saw you selling some graded coins on another post. did you end up sending these in the airtite cases?
Yes, I did. I sent my coins in whatever way I had them at the time....flips, white cardboard squares with the mylar clear window, airtites, quadrum square coin capsules, you name it. ANACS accepted all of them in whatever method I sent in. They say they want them sent in flips with no tape or staples, but they accepted everything regardless, and graded them. |

Is the auction happening? Interested in looking and maybe bidding  Still waiting for the coins to come back from engraving...  There will be 3 special coins coming in extra with the rolls, one of them will be a copper one engraved with "Roll1, Roll2,..." and two other one that nobody seen yet (Still the "Unchained" design, different materials, minted to 25 coins each)  4 Rolls will be put here on auction, they will be the colours roll series (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow) and the auction will be one at a time, one week each... 3 other rolls will be released on eBay and won't be part of the colours series (Something else ) As soon as I get the coins back from the engraver, I will announce the first auction... Sorry for the delay, my engraver is so damn slow, I'll find someone else next time... grrr... He promised me that I'll have them by wednesday this week, so I cross my fingers ! To get these two special 25 edition coins, does one have to purchase a roll or are you offering some of them separately? Sounds like there will be 7/25 sold each with the rolls. Any more details of this special edition you can share now, like which materials? bitguy101 will get #001 to #005 of each, I'll keep one of each... so that leave 12 coins of each... I still don't know how I will make them available but it may be either here on eBay... As for the material, I guess I can tell you, one is Antique Bronze and the other one is Antique Copper... they look gorgeous !  Thanks for the info. I'll look forward to see them when ready. If you decide to accept reservations for outright sales...I'd love one of each. |

I'm still waiting for the Kialara too. I ordered the first day, and still waiting. The maker has yet to tell me when he's shipping it, despite two emails from me.
By the way, to the OP...your Kialara pics are so nice...I assumed they were stock photos.

Great news! ANACS in! Grade ranges between MS-64 to MS-67. (a lot are upper end of this FYI, #'s 12-20 ANACS still avail and in hand, ready to ship! Not sure if the 25 went but they're still to go public He email people who bought from him previously and offer to sell pre-orders of their super limited run of 25 silver doges.........no one ordered one yet? I had ordered it as soon as I saw the email on my phone. I got #002. Price was steep IMHO, but I decided to get it. I didnt expect them to sell out though. You mean #02 Correct. |

I do believe this coin will need to be 2 oz Solid Yellow Gold, so the black and white areas may need to be modified to be all one color, if chosen.
While it is possible to get White Gold, or blackened PVD coating, I think if you're going to buy a solid gold coin, you want it to look like an all solid .999 yellow gold with no other two tones or alloys.
