681  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Falling...Is it Panic Time? on: July 25, 2017, 02:34:09 PM
I think the price is doing just fine lol!

Hope you bought in when it was 1,800 Smiley

Panic time almost always result to regret time. As we all know niw, btc has recovered well from that brief price drop. If you panicked that time then you may have lost quite some btcs. I was able to buy when it hit just under 2k and have been reaping the rewards of that trust in bitcoin.
Yup after a big drop now the price is recovered and came to normal price. But today again it started to fall slowly I think next few days we will see a price drop in all coins again. Just check in market cap Bitcoin, and all altcoins price is falling. But don't get panic and sell your coins.
682  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: July 25, 2017, 02:29:43 PM
Creating a cashless society is simply a hard task, because right now very few countries have got majority of the people with good educational base. To create an entire system function on cashless manner education or people to be with knowledge is a must. So this is possible in selected first world countries.

You do have a point there mate. The only countries that may have access to a cashless society, are developed ones leaving third world countries out of the equation. Also, not every region of the world has access to the internet, so it will make it even harder nowadays for a cashless society to come into effect.

However, all of this may change if a solution for a worldwide internet comes into place, like Satellites which deliver the signal for the masses to get access to the same. In addition, manufacturers may decide to create special edition budget smartphones or a similar device for third world countries, which would allow them to get access to a cashless society.

Therefore, the possibilities are endless and it would only become a matter of time before worldwide governments decide to implement this system to increase efficiency, security, and protect the environment. Just my opinion. Smiley
Your point is right I agree that all are not educated and if the government implement this cashless method, they will suffer a lot. I have one point if we not implement now then it will never implement because in all generation we will see an uneducated people. If you wait for right time to implement that time will never come. So my suggestion is first to implement and when people will suffer to do a transaction they only learn how to do the cashless transaction. If you do not make strict rule, then we will never see cashless society.
683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Win using martingale system? on: July 25, 2017, 02:21:42 PM
Has anyone seen or heard of anyone successfully using martingale?

Martingale is kind of a grey area for me. There are people who swear it works. But I've never had the pleasure of actually seeing it in action.

There are many success story of martingale but of course we do not know what they got after the success. Winners may keep the winning and stop using martingale but some may continue using martingale and lose all their money at the end. I myself never won win martingale, always ended up with a lost. Wink
Well even myself also lose with this system i think theres also some good gamblers who can manage to win using this strategy as they have patience and really huge bankroll together with mathematical analysis i think they got some decent earnings.
Mathematical analysis with martingale? I cant say so because i have experienced this thing already which no matter how you formulate settings on it, you will still lose up in the end on using it and even you have bigger bankroll doesnt mean you are exempted already on experiencing lose streaks thats why i do hate \this strategy but you can possible earn profits depends on your luck and if you do know how to exit when profits.
This strategy will help you to win money in gambling. But when you are using this martingale don't go for an auto bet. If you choose this option, you will not control your game. You must watch your bet and stop at right. If you missed stopping at the right time you would lose your capital. And to play martingale method, we need big bankroll this is very important if you play with the small amount you can not make it.
684  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a relation between Bitcoinprice and Gold price? on: July 24, 2017, 09:27:47 AM
There is no single reason for them to have direct relation in between. Gold is completely different commodity and it is also dependent upon its own physical presence. On the other bitcoin is different in nature, it is virtual with no physical presence and mostly traded over a smart contract. They are not similar and don't affect each other in any way.

Right Bitcoin and gold both are completely different assets. The gold supply and demand is almost equal so we will not see a huge variation in gold price. but the Bitcoin supply is less and the demand is high so the price is high for bitcoins. Gold is physical asset and Bitcoin is a virtual asset there are no similarities b/w gold and bitcoin.
685  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Confidence Returning to Bitcoin? on: July 24, 2017, 09:24:15 AM
I suppose that the fear of August 1 has slowly vanished as btc prices started rising again. Currently, 1btc = $ 2728. It can be seen that btc prices have increased quite a lot and this makes people happy and a few feel regret. But we can be confident that btc prices will continue to increase and especially after Aug 1. That will attract new users.

Same sentiments here, I am optimistic that bitcoin price will shoot up after this drama. This negative news went viral  that it really affected the bitcoin price. But its good news to  to others who can buy at lower price.

