1802  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's new All Time High (ATH) has been reached this year again (X2) on: October 20, 2021, 04:51:03 PM
but what I'm surprised is that all the popular Altcoins in the market have not reached their new ATH after having reached it together with Bitcoin in the previous 6 months.
What do you think this is affected by ? so Altcoin looks very difficult to increase now

People gamble on alts (99% of atcoins are worth 0) when BTC is boring and its hard to trade it. When its stuck in consolidation for weeks. There is no need of trading altcoins when btc do +60% in 20 days. People simply trade BTC. But as soon as BTC will stop a little money will flow to alts creating new alt seazon. I think that sooner or later alts will reach new ATH and yell better return than BTC. The only next alt seazon killer would be BTC rally stop with -30% red 1 day dildo.
1803  Local / Alternatywne kryptowaluty / Re: Sygnały techniczne buy/sell on: October 20, 2021, 04:30:39 PM

SL w granicach 33$ daje risk/reward około 8.
1804  Local / Polski / Re: Pospekulujmy o aktualnej i przyszłej cenie BTC. on: October 20, 2021, 03:28:47 PM

1805  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC hovers above $61K amid US regulators against physical product Bitcoin ETF on: October 18, 2021, 06:44:43 AM
I do not think that it will be appropriate to underestimate the powers of stock markets of USA kind of country. Bitcoin ETF will enable people to buy/hold/trade bitcoin like any other stocks with the same margin which meant for their usual stock related activities. So, there would be definite impact we could expect when we get bitcoin ETF hits live markets.

Nah... There are already planty of options to trade bitcoin. I'm not only crypto trader, I use exante for stock/bonds/funds/REITs. They allow me to buy foreign stocks from all around the world and guess what? They have 86 crypto to trade... I can already trade 86 crypto right from my stock trading account. Tell me more how BTC ETF will change my world and finally allow people to trade BTC XD Who wants to be exposed to bTC volatility ... have an option to do that. BTC ETF is just another one.

(Gold ETF should be considered here for good example, even gold is limited by 250k metric tons, we could buy/trade more than that with the help of ETF; similarly bitcoin ETF will help more than 21 million people to buy and hold more than 1 bitcoin each, theoretically).

Wrong. ETF is an asset backed 1:1 with real asset. So when you buy ETF, found is buying real btc to back it. That's the only way ETF price is pegged to real asset price. So it will not "help more than 21 million people to buy and hold more than 1 bitcoin each"

ETF its not the same as Derivatives.

It is funny how some people ignore the fact that price has been rising for about 3 weeks now and focus on the past couple of days that a meaningless news about a bitcoin ETF came out and think the rise is because of that Cheesy

As it was pointed out earlier nobody cares about bitcoin ETFs, at least not anymore. Back in 2017 it was overhyped and market reacted to the news but it was also overused so it lost its glamour. So at this point, 4 years later and about 200 ETF rejections in US and a bunch of ETFs in other countries, people stopped giving a crap about whether or not US approves a bitcoin ETF or not.

Can't wait for 2025 bubble. BTC will dump from 600k to 300k because of "china ban crypto FUD, but this time for real" but pump right after to 1 mln $ thanks to new ETF rumours.
1806  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Cryptocurrency for 1 Week! on: October 17, 2021, 09:37:27 AM
Oh so you traded for whole 1 week? And succeed? damn it has to be super hard especially that market during this week did this:

Big green dildo.

Trade altcoins for more than 1 year and than share your experience. Show us how your trading strategies handle 50% daily dump that we see even on biggest alts from time to time. One week is way to short to test any strategy. Especially if it was green dildo week.
1807  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC hovers above $61K amid US regulators against physical product Bitcoin ETF on: October 17, 2021, 09:32:35 AM
Who cares about BTC ETF? There are already plenty of ways to trade BTC no matter if you are small retail investor or one of the biggest company (tesla). I've never heard someone saying that he wants to invest in BTC but he miss ETF option so he give up on that and wait for better investment options. Not even a single time.

