1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DEVELOPERS MUST THINK DIFFERENTLY on: May 09, 2019, 11:27:17 AM
Crypto currency is presently at a cash out session
Where everyone is scam exit, dumping on investors and supposed Hacked too

So how should a new developer think ?
First, developers needs to stop thinking of value or doming and focus on the product they are presenting to the world, they need to make sure that the products gets delivered to the end users and create awareness that will bring about demands for such product.

Why did they create cryptocurrency, is it not for it to be used internally in having access to the product they are producing? Most developers have failed in this regards as they all rely on investors to push the value of their project up and that is why their campaign is mostly all about investment and not the product features itself.
2  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Could Hit The $6,000 Benchmark Soon on: May 09, 2019, 10:34:13 AM
The price of Bitcoin has exceeded 6000USD and now we are trying to reach a much higher level, I am very confident that in the next few weeks we will reach the position of 7000USD. So this is an opportunity to buy Bitcoin and I'm sure we all who believe in Bitcoin will be able to gain a number of benefits. This is an easy way compared to other investments in the world. So why do we have to let go of this opportunity, let's think smart because the opportunities are so great.
Sorry mate, using coinmarket record, I don’t think bitcoin has yet broken that resistance, it has been really struggling to break it for some days now, although I believe that it won’t be too long before it successfully breaks it, but I dint think your news of breaking it already is accurate.

We still need very strong push from the BULLS to enforce the price value of $6000 on the market that will be a sustainable ones, because one thing is to cross to $6000, anther things is for the community to be strong to keep the value at that price pending when it gains more increase that would prepare it for the next value.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's time to buy altcoins on: May 09, 2019, 09:45:07 AM
Hi guys, last month with the rise of bitcoin all the rooms went down considerably, it was time to buy since the market shows clear signs of change of trend for altcoin / bicoin, I invite you to follow me on twitter where I will be constantly giving the right signals for good profits.

https://twitter.com/jonasvallecilla?lang=es
A lot of altcoins are definitely going up this year as bitcoin goes up and I’m very sure that us going to happen. But one thing is that anyone who is investing in them really has to be very careful, cause most of them are going to be pump and dump, If you’re not fast to get out then it gets dumped and you will lose everything you’ve invested in them. Just like ETC has been doing recently, the price has been going up and down and we don’t really know what is likely follow next. Lots of altcoins are on the rise, I have invested in many good altcoins and a bit of the small ones as well.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CHOICE BETWEEN BITCOINTALK AND PLATFORM BOUNTIES. on: May 09, 2019, 08:35:14 AM
Hello Guys.
this is for my fellow bounty hunters that want to make it big in the bounty hunting campaign industry. REMEMBER< HARDWORK PAYS. if you wish to earn well in this hunting game, choose bitcointalk bounties over platform bounties i.e( bounty0x, bountyhivo, etc).
MY Reasons:
1, for platform bounties, stakes are calculated by set of teams most five or six who will benefit from the rewards weather they partake in the campaign or not while for Bitcointalk, the bounty manager alone, does the calculation and sharing meaning more payment for hunters.
2, For platform bounties, a certain percentage of your pay goes to the upkeep of the platform, salary pay for staffs so you are likely to earn less while for bitcointalk, nobody makes any payment to bitcointalk or any member. all payment is calculated again by bounty manager.

3, platform bounties has limits. limited number of post/articles and shares might might be required while bitcointalk requires you to meet a certain criteria.

bounties on platforms are easy and pays less due to reasons decided by the platform owner while bitcointalk bounties are stressful but pays higher due to less fee atractions.

Therefore, before you choose a bounty to participate make your decisions properly before joining to avoid earning pennies after one year while working for projects on bounty platforms.
I have never thought of making use of bounty platforms for once, bitcointalk has always been my go to whenever I’m looking for bounties to participate in. I’m earning from bounties here in bitcointalk,  so why would I be looking into other things? All I should do is look for ways to improve and work harder so I can earn more money.

