering service. It seems really easy to get around if you're smart?

Actually, the best way to clean the coins is to send them to an exchange, then cash it out to your bank account. Then use all that fiat to buy back the coins on the same exchange. Untraceable  Grin

Hmm interesting, you now added a 5w laser. Can you please show a video demonstration of this 5000mW laser in action burning things up? I'd seriously consider getting this if there is proof of its destructiveness.
1576  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering [INTEREST FREE] Microloans (With and without collateral) on: July 12, 2014, 09:53:47 AM
Just curious, what do you gain from giving out an interest-free loan with no collateral?
1577  Economy / Lending / Re: Taking applications for microloans (no collateral) on: July 12, 2014, 09:51:03 AM
Gonna bump this back up, because this thread is hilarious. It's more about slapping newbs around more than the loan  Cheesy

Wasn't there an anti-hilariosandco mob that wanted him banned or something? I remember skimming through some kind of thread like that. And now coincidentally, he becomes a mod  Wink

In other word, a list of tattle-tales by rank  Cheesy. Jk, someone needs to do the dirty work.

I have the same

How do you manage to dig up a thread this old? I mean did you really go that far back in pages, or was it some search that triggered? This should be locked.
