Is it me, or is there just no buying pressure atm? No, seriously, I'm really asking! I don't watch this stuff as much as some of you. All I'm seeing come across are little nibbles.

Ah poor baby scared it might steal some of the BTC profits away. If it can't handle the competition it deserves to die.
It's not that BTC can't handle it, but that the whole idea at risk. Now, it's quickly apparent that you're looking forward to graduating junior high in a few months, but you failed to even address the concern in my post. What GOAL could litecoin have except for bringing down all cryptocurrency?
We are early bitcoin adopters. But we're not the ultra-early innovator types (apologies for anyone reading this who is in that élite group). If BTC becomes even semi-successful reaching even a fraction of critical mass, it may well be (but by no means with certainty) worth $1000 or more per BTC anyway; IMO even n00bs now, including myself, are still early adopters. Aren't there still probably -less- fewer than a half million estimated Bitcoin users worldwide?
Then what would the GOAL of whatever derp coin be but to either A.) Dilute the BTC name/crytpocurrency in general B.)Sucker enough people in so you can cash out ? There isn't a single alt-scam that has ANYTHING even close to being original enough idea to "compliment" BTC besides those two ideas. Plus, but yea. Doesn't even go in this board anyways like Yuhfhrhfr pointed out
The only success litecoin or any alt-scam has is to prove that cryptocurrency is unstable and worthless.
Imagine: "Oh, you use BTC? Try litecoin! Or whatever new one comes out next! Wait...where are you going? Why aren't you taking this seriously?!"
Get out.
We're all sorry that your sad that you weren't an early adopter of BTC and don't have 10,000 stashed away, but trying to ruin the whole thing because of your tears ain't the way to go.

Is the march to $14 in full swing now? Only time will tell...
BUT I SURE HOPE SO!

What exactly qualifies as "to the moon"? $15? $100? $2,145?

its not leet,

The guy dumping want to keep bitcoin stable at $13.37 USD
Oh? Why that specific number? What's so bad about $13.38?
If who ever dumped was hoping to induce panic they clearly failed. I wonder if they are going to try and buy back their coins at all. If they are....they better do it now.

Canadians are more bullish then ever
I'm sorry. There is just no evidence that Canadians exist.

Up 10% Down 5%
BEARS WIN LULZ HUR HUR HUR
*Bear logic*

Try to cause a panic.
Yup. I just hope that when these dumps happen the BTC gets dispersed among many different buyers, reducing the number and size of these dumps in the future.

Adam, I think you're underplaying how big this rally will be. I mean, I don't really feel like you've SOLD it.

Pretty healthy rise recently no one is concerned about a bubble? I'm all for price increases but this has been a bit steep IMHO. Is this block halving influenced?
it may be bubble, but this feels healthier for some reason. Halving def a part of it.

Hello! Pirate who?
I'm in the "internet cash" camp. The world is becoming more digitally connected and it is time that we move beyond having hundreds of currencies. If I want to buy/sell something in India or Australia I should be able to do so without first paying out to a dozen middlemen and waiting two weeks for payment to clear.

Your best bet to get BTC is to either buy them or offer a good/service for BTC.
No, BTC isn't a get-rich-quick scheme nor is it about printing free money. Litecoin and all the other alt coins ARE just schemes full of people emo-sad that they aren't rich yet and are hoping to build that get rich scheme and once they do make another alt coin rinse repeat. Alt coins are NOT about creating a new economy the way BTC is.