And I always feel like bounty platforms are not really that safe,  unless maybe I don’t know anything about them. They might be safe but I’m not ready to work for a long time and have it end up with my earnings being shared and me myself getting just pennies, nah, can’t do that.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2019: Year of massive adoption of blockchain and crypto currency on: May 09, 2019, 07:55:29 AM
I also saw a few coffee shops in Europe paying for crypto. Hoping that other areas will accept payment, trading with crypto will increase the market.
These few coffee shops is enough to spread the spirit to other shops overtime, because I am sure that those receiving cryptocurrency for paying will start having more customers than those who are yet to adopt it, and as they say, curiosity kills the cat, as they become curious to know why they are making more sales, they will find out about cryptocurrency and probably adopt it too.

Aside these ones, we also have many companies that are already engaging the services of developer on how to integrate cryptocurrency payment into their business, especially those who are making use of online stores to sell and promote their products.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DOGE coin time to buy ? on: May 09, 2019, 07:17:46 AM
hi guys
do u think its a good time to buy DOGE with 45 - 46 sat ?
i heard some news that DOGE devs thinking about adding it
to binance if that's happned im sure DOGE can fly again
what do u think about current price of DOGE its already raised to 80 sat
a few days ago so i think 45 sat is not a bad price to invest
Dogecoiin is slowly and gradually entering a new stage . I never liked it at first , but now there have been a few reasons for anyone who doesn’t like dogecoin to develop interest in it . Dogecoin has been around for a long time and even at the time I thought it’s going to be over, but it still continued and it never surrenders.

Even though it dropped in position on the coinmarketcap list, the market cap now is still bigger than what it was then, currently around 300 million and still going up. It is a stable currency , unlike other cryptocurrency that are hype sensitive .
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC getting too expensive to gamble with on: May 09, 2019, 06:43:44 AM
What other cryptocurrency are you using and which casino are you playing at? BTC is getting to expensive to be depositing and playing in just BTC.
Actually bitcoin , was really expensive. Why ? Because of its too high price that's makes it more expensive. Aside from that bitcoin was the main coin use in gambling because if you won using this coin , then you actually won a huge amountbof money.  But as you can see even if the value of bitcoin was too expensive its many gambler are still using it and believe that bitcoin will give them a huge income.
I think the real problem is the volality of bitcoin because people are afraid the their money losing their value overtime. When you buy bitcoin and deposit it on a gambling site you have the same amount of money you have spent because the value of bitcoin is the same but if you hold it there for a few months that value will change since the price of bitcoin will also change.
If anyone thinks BTC is getting too expensive as per the time then you need to use various altcoins for the gambling. That's why Eosbet has come with BTC along with EOS and LTC. So you can play many games by making use of different cryptocurrencies.

These things make crypto and gambling connections stronger according to the time. Because of the team's continuous versatile behaviour users has been supporting the Eosbet since from the beginning. I hope in future they may come with more coins as well as games.
8  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How did you get scammed? on: May 09, 2019, 06:05:05 AM
I read lot of story of users got scammed. Despite several warning and negative feedback to scammer ,still user got scammed.

I like to know what assumption/stupidity did you did, that  get you  scammed.

For ex below are the assumption:
1. Nobody is here to scam.
2. User must be speaking truth so I should believe him.

For ex below are the stupidity:
1. I can send first to a newbie without escrow.

Sometimes there is complexity.

1. User urged it is very limited time deal (like an hour) so you are not able check facts/use escrow and get duped.

So how you get duped? I will like to learn reasons from you.
Besides, each possible precaution used, I am been scammed few times but it does not really make the scammers more talented. Usually peoples get scammed because they don't care a lot about smaller amount and afford sending first. Also there are some scammers out there who would successfully deal with you for a couple of times and later on when it comes to higher amount trade, they would show their real faces there and would scam you.

This situation goes worst with the new peoples who just join the cryptocurrency revolution and are interested in making their first purchase but end up by someone scamming them. There are a lot of peoples warning newbies as well as most of the community in terms of this scams but yet peoples do fell for scam.
9  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Which one is more better: Doing bounties on Bitcointalk or Managers website on: May 09, 2019, 05:26:38 AM
Most of the bounty managers have their website in which they upload the bounties in which they manage and make it easy for the hunters to find the bounties they manage and easy accessible for hunters. But these managers don't do upload spreadsheet for hunters to see their stakes.
The bounty managers on Bitcointalk always have their spreadsheet shown to hunters and make them awear of the qualified people and the rejected hunters  , but to find the bounty of some favourite bounty managers is not that easy.
There might be a thousands of ways of promotion which are been used by different types of the community. if you compare this forum, we have got thousands of enthusiasts here who would willingly participate in the bounty campaigns to promote their choose project for their individual benefits.

