Hi Joel and C2 committee,
I think we still need to help NC2 hit another more popular exchange like MintPal, because MintPal has such a big transaction volume every day. Taking FAC as an example, there is nearly 200 BTC volume for FAC. If NC2 could hit MintPal, I believe more people will be appealed.
How we are gonna encourage the C2 community to vote for MintPal?
I have an idea. We can use a part of the surplus to reward those people who voted. Maybe 1 vote = 5 NC2 or more . I believe that we can hit MinPal soon by doing like this. Once you giveaway the surplus for free, they will be lazy, and sit there for watching someone to help them do what they want to do.
I will appreciate if you can take it into consideration.
And if someone have any better suggestions, we can make a open discussion here. Thanks. NC2 DA TO MOON!

Great idear, really support. Make no sense at all. Waste time and man power to verify. I would rather sell the C2 on market and buy vote on Mintpal. Ok, 10,000 votes on Mintpal costs roughly 2 BTC which is about $1,000 right now. In order to buy our way onto Mintpal we might have to buy over 30k votes plus have the community voting support because their script counts bought votes every 15 minutes. I think it would be much better to just wait for the community to jump in and do it organically. |

Seems pretty established the majority have been accounted for. I had a fair few days of worry waiting for bter but they came good in the end. No doubt there will be a few new accounts that 'lost a million' coins  but its time to focus on moving forward, Votes are climbing on Mintpal 50K mark already  Recently the company is very busy, did not care about it, I have 300,000 C2 did not change before and now how to do? Thanks, we are going to get back C2 on Cryptokk.We need the source. You really should update your Github. There may be a lack of clear communication from our side because the switchover happened in a very short time. But you were aware of the whole thing and the github, OP was updated as well. You should have contacted other board members if you didnt get a reply from the dev. The board member list is in OP. You just need to switch to the new wallet now. Will be happy to see C2 listed on CryptoKK Hi, when I wrote this the github wasn't updated. The dev team was very reactive and we got the new source with no issues few days ago. But our wallet isn't compatible (new client ? new blockchain ? just a new version ?). We did several attempt to get back C2 but we received no answer. At the moment we are refunding our users with other coins because we don't understand the situation, this story about the conversion. We don't want leave them with coins from the old wallet, without any clue of what to do with them. Yes, there is a new QT. That means that the amount of C2 available in circulation will now increase daily for the rest of the coins existence. Few things make me lost confidence and patience in Coin2:
1. Inconsistency: BTER acts like a retard, freezing trading so far.
2. Less transparency: as i said the surplus like hovering knife overhead.
solution: Make decision quickly and keep it fair enough.
a. Multipool is a must. keep it as a part of spending.
b. android wallet is a must. keep it as another part of spending.
c. Keep certain amount for further development. (fair percentage)
d. destroy the remaining. Ppl will whine again for many spontaneous idea. that is totally chaos.
Joel have to make decision quickly! DO NOT GIVEAWAY TO ANY LATE COMERS. IF WE GIVE, WE GIVE TO MINTPAL. (LAST CHOICE)
3. Chaos: ppl are whining about his lost due to his own mistake.
solution: ignore those ppl yelling, and make it clear
a. 2 days is fair and enought
b. No one is giving him any coin2 from surplus! we can either not verify and it is not fair to all coin holders.
Destroying some of the remaining coins while creating new coins through PoS at the same time seems a bit counter intuitive to me. Joel owes his wife about a weeks worth of time due to him spending so much time getting Coin2.0 up and running. I think we can come up with an equitable solution to this problem but we are just getting going again. Please have some patience, we are simply catching our breath at this point. |

AT LEAST CONSIDER... USING THAT SAME AMOUNT TO RE-IMBURSE THOSE THAT MISSED THE EXCHANGE TO C2.0. If funds are used to pay off MintPal rather than re-imbursement...I'm outta here. Talk 'bout a greedy idea.............
calm down , i dont see any official statement that say unclaimed coins(funds) will be use for paying an exchange to get listed. it just suggestion from some user(s) if they want so badly to get listed on mintpal they can pay from their own pocket , i rather vote manual 5 votes per hour as community than paying. I allmost lost all my coins.. I was lucky enough to return in time from a long trip to exchange them..
2 days is not a fair amount of time to exchange your coins, not even when it is announced weeks ahead of time.
I'm curious to see how many coins were lost in the transition.
about 8 million not too many considering there is a total of 60 million now. And now you can keep them coins in your wallet and watch them grow almost daily...  |

If the network is taken down and some haven't been paid yet... They can still be done manually by screenshots do not take the old network down yet.........where can we still send our coins to get them swapped?? which exchanges can still generate a coin2 deposit address?