I see each bubble is the same. China FUD, ETF/ETP/CME hype than again china FUD and start once again. Guys from 1 month to infinity years period it does not matter at all if this ETF will be aproved now, next month or never.
1808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Idena is the first Proof-of-Person Blockchain on: October 17, 2021, 08:25:57 AM
which makes me wonder, that lost connection only for validation, I know what examplens feeling because I've experienced about it, Lost the connection while validation, pictures slowly loading after waiting the result got failed for validation. And I wonder this happens when only use PC, when running it on VPS there will fine, but when using cheap VPS with low specifications same as the result.

So run your node on cheap PC or cheap VPS and use WEP APP with rented node (for 1 iDNA = 9 cents) for validation only. Its that simple. I don't know why we are talking about that for months. PC, home router and cheap vps might be too weak for validation. End of the story.
1809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Chia Really Decentralized or just a Myth? on: October 16, 2021, 03:25:49 PM
As noted in Business Whitepaper, they started mainnet with 21 million XCH pre-farmed

Oh ... this changes everything. Looks like even after 7 years they will still have majority of coins. Looks like they somehow came up to conclusion that it is fair to reward team with coins that whole network needs 7 years to mine. RIP investors. But still its only a native token distribution. Whole chain is backed by proof of storage not proof of stake. So chain may be decentralized while be super unattractive as investment asset (centralization of supply).

Satoshi - we don't know who he is or was - corporate, person, group of persons, etc
Chia - we know who stays under, fully corporate coin

It does not matter for decentralization if someone who hold majority of coins is anonymous or not. Regardless of the fact if we are talking about POW, POS, POP, POstorage

1810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Chia Really Decentralized or just a Myth? on: October 16, 2021, 03:05:16 PM
How it could be, that a cryptocurrency where one person holds 95% of coins can be decentralized?

Because its not proof of stake. Its proof of storage. So chain may be super decentralized and offer everything you need while distribution of native token may not be decentralized.

I've checked distribution and its 64 XCH per 10 minutes = 9 216 per day = 3 363 840 per year while current circulating supply is equal to 1,582,223.00 XCH. So its exactly how i said. After 3 years circulating supply will go up to 11.5 mln and CEOs 1 mln coins will be less than 10% of supply. 5% after 6 years.

Satoshis 1 mln BTC is more than 5% of current supply. Is BTC not decentralized? 12 years ago satoshi also had majority of BTCs
1811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Chia Really Decentralized or just a Myth? on: October 16, 2021, 02:57:24 PM
yep, wondering, why they told us "to fix the centralization problems" and from the other hands - left 95% of all coins in their pockets?
Even bitcoin didn't do that

Its a huge difference between decentralization of chain and equal distribution of native token. Chia has interesting thing to offer. Instead of 1 cpu = 1 vote (POW) 1 $ = 1 vote (POS) its 1 storage unit = 1 vote and in fact it may offer different type of decentralization. I don't know how they are doing right now because last time i heard about them was before launch.

But back to 95% premine. Its worth to check how big inflation there is. Its possible that this 95% of supply will drop to 20% after 2-3 years and to 10% after 10 years. Its worth to say that in almost every ICO ETH token team have 100% of supply at the beginning and sell xx% during ICO.
1812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HELP! My metamask is not showing me coins out of nowhere please tell me a fix.. on: October 16, 2021, 02:47:22 PM
I put the addy in Bscan and the coins still show.  I didn't click on any scam site.  The BNB says 50 cents or whatever but the many little coins I have doesn't show at all!!

If you see it on Bscan than you are fine. Metamask is just an app that helps you manage your assets but its not the place where your tokens are stored. So if blockcian says your funds are here, means they are here.

1- check if you are on correnct network
2- check if your tokens are imported

If it does not work, make sure that you have your seed (private key) stored in safe place and reinstal metamask and do step 1 and 2 once again.
1813  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Cryptocurrency be a Global Currency in the Future? on: October 16, 2021, 02:32:48 PM
Yes, It can be expected that cryptocurrency will be a Global currency in the future.
The BTC will be the father coin and there will be a lot of sub coins.
Cryptocurrency is a unique kind of currency that has great potential.
It has an attraction for all ages of life. It has a great opportunity for those who want to do something and desire to step forward.
Moreover, It has equal chances for poor or rich for development .
This currency has brought a revolutionary change in the world of business and trade.
It promotes a positive activity also.