The bounties over here are much secured as well as open to the community as they are well listed with the rules and regulations, Spreedsheet updates and much more but if we consider any of the automated bounty, we might perhaps not see these detailed information in there. Automated bounties are been cheated by some bounty hunters as there is no one to keep an watch on the activities and the stakes are been automatically filled over there.
10  Economy / Speculation / Re: IS IT TIME TO BUY MORE BITCOIN? on: May 08, 2019, 11:49:18 AM
Now is the time to buy Bitcoin, as their further growth is expected. If you have free money, you can invest it in Bitcoin and just wait for it to grow. It makes no sense to twitch and try to earn on fluctuations. Cryptocurrency will reveal its potential only in the future by 2020.
Even we saw the growing market but we don't be confident enough cause nobody knows what is exactly happen in the coming days. A risk of investing crypto during bull run will be more higher that during the bear season. If you are a risk takers then, its up to you to decide and so nobody could be blame in the end.
How long shall we continue with this word of no one knows. This “no one knows” is what many people has been saying since last year till they miss out of $3000, no one knows, till they miss out of $4800, the same no one knows, many people will keep repeating till they reach the ATH, and by then, they will realize that no one knows as put zero coin in their pocket because they are nit risk taker.

Even if no one can accurately predict the value of BTC, but one thing we can all predict and sure of is that they price of bitcoin will still x3 of the current value, which makes now the best time to still invest in BTC.
11  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price in December 2019 on: May 08, 2019, 11:18:13 AM
Haha, at $10,000, I am still very far from recovery lol
It feels a bit as the ATH from mt gox, if you can hold it out i see defiantly a roi as outcome it will be a long waiting game do.
A lot of investors still want higher than $10,000 because the ATH was $20,000.
Not only with bitcoin but we also like to see altcoins to rise, as altcoins fall harder compared to Bitcoin.
$10,000 this year is already a very conservative prediction considering we are close to $6000 now and the movement is really good.
If the price will reach $7000, we will be at over 100% increase this year so far, that's from its low of $3200, so people's expectation would be higher.
We all want the price of BTC to cross over $10,000 and higher for us to be able to recover our damaged investment, but that would not happen this year, the highest point I see this year bulls pushing the value of BTC to by the end of this year would be $10,000, after which a little correction will occur, but will forcefully bring more FOMO purchase during that correction phase.

The same mindset some people have now of bitcoin still dumping its price lower is the same mindset they will still carry till bitcoin reaches $10,000, by then they will be wishing for a reversal and at any slight reversal opportunity they see, they will quickly rush the value while other follows them to create the buy that will lead to FOMO.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is ADA a good investment? on: May 08, 2019, 10:30:51 AM
ADA is a good for long term investment, Cardano is a good project and they are officially registered, with a marketcap of more than $ 1.7 billion certainly makes me no doubt about Cardano's future.
As mentioned cardano is truly good for long term investing, Another important thing about cardano, it is affordable for all level of people as it is low priced. From my understanding even in the long term if it reaches the ath that's been reached earlier it'll be a big profiting for all the holders of cardano. Growth too is confirmed as there is continued update and development is going on without any interruptions.
It is very tempting to keep packing ones money in cardano if we really consider their past record, and I believe that they are really doing fine now, we don’t have to use their value to judge them, they have very big project and I believe with time as all these smaller altcoins that is diverting the attention of investors from great project like cardano dies off the market, they will really have the chance to get the hype they desire, but right now, newbies are just focusing on new projects because of their extremely cheap price, but by the time they get burned, they will run back to old and reliable projects like ADA.
13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Western Union carding on: May 08, 2019, 09:48:11 AM
Someone is trying to buy BTC from me and pay me with carded WU transfers, will this put me in trouble as a receiver?
I think it depends on the amount you're about to receive, cause if it's too much, then your bank is likely to question where the money is coming from. I don't think you have any problem with WU themselves, they are just after doing their work which is getting the money transferred to your bank account. And another thing is whether the person you're selling to is trustworthy, so that you don't sell your coins and end up getting scammed without receiving anything at all.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: Joseph Stiglitz: ‘We should shut down the cryptocurrencies’ on: May 08, 2019, 09:05:57 AM
Joseph Stiglitz, a Nobel-Prize winning economist, says cryptocurrencies should be shut down. He worries that they enable illicit activity by making money transactions less transparent.