Yup last couple days was good days to buy bitcoins. Those who are bought bitcoins when the price was $1800 they are in $1000 profit just in 1 week. But I am not sure how many of you people bought. But now that time was gone I think it will not come again because we have only 1 week left to hit August 1st.
686  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: South Korea Officially Legalizes Bitcoin, Huge Market For Traders on: July 24, 2017, 09:18:21 AM
it's not about "legalizes". it was legal if you had a financial license in past too.  that means "legalize".  it's nothing new

all the exchangers must have a financial license(doesn't matter the country) and this is the future.  ask Kraken, Poloniex, BTC-e and others if they have one (only 6 exchangers own a license) . Smiley
Great news!  legalizing bitcoin.
Could someone tell me if this means that the government of that country will will stabilize the price or at list put a minimal  taxable price?

If the Korea want money to develop the country than their govt will collect tax from Bitcoin users. Or else if it is already developed the country and they don't need people money to develop then they will not put any tax on Bitcoin transaction. But once they legalise this currency they will have all records for Bitcoin transaction.
687  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: July 24, 2017, 09:13:13 AM
Hey folks,

could anybody explain how we can get our BCC coins with our privatekey? I have the privatekey of my btcs and I would like to create my bcc. or is it smarter to wait until after august?

I think you should open one new thread for this query. this is not the place to ask this question, and you will not get more response for your query. Give some more information and ask your question in details you will get a solution for your issue.
688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: July 24, 2017, 09:07:53 AM
Both the teams worked pretty hard, almost like men.
But in the end, the best team, England won it. Smiley

That statement is insulting to women, you better be careful.  Tongue
India can come out with their heads held high; they were the better team for most of the match but the collapse at the end cost them the world cup.

Yes they played fantastic cricket in qualifying games. Actually, this is last world cup for many senior players I thought they would win but last few overs England bowlers bowled excellent this is one of the great final matches. Congratulation to England.
689  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is betting a good choice for a newbie? on: July 24, 2017, 09:01:10 AM
ofcourse betting is a good choice there's no wrong on playing gambling even you're just a newbie. try your luck. what if this is your destiny. a path where you can be a multimillionaire. just remember this phrase, play with your full potential and neglect the greediness. it will make you lose all your money if you are so greedy in gambling .

Yeah, it is a good choice for newbie to play gambling. Gambling is a plate forum where we could check our luck and also get reward if we are lucky ones. But if we are not lucky then simply we get lose also, it has no meaning we left to play it. In this way, we are right telling for newbie, play gambling but neglect the greediness.
newbie also can adopt what they do incase there an trouble or having a short money if they need it tho the luck their wanted to be not all people are lucky to manage to win in gambling but if you really had patient to play until you play in the long run then goo. We can't please all newbie to not to play gambling as they like to play.

Well for gambling to be profitable there needs to be luck on part of the player. But you never know when luck will come to you and so you cannot guarantee profits from there. I dont know why newbies are interested in gambling more than bitcoin itself. They should work on learning about bitcoin and then earning it and not how to waste money in gambling.

Why newbies will show interest on gambling means here they will get entertainment and nice time pass and they think they can able to make money in gambling. Without doing any work, they can make money that is why newbies will show more interest in gambling. Once they have worst experience in gambling after that, they only get to know how risky is this gambling.
690  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: July 24, 2017, 08:56:01 AM
Easy or not it depends on you. It's all in you. Do you still want to get hit by gambling? Or rise with many ideals. Remember there are still many ways for you to earn a lot of money!