Most likely not. Most likely every country will have its own CBDC. People are too uneducated to understand the different between BTC (deflationary, decentralized asset for people who likes freedom) and centrally controlled CBDC.

“GIVE me control of a nation's money supply, and I care not who makes its laws.” So said Mayer Amschel Rothschild

Don't expect that people who have this power now will give it away without fight. Especially that this fight is super easy to win if your average opponent dont even know what inflation is.
1814  Local / Polski / Re: Pospekulujmy o aktualnej i przyszłej cenie BTC. on: October 16, 2021, 06:55:54 AM

1815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Polkadot New ATH on: October 16, 2021, 06:10:26 AM
I wouldn't call it dead, far from it. They will release parachain auctions next month and this will probably give another pump to the price. It is not because it is less popular than BTC, ETH and BNB that a project is dead. Don't forget that you also can claim a 12% interest when holding polkadot.

"They will release parachain auctions next month" Great ... is there significant demand for this use case on this specific chain? No one cares despite investors hoping for pump do dump their bags. Just like you said. "and this will probably give another pump to the price." You are excited that this event will push price up ... you are not excited about this new feature... you dont care about it ... you did not even plan to test it. Am I right?

Its not like being little less popular than BTC, ETH, BNB. Its a massive gap. DOT daily TX is 10-20k. BSC daily tx is 6 M. Its like 500 more while DOT is only 2 times cheaper than BNB while bnb is not only chain token, its also token used on biggest cex to lower fees, for binance card cashback, for launchpads, lauchpools, staking. I don't care about 12% interest from holding DOT. I have >50% APY from launchpads and other events on binance from holding BNB and BNB is deflationary.

Its dead because no one is using it. Not because devs does not release small updates from time to time to boost price.

Trade shitcoins now if you are experienced trader, invest after market crash.
I think your advice is trade mid and small cap coins, not shit coins

99.99% of coins are shitcoins. There are only few projects (like 3-5) that are worth investment and all of them are overpriced or well priced right now. I dare to say that their strong fundamentials wont translate into higher returns during bubble we are currently in. The fact is that if you want to max out your profits from bubble, the best strategy right now is to trade the most popular shitcoins with decent volume and volatility (damn did I just described shiba - shitcoin with decent volume and volatlity...)
1817  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avalanche Ecosystem DEX+ Lending Program Trader Joe on: October 15, 2021, 04:30:40 PM
Its top 6 on coingecko right now and top 7 on coinmarketcap. That's surprisingly high for dex that I hear for the very first time. I dare to say that this volume looks too high to be true. Especially 100 mln $ volume on WAVAX/TIME trading pair. Its top 150CMC coin that did not pump or dump that day. Where this 100 mln comes from? I'm not saying its 100% fake. It just looks too high for no name dex compared to dexes that every crypto trader is using everyday.
1818  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best DeFi Projcet 2021-2022 on: October 15, 2021, 04:22:16 PM
In your opinion, what is the DeFi project to keep on radar and study and which DeFi projects do you consider new gems and have you already bought them?

Its not the best investment time. Good time to invest was in 2018-2020. Good time to invest will be in 2023-2024. Now its take profit time or trade the most hyped projects. Fundamentials does not make any different right now. Of cours its better to invest in something that have value grater than zero, because it will not dump 95% in one week during market crash but better project does not mean it will gain more. Trade shitcoins now if you are experienced trader, invest after market crash.
1819  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Polkadot New ATH on: October 15, 2021, 04:08:12 PM
DOT broke out of this formation 3 days ago with nice volume. From technical point of view looks very nice. Bitcoin is also very bullish. Close to ATH. Looks like we have 1 more leg up for BTC and alts. But as I said before. DOT from fundamential point of view looks dead to me. I suggest to take a look at other alts with symilar TA outlook. Like BNB which just broke triangle.

Niestety.