Still, he sees the value in digital payments systems and supports electronic use of government-backed currencies like the dollar.

“I’ve been a great advocate of moving to an electronic payments mechanism. There are a lot of efficiencies. I think we can actually have a better regulated economy if we had all the data in real time, knowing what people are spending,” he says.

https://www.cnbc.com/2019/05/02/joseph-stiglitz-we-should-shutdown-the-cryptocurrencies.html
Meehn, in this world you can never get everyone to be on the same side. Everyone's opinion will always be different in everything. Here we have it, there are people who are in support of bitcoin and there are those who are not in support of it, cause they think it is dangerous and will lead us to a big trouble one day.

I do like bitcoin, though I know that there are some disadvantages as well, but what on earth doesn't have a disadvantage? I like bitcoin and cryptocurrency because they make transactions very fast and the cost is less when compared to other financial institutions.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 3 arrested in Bangladesh for merely trading Bitcoin on: May 08, 2019, 07:48:55 AM
“The gang sold bitcoins and other forms of web money to their particular customers.
“Digital currency transactions are functioned online where all information is kept secret. This type of digital currency is called cryptocurrency. “
Cryptography method is used for bitcoin exchange and the code used in this method is quite impossible to figure out, the SP added.
The funny thing that i found in the article is that, the authorities are claiming that it is impossible to figure out the transactions and yet they found those transactions and arrested three people. Are they trying to claim that they are intelligent enough and they can decipher anything which are quite impossible and i am not sure what all stories they are telling. The people who got arrested might have done something fishy, if not they wont get arrested like that and i am sure there are many people who are trading bitcoin from Bangladesh for years and now they are claiming that they arrested for trading bitcoin.
The issue is that those 3 arrested committed other crime apart, they can not be arrested for just trading bitcon or cryptocurrency because from the news it clear there were operating a fake site which is related to crypto which can also be used to fraud others which is illegal before the law.
As far as I know they were related to some scams by using a website called paidbd. Besides, they used to play bet. Being cheated from them someone reported about them to the police.
Well if this were one of the websites they took down then yes they did deserve to be arrested because they were scam artists which unfortunately saw an easy way in using bitcoin for a way of accepting payments to facilitate their scheme.
Illegal activities needs to be arrested and there is nothing which can save the criminals then. But arresting individuals who are selling cryptocurrencies to a group of customers is not really something which could be accepted. OP should mention the website which was been seized by the Bangladesh police.

I have not really heard about paidbd but if they were the ones who scammed peoples then for sure it might be something which needs to be arrested. Arresting such peoples might perhaps decrease the amount of scam projects in the current markets. There really are a number of scam projects here in these markets which strictly needs to shut down.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's time to buy altcoins on: May 08, 2019, 06:26:38 AM
MY trades are 80 to 90% effective, I do not say that they are 100% because it would be lying, the idea is to add profit, the altcoin are to speculate with them, buy one level is sold in another and look for another Altcoin, stay with the altcoin for a long time can be a very serious mistake, so I happened in 2018 and lost a lot of money, when the owners of the projects sent us to HOLD they sold the coins at the highest prices, you learn to know the system after more than 2 years of hitting.

Its all speculative even the best ones doesn't guarantee 100%. Signals are good but the market will always act like how the market will act and if there are fundamental news coming, it will be interrupted and the market again will react. Buying altcoins can be good if you are one of those who will be at its bottom price.
If by any chance there is some new from any of the official source about the cryptocurrencies then it could 100% affect the price for the markets. If there is  some good news then we can surely expect the bull markets to come but if it turns out to be some bad news like any government banning exchanges, etc then the price for altcoins may fall so the price for altcoins depends entirely on the market conditions.

