there was no ddos attack afaik, probably its just a regular update.

PD doesn't really have a big max bet. The max payout (bet + profit) is only 20 btc, which is even lower than Safedice, let alone SD, Bitdice, and PRC.
I also don't think min bet was the reason, as safedice has the same min bet (0 satoshi) as PD, and PRC only recently raised its min bet to 100 satoshi.

I was not here when PD started, so I am not sure what PD had done in the early days. But when I joined bitcointalk in late 2013, PD was already popular and its popularity attracted more new players to it, and that produced a virtuous cycle IMHO.

Doesn't hurt to triple/quadruple check them all.

You can try to access using extension dot vpn it seems you have some problem with your service provider or you reboot your modem to change your ip address and i hope using this way you can access to your account.

This is due to the recent malleability attack, you should contact support about it, with details such as TX of the transaction and your deposit address along with your username, be prepared to wait for a long time though. PD support has a history of being late.
