4721  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to became form Newbie to Jr Member to Member any tips? on: September 04, 2020, 05:33:10 AM
Actually it is very easy to reach the rank of a Member. The first step of achieving Jr Member is tough for those who are here only to earn from bounties.

Engage in helpful and informative conversations with fellow members and you will reach the Member rank in a jiff.

I only can see that you were active in 2018 and almost all your post were related to social media bounties that is the reason you are still stuck as a Newbie as you did not receive any Merits.
4722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What old coins are you still holding? on: September 03, 2020, 12:11:26 PM
I am not holding much but currently having Bitcoin, Ethereum, BAT and BNB. Planning to add more to my portfolio in the coming days but have not decided which one should I pick.
4723  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many listed coins on exchange without volume, any reasons? on: September 03, 2020, 12:05:42 PM
These coins or tokens that you are referring too are known as shit coins or tokens. Almost 80 percent of cryptos listed in CMC fall under the category of shit coins. These are those projects which have no future or have been stagnant for a long time.
4724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is not easy to make money in cryptocurrency on: September 03, 2020, 11:59:45 AM
Believe me my friend, anywhere in the world, it is not easy to make money. If you see any airdrop that promises 100$, 200$, 300$, 500$ and above just for referring peeps, or sharing post online, then it is atmost 99% fraudulent.

Likewise, if you see trade signals that promises certainty, or bounties that promises you a fixed price for your token, be wary. It is not that easy nor realistic.

Absolutely correct an airdrop cannot be more than $10 and trading signal are always scams. Never fall for such scams or you will lose whatever you have earned by yourself.

I believe bounties are dead now days, I have seen very less actually paying to hunters.

The twitter account of India's supreme leader Narendra Modi

Why are you calling him Supreme leader? He is the prime minister of India not a spiritual leader nor a dictator.

Quote
While I immediately cleared his doubt about bitcoin but that's how majority of the common people have reacted because bitcoin is now associated with all small/major hacks happening worldwide!

I do not think this hacking is affecting the image of Bitcoin. If these hackers would ask fiat will it affect the image of fiat?

Twitter hacks are more affecting Twitter's reputation and if such hacking keeps on happening most celebrities will move away for it.
4726  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Wallet on: September 03, 2020, 10:00:01 AM
I have been using Mycelium wallet on my mobile, Wasabi wallet on my desktop, and ledger wallet for my longterm hodling. I use Mycelium for making online purchases therefore I only keep a small amount of Bitcoin in it. My desktop wallet is for trading purposes therefore I only fill it when I want to visit an exchange. Rest of it kept in my hardware wallet.

You can also do the same or improvise it all depends on you.
4727  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does a Bitcoin news site receive a penalty for copyright on: September 03, 2020, 09:51:40 AM
If you are directly copying the content then you will get copyright notification. If you do not copy and create your own content with a reference from where you got the news then you will not fall in any trouble.

4728  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it alright to invest with bitcoin at the current market price? on: September 03, 2020, 09:48:10 AM
In my opinion, the best time was when Bitcoin was below 10k but as they say anytime to invest in Bitcoin is considered the best time. Therefore do not stop yourself and invest in it. Bitcoin will reach a new ATH soon and if you do not invest now you might miss the opportunity.
4729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: September 03, 2020, 07:39:32 AM
Missed yesterdays match, I had no clues that Pakistan won the first T20 against England. This why this team is truly unpredictable. You do not know what will happen next when these guys play. I will be waiting for the next match and hope to see them repeat the same performance.

Nope. Pakistan lost the first match and the second one was washed away. They won the third and last match. T20 is such an unpredictable format, and even teams such as Netherlands have defeated England in this version. It is like 50% skill and 50% luck. If luck is not favoring you, then you can go down even against minnows such as Scotland and Netherlands.
First was washed out and second won by England third won by Pakistan I agree with you twenty/20 is all about luck and skill any team can do good on day and all this happen but one thing is sure never right off Pakistan as they can fight back on any day as they done even as Moeen start charging I was sure they can easily won but suddenly Wahab change things for them.

OOPS!!!

I had no clue about the other two, my bad I got confused with so many matches happening suddenly it is hard to keep a track of all of them. Thanks for the heads up.
4730  Economy / Services / Re: 💰 Earn BTC Weekly - Viewing Twitch Stream - Start Today! on: September 03, 2020, 06:48:40 AM
OP is new on the forum. Anyone received the payment? I'd like to give this a go if anyone confirms that it's legit.