Well for many people there are not a lot of opportunities to make money. There are people who are poor and are desperate to make money just to feed themselves. That is a reason why they have to switch to gambling and other illegal methods to earn. For them giving up gambling is like suicide. For other people it is possible to stop gambling but needs determination from the addicted person themselves along with other support from family and friends.
Yes for some people this gambling is the life, and they will not do any work they live based on this gambling. Don't think they are rich people. They are poor, but they think in gambling they will make big amount within a short time that is why they addict to this gambling. The middle class people if they addict to gambling they will come out because they know the family values and they don't like to spoil in gambling. If they do not come out from this addiction final option, they will make suicide.
691  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: July 24, 2017, 08:50:37 AM
Alerts are raised in response to unusual betting patterns, which are not in and of themselves evidence of match-fixing. A number of other factors, such as playing conditions or an injury to one of the players, could account for anomalous betting patterns.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/tennis/2017/07/19/three-wimbledon-matches-part-latest-tennis-match-fixing-probe/

So if a crackpot makes a large bet, this triggers an investigation? I am sure quite a bit of betting happens under the radar as well. So trying to analyze betting patterns to identify match fixing is very difficult.
well its not confirmed yet , they are just analyzing the situation because the bets were unusual . I hope it will be declared as non-fixed match so that it won't spoil players career .

Congratulations to Ferrer for winning the Swedish open.

Ferrer came from no-where and won an ATP trophy. It is important to understand that the age has no influence on the skills. Take a look on Federrer - In the age of 36 he is showing the best tennis of his life
The best thing about this is he's old as far as many sports are concerned. He won 8 Wimbledon titles and countless others all over the world for years and years and yet... he still cries as if it's his first one.
That movement made him cry because no one expected that Federer would go finals. Everyone predicts maximum he will reach semis because the competition is high in that tournament. But he made it, and after some bad days, he again comes to the form that is why he cried. But really we should appreciate his effort in the age of 36 he is still fit and won a big event.
692  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: July 21, 2017, 10:41:21 AM
Great performance from Kaur which propelled India to make a big total of 281 in just 42 overs. Aus might have had a decent chance of getting close if they hadnt lost wickets in such quick successions. Blackwell played well scoring 90 of just 56 balls but it was a little too late as the player on the other end were falling like a house of cards. India into the final for the 2nd time in 10 years.

Yes it was a great performance by the Indian team and they deserved the win and make it through to the final. Yeah it wasn't great batting by the Aussies as like you said they lost wickets in succession and couldn't build much momentum to help get them over the line. I think India played great cricket and will need to do the same if they are to defeat England in the final.

Aussies lacked consistency and lost their wickets for silly things. Great performance by Indian team and they surely deserve it to be in the finals. I think it'll be a quality match for the trophy on Sunday as England is waiting to take their revenge from previous loss and India is not backing down. My bets will be on India.

Excellent performance from the Indian team. When the Kaur made a century and India made 280+ runs in just 42 overs that time only I decided that they will win this game. But in the middle, AUS middle orders played some good innings but bad luck the tail batswomen not supported to Blackwell. Congrats India.
693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it worth using bitcoins anymore for gambling ? on: July 21, 2017, 10:37:59 AM
I feel my bankroll management and savings all are highly unstable. Can go up or down by storing money in bitcoin to gamble. Some form of betting like poker requires good bankroll management and with value changing everyday, I don't see bitcoin as a good use for poker players and sportsbettors.

I don't see any issue here whatsoever because whether price increases or falls, the 1btc put into gambling bankroll still remains intact aside from those reduction that might come as a result of those winning but they are also gambling with btc which means it does not affect anything. I think where we all get it wrong is seeing btc in relative term to its worth in dollars to determine whether the fund is increasing or decreasing.

of course, the value of the bitcoin is matter. for suppose if the value of the bitcoin is $1 will you place your bet 0.01 BTC or 1 BTC? The gamblers will bet bitcoins, but before placing any bet, they calculate how much value of BTC they are going to bet. Now I think it is not worth to play gambling with your bitcoins. Becasue it is too expensive.
694  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who use Litecoin for gambling here? on: July 21, 2017, 10:33:06 AM
Who use Litecoin for gambling here?

