Looking to sell $75 worth of Amazon let me know if interested (for BTC)
Sorry, I can't accept GC's from you based on your current account status. If you're willing to wait for me to spend the GC's first and perhaps wait a few weeks before I pay the btc, then I might consider it.

Loan amount: 0.02 BTC.
Denied. All your posts are nearly useless. What is the largest loan you would consider giving me without collateral? It can be for 14 days or 30 and anything up to 2BTC I will pay 175%-200% after 30 days.
Refer back to THIS post, I already answered everything in detail, and everything still stands. Someone with an arbitrary Ryan name doesn't mean you'll get the loan easier. And I'll have my bets that no noteworthy report will actually be published. hi, repaid, thx~
Received your repayment. Received your repayment.

Does anyone remember Klee's stolen and laundered coins? It was in the amount of 1k+ coins. Possibly his stolen coins were combined with other stolen coins from the same hacker, then dumped. Unlikely though. Then there's also Ethereum's dump of coins, in the 20k range. But whatever the reason, the "mistake" was very real. My buy order that I put in a couple months ago finally got triggered and coins are confirmed in my wallet . Time to put in another dirt cheap buy order and hope for another fat-finger.

Ethereum openly admitted that they're dumping massive amounts of coins. I think around 20k btc. The dump will just eat up all the buy orders, so btc price won't rebound at least until the dump is complete. It might just so happen the dump is happening on btc-e.

Sad to see. For some, the only value of a bitcoin is how many dollars they can get for it.
Ideally, it would be nice to see everything priced in btc, but unfortunately the dollar is still the benchmark. It's much more stable as a currency. Most goods and services are still priced in dollars, so every time you buy something with btc, you have to see what its relative value is in dollars. Would you buy a few meals for 50 btc? Because that's how much it cost back then. If you say no, then you're indirectly seeing the value of btc as dollars

Umm, you're a terrible used-car salesmen. Try advertising elsewhere, like the services or lending section.
edit: looks like a mod just moved it.

I am able to send up to $5,000 completely free of charge from one Chase bank account to another persons Chase bank account, instantly. With no miner fees or waiting time either.
What a dumbass I am. And now you see another reason why consumers have zero incentive to use Bitcoin.
So now lets see you send that same $5k USD from your Chase bank account to someone overseas. I bet it will cost you a lot more than $0.09 (actually roughly $300 for wire fee and currency exchange) "No incentive" to use bitcoin is a bit dramatic of a statement. If that's the case, then why are you still here?

I don't know if this is the trend in UK, but in the US, majority of the banks are rather hostile towards bitcoin. If they do close your account, they're not obligated to give a reason, other than "it's best that we end business relations with you (something along those lines). I had my bank account closed with Chase when they found out it was bitcoin-related transactions. Not only did they close my account, they will not allow me to ever open one with them again. This happened sometimes last year, when these incidents were not as common yet. Now, it's pretty well known that banks (generally speaking) does not like you using them for btc transactions.
Credit unions are less stringent on this, however I have confirmed that a few credit unions will in fact close accounts if bitcoin was ever mentioned.

what exactly would happen if someone donated 50 bitcoin these days?
What exactly are you expecting other than a gimmicky profile status? A private lap dance from theymos?

^ Thanks for the input, but that camera might look like it's a bit bulky. I already have a decent point-and-shoot camera, now I'm looking for something with similar size, but with better image quality. I THINK that camera you linked does not have image quality as great as the NEX-6. It looks like the zoom is a very strong point, but I don't need something with that much magnification. I'd value image quality over magnification.
I don't know shit about cameras, so any other reason to get that HX300 over the NEX-6?

In the US, the best option is Coinbase or LBC. Coinbase has lower fees, but it's around 4 days from the time you execute the buy order until you receive your btc. You can also throw privacy out the window. Not only do you have to provide ID and verify address, all transactions will show up in your back statement, clearly saying "COINBASE". If you have large volumes, you're at risk of getting your bank account closed (possibly banned), even though coinbase itself fully complies with AML/KYC. LBC is fairly anonymous as the buyer. The trade off is higher fees, but at least your keep your purchases off the radar so you don't have to worry about filing taxes and such. You get it nearly instantly, depending on if you're able to follow instructions from each individual seller. LakeBTC, it comply with U.S. laws, and cheaper compared to Coinbase
LakeBTC is nowhere near as established as coinbase. Many smaller exchanges have come and go, so this is the risk of having transactions with a smaller exchange. I've been personally affected by TradeHill going underwater back in the days. Still can't recover my btc back from Jared.

Holy shit, talking about raping your identity just to buy. For mainstream adoption, this is actually negative publicity for bitcoin.

Your own PP, really? Any way to prove it's not from a hacked account? Not like any decent member will sell to you anyways, but just asking.
