^ haha. Don't be silly, shovels and picks are used to dig up the bitcoins. Don't ask such obvious questions.

itll take around an hour for it to be shipped to you.
I have a question of my own: what shipping methods do you use to ship bitcoins? Hopefully Fedex, I don't trust USPS.
1202  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering BTC loans [no collateral] on: August 03, 2014, 11:41:01 AM
Thanks for your quick response But 0.05 loan is not worth it to take, please let me know if you can do 0.25 at least for 2 weeks for 20% interest.

Then declined, unless you can provide proof of pending payment from client that you mentioned earlier, the bills you have to pay, and also some other verifications. Ill send you a PM about this in ~9 hours.
1203  Economy / Collectibles / Re: WTS 2013 ATB Mt. Rushmore 5 oz Silver Coin P Version on: August 03, 2014, 11:01:14 AM
If you decide to sell it for 0.28 btc, shoot me a PM, I'll buy it. At the current price, that's higher than ebay. My offer is what you'll get if you throw it up on ebay, minus the fees.
1204  Economy / Digital goods / Re: SELLING AMAZON GIFT CODES (USA) on: August 03, 2014, 09:26:41 AM
all  my cards are clean and not carded from illegal sources!

Right. New account, and this is your only reassurance?

1207  Other / Meta / Re: Ignoring/blocking pm's on: August 03, 2014, 06:03:00 AM
Can there also be a function that when you ignore a user, they can't post in your moderated thread?

I was thinking maybe it would be a good idea if you could ban certain people from posting in your own self-moderated threads. Would save people deleting posts from persistent trolls.

Yes, please implement this. The only privilege to a self-moderated thread is deleting posts. You can't edit other people's posts (which is understandable), move posts, or ban a user from the thread. Deleting posts from trolls is pointless because they'll just keep posting the same deleted post again.
1208  Other / Meta / Re: Do we have a board for charities? on: August 03, 2014, 05:59:35 AM
This would be a terrible idea. All of a sudden, you'll start to see a lot of new accounts begging for donations, or posing as an a charity org.
1209  Other / Meta / Re: post count: leet on: August 03, 2014, 05:54:45 AM
Oh wow, mind = blown. So this happens to a single post only, and coincidentally I caught it. Ironically, by the time I posted the screenshot, which is +1 to my post count, then it had already disappeared. No one else got to see it.

LOOOOL I laughed so fucking hard at this. Basically 1337 is leet. It's a stupid hacking term used by kids. Google it.

Yes, I'm fully aware of what 1337 is, as well as all the other h4x0r language. But I couldn't make the connection because I didn't keep tabs on what my post count was.
1210  Economy / Exchanges / Re: unlock codes for Mtgox yubikeys leaked on: August 03, 2014, 05:17:03 AM
I had a chance to get my free Mtgox Yubikey from that security leak (2011?), but never bothered to get one. Now I wish I had gotten it, just to keep a piece of history.
1211  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering BTC loans [no collateral] on: August 03, 2014, 05:12:50 AM
Im looking for a .1 loan

Denied. If you lose the gambling, then I lose my btc. I'm not taking a risk with you.

I have a few other small items I'd like to prioritize over the loan. If I did a 15% interest instead of the current 10%. Can we extend the repayment date to the 31st

No sorry, we already had an agreement. I don't focus too much on how much interest I get, but rather more on you honoring the terms and how trustworthy you are. If the high interest was my main priority, then I wouldn't have given arklan a loan that is due in a year, with "low" interest.
1212  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] Hero3+ GoPros on: August 03, 2014, 05:01:11 AM
Didn't use escrow. Paid half up front, half on delivery

Can you please post the Tx ID for both payments? Surely that would be no problem if you indeed paid for the GoPro.

Umm that's not how it works. No need for picture, and no need to edit the picture. Post the raw Tx ID so I can verify myself.
1213  Bitcoin / Legal / Not filing taxes with bitcoin on: August 03, 2014, 02:22:01 AM
So I have bought and sold plenty of btc, and haven't filed a single bitcent to the IRS. So what? I do it rather openly and don't care much about hiding my paper trail (coinbase, exchanges, purchases on websites, etc).

Now how are they actually going to implement and enforce taxation of bitcoin transactions? Currently the infrastructure to actually regulate the taxation of bitcoin is nearly non-existence, and it's solely based on the honor system. Sure you could believe the conspiracy that the governments are already tracking bitcoin transactions, but I don't buy it. So again, why should I comply, and what happens when I don't?

Why do you guys take this clown so seriously? He has bitcoin all figured out, and says it with confidence:

for orders of 10k or above $300 a coin. Should take an hour to send to your address‏.

I don't get it. Why would you sell at such a huge loss? I you're truly legit and post it up at just -5% of market value, buyers will eat up your order instantly due to arbitrage.
1216  Economy / Lending / Re: seeking 1000 USD loan, interest 15%! FUNDED on: August 03, 2014, 01:03:36 AM
Not to be nosy, but you locked your btc selling thread, so I'm curious who you sold to, and what were the fees? I've purchased btc at bitstamp - 2% before, sent as gift payment. If you sold it to who I think you sold it, then that guy is international and there is a 1-2% international fee, + 2.7% currency exchange fee. If he funded it with a credit card and made you eat the fees, then it's another ~3%.

There's no reason why you have to eat such high exchange fees (0.2 btc?), when it's very possible to get a 1:1 via paypal. However I do understand you need this fairly quickly and can't wait a day or two for the right buyer.
1217  Other / Off-topic / Re: finally memorized my private key :D on: August 03, 2014, 12:16:25 AM
Just hope you don't get Alzheimer later on. I would still make a backup anyways.
1218  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: what year will 21 million coins will be completed? on: August 02, 2014, 10:16:02 PM
Just a thought: All miners can collectively game the system so the 21 million mined coins can be achieved much quicker. Right before difficulty change, majority of the miners drop out so that the total network hash power plummets, so after the new difficulty correction drops, all miners jump back in. This would result in blocks being much faster than 10 minute averages. After 2 weeks, miners drop out again until difficulty change, then jump back in. Rise and repeat. Cutting down the 10 minute block times in effect would cut down the number of years required to mine out all blocks.

Practically speaking, this won't ever happen, but it's still a possibility.

Are you fcking retard?

Difficulty adjustment is based on number of blocks not "2 weeks"

When all the miners drop out, says good bye to your "10 minute" block time along with your stupid "2 weeks".

For a hero member to say such stupid fck, i think its safe to assume you're a fraudster/scammer. (hint for noobs: there are ppl who sell hero member account)

Holy shit, did you really just this this aggressive from a post?

OK, I had a brain fart and mixed up the average 10 minute block time and 2 week difficulty adjustment. I also I made the wrong assumption that difficulty was calculated based on the very last block before difficulty adjustment. Hence my reasoning of most miners dropping out at the very last minute, so that network hash power drops, so difficulty readjust according to how long it takes for the last block to get confirmed.

From your aggression, I think it's safe to assume you kill people IRL. seriouscoin, why so serious?