What amount of bet you prefer? (min/max LTC)

Not much people gamble using LTC or any other altcoins as it is really not that popular.
People prefer to use BTC since it is the easiest one to acquire and is readily available.
If someone wants to gamble using LTC, then they have to buy BTC then convert to LTC.
That is much more complicated than just using BTC instead.
You no need to convert your bitcoins to other altcoins in exchanging sites. Now all casinos allow people to convert their bitcoins to other altcoins. They will take some fee but it is to convert your BTC to ALT., and now all casino started to allow altcoins to play gambling, so all BTC gamblers shifted to ALT gambling.
695  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When will the market begin to grow again? Your thoughts :) on: July 21, 2017, 10:29:12 AM
I would say that the next big boom for bitcoin will be right after August 1. After everything settles down and the market opens again, bitcoin prices should skyrocket as people sell their altcoins and start to trade bitcoins again. This has already started in the past few days, but I sense another crash coming soon right before August 1. We will have to wait for some time before we can buy again at a low, but it should happen some time soon.
Bottom line - prices should rapidly increase after August 1 as people come back to the bitcoin trading market.
Your bottom line is 100% right after this August 1st the price will increase like a skyrocket. But I think we will not see one more price fall in next 9 days. There is a possibility but not sure because the price is already take off and I hope again it will not come down. Anyway, we have just a few more days let's see what happen.
696  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What should I do? on: July 21, 2017, 10:24:20 AM
You can save your coin in Electrum Trezor, or Mycelium these are trusted wallets or keep it there who has private keys & you should do it by 23rd July because rumors are there that exchangers can freeze there exchange so its better to do it before 1 week of 1st of August or you can invest your bitcoin in Altcoins that would also be a nice approach.
Yes now electrum is the only wallet will save our bitcoins. Most of the people are suggesting the same wallet. Or else keep it in altcoins. This is worth or not I don't know, but we don't have any other option. Still, we have to wait for 2 weeks after that everything will be setup. The coming week is very dangerous so be careful and save your coins.
697  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins are all down, so how do traders make their earnings? on: July 21, 2017, 10:17:11 AM
Now all altcoins are recovering, and Bitcoin price is also recovering. Those who bought the coins last week means when the price was down now they can make double profit. Becasue all altcoins almost increased 50%. The Profesional traders will wait and make a profit. If you don't have patience, you will never make a profit in trading.
698  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where to study trading and technical analysis? on: July 21, 2017, 10:12:25 AM
Where do you live? I think that there must be some courses and classes in your local area or your country. In my country, there is a community of local traders where we unite and help each other to learn and obtain more experience from trading. And we not only discuss crypto trading but also stock trading and forex
I don't have this facility in my country. But for stock trading some experts are there they will take some fee and give us tips if we follow that tips we can make a profit. And before only they will make one agreement if we lose our money to follow their tips it's our responsibility, but they give assurance. But for crypto trading, we only learn from our self no experts and no classes.
699  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has gambling affected your life in a good way? on: July 20, 2017, 11:28:24 AM
No. Not at all.
The motto of gambling is "shortcut to huge sum of money"
which is exactly opposite of how life works.

Gamblers are generally a poor manager of money.
This is how gambling actually works and gamblers do really seek out for money thats why they do play gambling and yes its really goes on opposite ways thats why we can really say up that gambling will mostly destroy ones life rather than on helping them with their life on a good way, maybe theres some lessons to be learned but this is just only on personal realization.
Instant money = gambling. That's basically it, no more no less. Knowing the principle of gambling and the edges affected by the casino or online sites, in the long run, you are going to lose that's how it works usually. I don't want to try it but I know that's how everyone knew and experienced.
correct gambling means instant money, so many people attract this gambling very quickly. But they don't know it will kill them instantly. The truth in gambling everyone knows that means we can not make money in gambling. But still, people play and spoil their life we can't help those people. For me, it's not affected in any way because I am not a regular gambler.
700  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: July 20, 2017, 11:23:34 AM
Bad news that still it is raining in Derby where Semi Final of India vs Australia woman was to held and if today the game washout and next day also same happens then Australia will be the winner due to winning more matches. It will be sad if that happens. Hope that Rain god go away and sunshine's so that the match starts.

What? Where's such a rule written? It will be highly unfair to choose another team when both have reached the semi final. In that sense if the final match is a washout, England would win due to a higher run rate. Then no point in watching the match.

Today's match is still just delayed due to rains and it stopped in between. Hopefully they get to play the match with reduced overs atleast but chances of winning are too low. All seem so negative about India winning the match.
The rain stopped toss delayed due to wet outfield. I think the match will start, but overs will reduce that's it. This is not a league game to qualify based on run rate, and this is world cup so they will take some other decision that means they may conduct just 5 or 10 over the match. Let's wait and see I think the match will take off within few minutes.
