erling braut håland > Real Madrid, liverpool, Napoli, Juventus.

I would love to see him put on the Liverpool jersey, I believe he would be a perfect fit, with their attacking football and high press. He is young, and have lots years to adapt to whichever club (league) he chooses to play in.
With the amounts Liverpool has spent over the couple of seasons, they may not be able to chunk out the amount it would take to land the Norwegian
5062  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling risk is higher when we are on Bear Market? on: October 11, 2019, 07:29:45 PM
I don't support gambling to cover up loses from other investments. Gambling should only be done with spare cash for a chance of more profits. It's a high risk venture where you do not control the odds totally.

If you try risk your money when you're in such a situation as the hypothetical muster John, then you're more likely to make illogical decisions and waste your money.
Any trader or gambler should hence learn to control their emotions to avoid getting deeper into losses. And if you can't handle the heat, step out of the kitchen.
5063  Economy / Speculation / Re: 20K by March, A positive Look at the market. on: October 11, 2019, 07:23:31 PM
I think that after the bull run, it is possible that bitcoin rises to about $35k while some altcoins like Ethereum will actually follow bitcoin behind too and then witness their last all-time high, but I think the last all time high of some altcoins are what will be witnessed again and nothing more.

The real question is when that bull run would come? The market has slowed down incredibly over the past weeks and has entered the previous state of lethargy that we experienced earlier this year.
The market value has been dwindling within a certain range with no signs of a break out.
I do not support the assumptions that altcoins would be dying any time soon, there is lots of potential in the market if the right developers key into the market, and the existing projects are upgraded often
5064  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what top traders are thinking of bitcoin price | 10-11-2019 on: October 11, 2019, 06:43:51 PM
I'm not a top trader, but I am bearish about the current market trend. I lowered my presumed bottom levels over the past few days, and expect we may see below $7k in the coming weeks.
I believe this is an accumulation phase and a good time to buy.
5065  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to buy Bitcoin? on: October 11, 2019, 06:07:34 PM
Everyone has a different buying strategy, that suits their income and savings. Buy the dip and sell the spike, this should ve the right way to go about it, but of course it's difficult to know where support levels are and where resistance levels would be.
Adjust your buying strategy to suit your circumstance, so not simply buy when the price drops
5066  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Africa be a good place for crypto? on: October 11, 2019, 05:54:01 PM
What cryptocurrency are you basing your research on? Cryptocurrency has a unique feature which can be unlocked irrespective of location, so anywhere can be a good location to launch a cryptocurrency. The use case of the currency will make it more location based and it's relevance to that locality will determine it's success or otherwise.

The general qualities of the blockchain; immutability, smart contracts, peer to peer et all, this makes cryptocurrency as asset which can function anywhere in the world.
5067  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: October 11, 2019, 05:32:45 PM
I think that they should reform the whole team. Sell the current squad and bring more passionate players who love the club. Not those who care only about money.

Looking at the current team, there have been lots of changes on the pitch over the past three seasons. Maybe not a thorough over haul, but a huge percentage of the current squad we're not here couple of seasons ago, and quite a number of players have been sold already. We can't put all the blame on the players lack of commitment, as we can see Lukaku and Sanchez showing glimpses of magic in some other club.
I've always said, maybe the management needs to be changed.
5068  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 11, 2019, 02:40:55 PM
...

It could be a blessing in disguise for the club, the early victory to Chelsea bought Ole lots of time as it infused optimism into the club's fan base.
A big loss to rivals liverpool may be the final nail on the coffin. But a surprise victory could buy the coach time and further affect the club. Something needs needs change
5069  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: October 11, 2019, 02:31:17 PM
but personally I would prefer the club buying Zlatan over Mandzukiz as Zlatan is guaranteed to score 10 - 15 goals in the remaining games.

They are both different kind of players. But they can both score goals with little or no build up play and that is what Manchester united needs right now. Also Juve will not miss him much as they have replacments in the attack. They would need a younger back up striker who would be patient enough to wait for his time.
5070  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to be profitable in sports betting? on: October 11, 2019, 02:23:10 PM
To be profitable in sports betting, you have to win the bets you stake on. There is no inside secret to go about winning your bets. Some believe it's a product of luck, others think it's analysis. I am of the opinion that it is a combination of both.
5071  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: October 11, 2019, 02:18:03 PM
I agree with you. Actually we do not know the problems that occur from within Manchester United. What I do know is that their coaches must be replaced (because I look from the outside).

