I believe it depends on the user's introduction process. Some people are sold the idea that Bitcointalk is a key to unlocking in-depth knowledge about the technology, some other la are given the idea that it's a get rich quick website. The former usually increase their rank in the forum and can expand their knowledge, the latter will likely be shit posters that will be unable to properly manage their returns (Long term) even in a bull market.

Just as diversity exists in our communities and circles and we have people at opposite ends of the spectrum, so does it exist in this forum. This forum is a microcosm of the society except it comprises people with a similar interest in bitcoin.
The perceived squabbling will likely never end, you can report posts if they're off-topic, but the forum supports free speech so do not expect posts to get deleted simply because you do me agree with it.

AFAIK, governments do not set the value of fiat currencies, but they generate the legal tenders which has to be accepted anywhere it is presented within the country. The economy of the nation determine the value it is traded for in relation with other currencies and this reflects on it's actual value.

The race for the title gets tighter as we approach the pivitotal point of the season. The UEFA Champions league would be resuming soon, and this means tighter fixtures and less time to rest. Avatar only bounties would be a little complicated to manage. As stated, they're not clickable and cannot redirect the user, also the image size is small and cannot give sufficient information asides from the websites name, if it's not self explanatory viewers will not be able to determine it's use at a first glance, and this makes them unlikely to Google search it. People have been known to search up a word or phrase when they know what exactly they're looking for.

It's also unlikely that one would want to link their bitcointalk account to their Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. These platforms are not geared towards privacy rather exposure and would compromise a lot of accounts. It's a choice however and some users may want then available, but I don't think it's sufficient incentive tmfir the admins to implement considering the hint at how difficult it is.