Signals can make them visible but can't actually predict the price for any coin. Relying on any of these signals can lead in loss so we should only follow any of these signals on our own risk. Lastly, buying as much altcoins as possible and holding them for long term can be good investment for now.
17  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do we really know how to trade? on: May 08, 2019, 05:53:19 AM
To be honest, I never think about if I really know how to trade or not. All I need to do is buy at a low price and sell at a high price, and I am very agree with that.
With only following the basics methods of trading, we could always make a profit in every day, but unfortunately, it's not easy as we say because it will need more learning and more experience to know the right time to buy and sell.
I suggest you do not think about that because you will be confusing to determine the truth, the best thing you can do right now is continue to trade, try to buy low and sell high, and you are good to continue.
The only key to success in trading is buying low and selling high but buying low is really a challenging task as it really takes a lot of research and knowledge before you know the perfect dip. Any new individual who would join trading can even have profits if he invest in any random coin when the coin is deep seeing the yearly graph ratio and waiting until the expected price is been reached.

This will make profits for those peoples much easier and also not much skills are required there. But a professional trader can find a dip in any coin he is interested in and will invest at a perfect price setting a stop-loss and waiting for the expected price to reach.
18  Economy / Economics / Re: Correlation between increase in transaction fees and Bitcoin price. on: May 07, 2019, 06:11:05 PM
OP must be very observant, there is always an increase in transaction fees when there is an increase in price and this happens because once the price of bitcoin begin to increase, the bitcoin network get congested due to the number of transactions that are being carried out on the network, miners will now have to work much more confirming transaction and that cause a delay in the confirmation of some transactions on the blockchain, since many of the transactions will have to pile up and wait to be included in a block.

Today BTC prices trying to break $5950 levels and at the same time blockchain.com showed me pending transactions up to 30k whereas my electrum wallet suggested very costly fees to be included to attract miners as quick as possible.

I guess when bitcoin markets into relatively peak levels, more people are buying/selling bitcoins or transacting bitcoins in more numbers which triggers higher tx fees. It is a correlations and could be identified easily for any bitcoiner Cool.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Major technical companies and Crypto on: May 07, 2019, 01:30:21 PM
If you look at the companies you have mentioned here, you will realized that they are very big players in the world of technology, their involvement in the cryptocurrency market will be one of the biggest boost for the market, just Imagine the effect of what the fund being raised by Facebook will have on the cryptocurrency market.

This step they have all taken is really a great one and I am sure that they will become a master of it, but they might never get close to becoming Master like Bitcoin. I see Facebook competing with ethereum and getting, more adopter of cryptocurrency for the market than any other project that has ever existed in the market apart from bitcoin.
They will be master in their own space I agree with you because they are already big firms but that doesn’t mean that Facebook will be able to contend with Facebook in the market. Looking at ethereum is a payment system created to serve the need of people and merchants generally, so anyone can use ethereum as payment system for their product.

All these Facebook coin, Samsung coin will only be utility tokes to be used internally, that is within their system alone, which might make it a stable coin, so the volume and value needed to push ethereum away might not really be achieve, but they will fully perform well in their space.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is RarityTrade exchange legit ??? on: May 07, 2019, 12:59:18 PM
That exchange is an obvious scam.

Here is how the scam goes....You will get contacted by a person over telegram asking for a favor claiming that he/she has a balance on that exchange but his/her account got frozen by the the support and he/she need to withdraw the funds fast....he/she will agree with you to send to you all the funds to withdraw it through your account for a 10% given to you......When you make the account and that person sends to you the funds through the so called "UID" (Not on-chain transaction) you will try to withdraw it to find out that you have to deposit 0.05 BTC to verify your newly made account

And here is the obvious scam....the "UID" transaction is just a fake transaction with fake BTC...While your verification deposit will be a real on-chain transaction.

Please guys stay safe...stay away from any scams...always remember not your keys not your coins.

Best Regards
That is exactly what i'm thinking and the one who contact me on telegram don't respond anymore. I almost lend money for it to be withdraw and it requesting me 0.1BTC which is a big amount for me. I almost got on the trap thanks for more information.
I don’t know why some people just make it a profession to just be scamming people, why can’t they just leaving hardworking people alone and get a life, I am really happy for you that you didn’t fall victim of these scam, just don’t lite to people’s opinion, just like you didn’t now, you had to make you own research.

For exchange, you might have to look for more reliable exchanges to stick with, you don’t have to be jumping exchange, for now, I know Binance is already big in the market and we need to empower the younger ones, but that does not mean we should now empower scammers, just go for Binance.