Over the past six years Manchester united has appointed managers, some of which have won already at other clubs; Jose Mourinho, Luis Van Gaal.  And they failed to build any real momentum, some trophies were won, but the standard of football did not reach the standard expected of United. In addition to a change in technical management, the  club also needs a revamp in the board of directors.
5072  Other / Meta / Re: sMerits Validity? on: October 11, 2019, 02:03:39 PM
Really?  I haven't noticed that there have been an inordinate number of them lately.  Back when the merit system came out and then after the 1-merit requirement to achieve Jr. Member went into effect, it seemed like every other thread (or more) was about merits.  Compared to those two occasions, Meta has been downright quiet as far as merit threads are concerned.

Changes in the merit system results in more posts than usual about merits. Meta is usually never really quiet on issues regarding merits, and I do not have a problem with merit discussion and analysis. But I had come across a couple of redundant threads which has been answered previously.
5073  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did you arrange a meet up or make a gathering with local bitcoin community? on: October 10, 2019, 08:14:17 PM
A meet up may be important in my country to not only make people aware of this technology, but also of its true nature. I have not organized one yet, but I'm in the process of doing so: inviting speakers, planning the logistics et all.

The world is moving digital and we would all be in better positions if we had understanding of how digital currencies work.
5074  Other / Meta / Re: sMerits Validity? on: October 10, 2019, 08:07:28 PM
The meta board is again getting clogged with topics centered on merit description and which was answers can be found with a little effort put into research.

Now,  there is no point hoarding your smerits as they do not add any value to your rank, but there is also no repercussion for not sending merits, except you are a merit source.
5075  Other / Meta / Re: What mean Merit summary? on: October 10, 2019, 08:03:56 PM
Thank you, everyone, now I understand, so the summary merit is airdrop from forum to users.
is this airdrop every year or its just one time ?

Merit summary is not air dropped merits from the forum to users. It's instead the earned merit of that user. Merits that were airdropped do not show up in the merit summary at all. Airdrop only occurred during the launch of the merit system, there would likely never be another.
5076  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Qualifying on: October 10, 2019, 08:00:16 PM
Now I'm sad I didn't bet on Croatia to win with 3 or more goals...

There's no way to be certain of the outcome of a match up before the game kicks off.  Croatia would have been booked to come out victorious, but maybe not as they have done. Everything seemed to work right. They would be huge favorites to win the tournament next year.
5077  Other / Meta / Re: Show trust score on Beginners and Help section to protect newbies? on: October 10, 2019, 07:15:32 AM
Beginner's and help section is meant for advise, suggestions and guidelines that would enable the new user navigate the forum effective. Trust ratings warn users against entering trades with certain profiles, and it is displayed on boards where trades and deals happen.
Then it's possible newbies can fall into a conversation with a red trusted user. That's why the warning appears on the profile, so they do not enter into PM conversations about trades.

Other than that accounts with negative ratings are allowed to post in the forum like other regular users.
5078  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Most Redundant Topic In This Forum on: October 09, 2019, 09:31:41 PM
The price of Bitcoin is one of the most important factors of the technology. And it is influenced by so many other factors, so there are various topics of discussions concerning it which can not all be lumped into one thread.

Users need to read more on the details of posting on a particular board. Discussions on price should be on the appropriate section, Bitcoin discussion board covers general topics, but if there is a more specific board it should be used.
5079  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 09, 2019, 09:25:53 PM
I knew such will occur when they let Lukaku and Sanchez leave

And also failed to get replacements in during the time the transfer window was open, but in all fairness, those players under performed terribly at Manchester. The club would need to get in a coach who can produce results, and the management would need to improve their transfer business.
The deeper the club slips the more you talents they'd lose, or miss out on.
5080  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: October 09, 2019, 10:40:31 AM
Rumors bouncing here in Italy as Allegri possible new coach of Manchester United.

Such rumors are to be expected considering the current state Manchester United are in at the moment. Allegri is an experienced coach and more importantly, a winner. The club needs that winning mentality and he can infuse that into the team should he be signed.
Maybe the appointment of Ole was a little rushed, but at the moment, they are sticking with him.
