Yup, just using the boxfan to achieve some general airflow over the systems. They're currently setup in a less than optimal corner and I didn't want them to cook.

I wasn't faulting you, I use them as well.  WalMart special for $16.

Moved some gear to my new location.

Up to around 8.5 GH/s with gear split between two locations.

Loan principal has been accumulated from mining efforts. The interest will be worked off tomorrow and paid in full to IBM on ~Tuesday.

Sitting on another ~3 GH/s of GPUs, just need a pair of PSUs. At my remote location(the image above) I'll be rotating the current shelf 90 degrees when I add another shelf. These will then have a pair of box fans to get some circulation going. When I eventually thermally overwhelm this location I'll begin venting heat out a pair of windows near this corner. Ambient temperatures are around 50 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and around 30 degrees Fahrenheit at night and will be that way for the next two months or so. Suffice to say the cards are quite happy with the fans barely turning over.

That is a big-ass fan. How hot do summers get in your area?

That's a basic box fan.  They don't blow as much as you'd think for their size.  Smiley

Hello all,

I just got back to my computer after doing the family thing.  I pushed out dividends in a few sendmanys, so you should see them confirming shortly.  Any discrepancies will be sorted tomorrow morning as I'm off to bed now.  The worksheet is coming Monday/Tuesday.  Thanks for your patience.

Dividends will be going out in a few hours, I haven't forgotten.

It shows who is who.  I didn't want to have to go editing multiple sheets each time someone sold their debt.  The d# represent dollar debts, the b# represent bitcoin debts.

@imsaguy Thank you! Could I watch the sheet without sign in Google account?
no

Anyone can view the link, yes.  You can't "subscribe" to it without a google account however.

I've been hearing a lot about shakaru lately on these forums. The threads I mostly see these days tend to be about owed debts or this thread for instance.I'm clueless about what happened to shakaru. Can some1 get me up to date?

Read the link in my signature.

I know this.  This is why I want to be very sure I have accurate info that will portray this community in a positive light with the exception of a few people that will take advantage, as their are in any society.

Imsaguy has collected all the original debt info, what I am looking for now would be where exactly did the money go once it arrived in Shakarus hands.  If my understanding of bitcoin is correct, this is possible to trace.

Then with this a judgment could easily be obtained for everyone with a debt.  In the meantime, if Shakaru comes through with his promises, this won't go forward.  Or if everyone here disagrees with me, I will go forward with my own case, mind you there is btc owed to us too, so it will still be brought up, because I am unable to collect our debt here.

Once Shakaru had the btc, it could have gone to a myriad of places: exchanges, personal wallets, etc.  There's no way to tell unless you're going to subpoena everyone.  MtGox generates private address for each person's deposits, so its not going to be an obvious "oh, that's an exchange transfer".
1373  Other / Archival / Re: Shakaru Class Action on: April 04, 2012, 06:15:32 PM
What I am actually interested in trying to find would be the block chains showing where the money went once it was in  Andrews hands.  We know for a fact it was sent to him.  We know some was sent back to the original investors.  But if we can show the majority was withdrawn directly by him, or used by him online for misc purchases un-related to his op, we have a case where a legal money judgement can be obtained along with wage orders, in case he continues to give promises with no results.

Well, if you had read the thread, you'd see where people listed the addresses they sent to and the address to which they received or were supposed to have received.  Not all of it was done via btc however, some was via Paypal.  Has your lawyer researched the dispute resolution clauses in Paypal's terms of service? What about interstate debts?  I think you're going to find that including the bitcoin piece of this in your legal case is going to drastically complicate things.  Its already been established that payb.tc is owed the largest sum and at the moment he doesn't seem interested to go along with your stuff.

I posted my address in my previous post...
Here is a new address 1K45KnWAHmK12s6xaUiqvjpLtdzTMBA8cJ
I have been waiting to be paid since August and shouldnt I have at least some priority ($150).

My apologies for missing it.  I've sent your share just now.   The problem with determining priority is do you go by amount, by date, etc which is why I opted to ignore dates and distribute based on percentage of debt.  There was a long opportunity to comment on that before now. It stands how it is.
1375  Economy / Services / Re: GPUMAX | The Bitcoin Mining Marketplace on: April 04, 2012, 02:08:42 PM
Been reading through this thread (not very well or thoroughly) but I'm starting to think perhaps a GPUMAX Support thread might come in handy, i.e. a separation between the same crap i spam on here and important stuff you guys talk about =D

I'm not sure if this is the reason I can't connect, but some of my worker information seems on the site to differ from the information I started mining with.

I've tried the original configuration I have, and it doesn't work, I've tried the configuration from the site, it doesn't work.

Should I just try to make a new worker and see if that works?

I've been using GPUMAX for a couple months now, and it's been working perfectly. Since the recent server move/upgrade I haven't been able to connect to GPUMAX with Phoenix2 or CGMiner. I did send an email to support so I'll see what comes of it...

Stupid question, but have you tried restarting your miner(s)?
1376  Other / Archival / Re: Shakaru Class Action on: April 04, 2012, 01:36:41 PM
I find these comments directed at freeway pretty disturbing. Why bash someone who is trying to recover funds wasted by shakaru ? Not to mention how the hell cant shakaru have any of the funds available, did he really blast it all away and only then realised he had no funds available o_0

Makes no sense considering Freeway is putting in effort and shakaru is merely delaying consistently to meet her requests to meet and discuss the issue in person.

freeway has a right to recover her debt

but to me she's acting like a kicking screaming teenage brat that i just couldn't bothered dealing with (i.e. sick of reading it).

And I guess since you are the adult, you are selling your debt on an auction.  I could help you to get more.  But you are impatient and unwilling to go the distance.

I really hope a proper law suit comes from this since I just dont see shakaru owning up to anything after reading everything he had to say in recent days.

It would atleast put bitcoin on the map regarding some legalities and users might start to think twice before wasting other peoples money the way it seems shakaru have gone about things.

It will. Which I is why I started a new thread.  I am afraid some of the info that I will receive through 3rd parties may be compromised as I cannot verify chain of control.  Therefore I am requesting clean copies of everything that can be verified by you the owner/debtor, notarized even, then it can be verified again by forensics that it has not been altered.

DeathandTaxes has a good thread that I am following that can assist in making this a good case.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=49854.msg832083#msg832083

I think the only reason payb.tc is attacking me is, he has a lot to lose, he is auctioning his debt, and he may have been falsely charged with Andrew.  dunno.  IMHO

I have a long time friend who has represented me before.  And would love to take this.  Could make him and BTC very big.  Just my opinion

At some point a person has to wonder... why should they/we trust you?  Some of your behavior does set off red flags.  At first you seemed normal and easy to get along with.  The longer you're around, the less I trust you.  You need to cut the rhetoric and threats out and stick to the facts.

Second, if you are so worried about chain of custody, then perhaps you should have had better/more in depth conversations with those people who collected all this info.  At least see where we initially got our info.  Instead, you've thrown it all out completely and want to start from scratch.  In addition, you want it all via pm so no one can dispute/refute any claims.  Unless someone is going to assign you paperwork that allows you to act on their behalf (again, why should they trust you), they are wasting their time.

Regarding imsaguy's claim of $70 each, I will put my money with my mouth is and offer 10% more than him

I'll make a standing offer right here to buy anyone's 5830's (working condition of course) for $77 - no limit.

I said 70-75.  If you want to quibble over $2, I'm game and will do $79.
