Curious if Smoothie has any thoughts on this since those guys stole his design.
My thoughts are that since both defcon 's and the Chinese version are identical down to the fake .999 Silver, I personally think he simply bought them and tried to pass them off as his own.
Maybe if defcon could produce a pic of the dies or some proof of his original design?

If one were to resubmit graded coins, is it better to leave them in the holders or would it be better to crack them out of the Anacs holders? I wonder if graders would be swayed by seeing the existing grade, but they could always grade worse the second time.

The Chinese supplier sells knockoffs of solid .999 Silver brands: Lealana, Silver Species.
But the OP appears to be selling the exact same item as the Chinese supplier and passing it off as his own original design. Both are Plated, numbered, no hologram, same exact design.

Is it possible to get one without a PaperSafe - Satoshi Note? For example one with the 9 engraved to match the one I have?
If you want a wooden note to match to your Note # 009 ...PM me .. I can custom laser anything you want.. Any chance of making a matching plastic wallet card w/ holo?

Well now it looks like my last post in this thread was pointless. If OP really did just buy a bunch of pre-made bars (which it seems especially because the bars say .999 fine silver as most fake silver bats made in China do) then it's quite shameful to pretend they're your own creation and to sell them as a limited run. I guess we have to wait for OP to answer before we come to any conclusions. If OP did in fact just add a number/serial to each bar, that still isn't sufficient as there will be plenty more bars produced and if that is the case I'd think that everyone who bought one should be entitled to a full refund.
The bars already come with serial numbers 1 -100. The OP didn't appear to add anything, except a generic holo that serves no purpose. The OP seems to have passed off the bars as his own. I'd like to hear his side, but I think the buyers should be entitled to a refund.

Great catch bittawm. Sorry OP...but I'll pass on your mass-produced bars.

It's a cool idea and I like the design, however there's a major flaw in your system. In my opinion, the 6 BTC reward is what will draw some customers in. The fact that one customer can then post the codes online for everyone to see isn't really fair to the other 19 coin owners as they'd have had to pay to get the coins containing the codes and now their chances of getting the 6 BTC have diminished significantly. If I were you, I'd try finding a way of stopping gamut Hong like that from happening. Not sure on what you could do about it though...
Maybe that person should get banned from future microsoul purchases, so they can't do it again. I would prefer that those who bought earlier like myself get rewarded with getting the coin early. It would encourage someone to buy early and not wait until it's in stock. There's no incentive to preorder now if everyone gets theirs at the same time. Everyone has the same opportunity to get in early now if they want a jump on the competition.

A couple questions:
1. Are the coins serial numbered? Not the editions# 1-5. 2. Are they in stock or preorder? 3. Any option to have it not funded? 1B is a little steep on top of the $410 premium. 4. Are these in lieu of the pirate coins? 5. Are there 20 or 30 made? The title says 20 for sale 6. You mention that the bonus will be funded when all sales are completed. So unless/until you sell all 20 or 30 coins, the bonus prize won't be funded? What happens if you don't sell out? 7. As a collector, I'm interested, but I wish the price were a little lower. Its a $300 + .4B ($110) premium = $410 + the funded 1B. 8. Does cracking the code require traveling to a physical location like the pirate coins did? 9. Thank you for designing an innovative coin. I'm very interested in it.

I was totally going to buy one of these until I realized (A) it's fake silver and (B) there's no recessed area for the private key. I'm disappointed now. Me I would even be fine with a smooth area that would allow the holo to stick to. OP...I may suggest in your next design to consider leaving an area empty on the bar so the holo can be put there. Even better is to have it recessed, so the private key doesn't create a bump under the holo.

Funny that you mention the capsules...AT101ET...one of my coins was loose when I received them.
If you had some problem with the package shipped please let me now so we can work it out. The coin was loose in the mailing package, but I had put it in a new capsule anyway a while back. No worries.

- you have to edit the paper wallet by yourself. ( using bitadress.org offline, coinbase, papersafe ..)
So to be clear, this does not come with a paper wallet? You're providing a generic hologram with which we can make our own paper wallet that is completely separate from the bar? I collect all physical crypto wallets, so I'm trying to understand if you provide one with the bar. there's indeed a confusion with this word, you're right.. ( i'm not english native and i dont have a good english... sorry for that) a paper wallet should be CREATE by yourself: ( i have listed several options to do that ): that's what i mean. and yes you have perfectly understand. Thank you again for your interest Bithalo I great way to avoid this kind of confusing is to use the term "DIY" (Do it yourself), pretty much all crytpo collectors know that DIY means that private key + funding has to done by them self. I'm not sure I would call the paper wallet a DIY, as they're not supplying a paper wallet that you put the holo and private keys on. He's just supplying a generic holo you can get off ebay. Its up to the buyer to make their own paper wallet and attach the generic holo to it. Out of curiousity, are there any laws of stating something is 1 oz .999 Pure Silver when its not? It wasn't the OP's intention to mislead, but it is risky for resale.

I preordered one. I prefer the non-antique finish. Thanks for clarifying that this is a computer design to avoid future confusion.