Would be interested in joining the campaign if one of the participants here confirms that they have received their weekly payments.
4731  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Not so far from getting BTC globally accepted! Pornhub now accepts BTC & LTC. ;) on: September 02, 2020, 11:51:41 AM
Another step forward towards the adoption of Bitcoin I guess  Grin

I do not think it will, in anyways, increase the USD values of Bitcoin or Litecoin as PH does accept Fiat but it makes life simpler for crypto community just in case they want to use their Bitcoin to get entertained.
4732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can I go into this crypto???? on: September 02, 2020, 11:38:08 AM
Why you should stay away from this project?

Two reasons:

Concept - As per my understanding, the concept is related to charity and eradication of poverty. How will you make money from from a concept that is based on philanthropic activities?

Webstie - Website does not clearly states about the project and I was only able to find two team members. White paper does not open and I also do not see the roadmap.

Recently I upgrade my phone and I was searching for this guide on the internet, most of them which I found are either outdated or not easy to understand.

Thankfully saw this thread and thanks to your guide I can now easily transfer my authenticator's data from my old phone to the new one.
4734  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Cycling Thread on: September 02, 2020, 09:45:39 AM
I used to watch tour de France until Lance Armstrong decided to blow up his cover. I had great respect for this guy and thought cycling was the only game left out of drugs until reality struck me.

Now I watch but not devoted to this game anymore. Thanks, @tyKiwanuka for creating this thread and the itinerary of 2020 tournament.
4735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: September 02, 2020, 09:36:01 AM
Honestly, I did not expect this result. This is basically a consolation win for Pakistan at this point. England must be gutted since it went down to the last over. Hafeez is in prime form currently while Ali performed well too.

The English spinners performed horribly. Unpredictability is the beauty of the T-20 format. Looking forward to IPL 2020.
No one expected Pakistan defeating England, in the second T20 they scored more runs than they did this time and lost the match and here England chocked with a crucial run of Eoin Morgan changed the match upside down but then i was surprised to see Moeen Ali returning back to form and played a blistering knock but it was not enough in the end, either way it was a close match and Pakistan leveled the series.

Missed yesterdays match, I had no clues that Pakistan won the first T20 against England. This why this team is truly unpredictable. You do not know what will happen next when these guys play. I will be waiting for the next match and hope to see them repeat the same performance.
4736  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to find Fake Giveaways or scam airdrops on Twitter? on: September 01, 2020, 12:53:06 PM
Your advice is bad.

Great! thanks for the frank opinion @dzungmobile

I bet that people who find scam giveaway belong to two main types: lazy and greedy; or curious.

The first type is putting themselves at risks. They are always greed so the more information they see, the more risks that they will fall into loophole.

After seeing your reply I felt that you are one smart guy when dealing with airdops and giveaways. I also assume you have not encountered those scams yet. Till then remain smart and if something goes wrong in the future then remember these words

There some people in the world who are more smarter, intelligent and cunning than you.
4737  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the best way of storing and spending small amount of satoshis ? on: September 01, 2020, 10:57:47 AM
I would not recommend you to waste those Bitcoin by using them instead keep on filling your wallet with these small amounts until you have somewhere around BTC0.001 satoshis and then plan on spending them.

I personally use Mycelium wallet for storing my Bitcoin and whenever I want to transfer them to an exchange or to another wallet I do check their fee calculator, you can choose how much you want to pay as fee and the time for them to reach using the calculator.
4738  Other / Beginners & Help / How to find Fake Giveaways or scam airdrops on Twitter? on: September 01, 2020, 10:42:33 AM
I generally do not advocate Giveaways or airdrop as most of them are fake, but I see a lot of Newbies falling for them every day.

Recently Twitter has been in the news for fake giveaway and hacking scam which most of us here know. So I did a few checks and found an option to help those interested to determine whether you are participating or promoting a scam.

If you are someone who participates in Twitter giveaways & airdrops then you need to first check whether the giveaway is genuine or not by doing a simple search using these two hashtags.

#fakegiveaways
#fakeairdrop

These two hastags still cannot guarantee anything but, will help you to find genuine giveaways or airdrops.

Congratulation to you..
4740  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beware of Phishing Emails like this on: September 01, 2020, 06:14:17 AM
I received it and many similar so called stellar giveaways, one time I completely fall for it until it asked for a private key.

These emails are so convincing that you will fall for it once. Contents in these emails are of the highest standard, they will always use convincing words within the contents to make them appear original. The only way to check whether it is genuine or not is by doing the checks which I have mentioned in this thread.
