I received an email very quickly with confirmation of my orders. However, they did say they tried to resend my email confirmations and never received it. I checked my spam box also and it was not there. I sent back and email and confident I will receive a quick response. Walletbit has been pretty good on my end!
I'm in an identical position - My orders have been confirmed by Walletbit and I was told that confirmation emails had been sent, but I've not received them. Same for me, did not receive the confirmation email. They could not confirm my shipping address if I did not send the information first. I reopened the ticket. Support is pretty good and fast thus far! |

I guess the charge back issue could overcome as easy as a simple contract. Lay it all out they have to agree to purchase, including their BTC address, no refunds, etc. You provide proof that the transaction was made. So, if they try a chargeback, you just show that to Paypal or the Credit Card company, and have a standard file of proof of transaction, agreement, etc.
What am I missing?

If anyone cares my support ticket no 187 opened on feb 2nd has not been answered. I am trying to decide how long i should wait before i give up and put the money to some other use.

@grondilu Je n'ai pas vraiment envie de me lancer dans un débat sans fin où nous ne risquons pas de trouver d'accord, car nos opinions divergent. Ce que je veux dire par manque d'humanité n'est pas de donner des voitures à n'importe qui. Dans le vidéo que j'ai posté, une ancienne employée dit que les banques prêtent parfois trop à des individus dont elles connaissent exactement la capacité de remboursement. Oui, les emprunteurs doivent être responsables, mais pour une banque d'étouffer quelqu'un sous les dettes (en donnant 10 cartes de crédit) en sachant qu'elle ne peut que rembourser les intérêts c'est un manque d'humanité et probablement de responsabilité aussi. Pourtant c'est parfaitement logique d'un point de vue mathématique et pour les actionnaires. Je peux trouver plein d'autres exemples, mais je préfère vous laisser débattre. J'ai trop de travaux scolaires.  |

Ce qui cloche avec les banques c'est leur manque d'humanité. Pas seulement les banques, mais probablement le système capitaliste dans son ensemble. Il est plus important selon moi de privilégier les besoins des individus dans leur ensemble que celui d'une poignée d'actionnaires. To put things very plainly:
I believe some people are upset that they have paid for an Avalon ASIC unit and received no confirmation email from Avalon themselves. These emails are important and they help to settle doubt.
It's pretty easy to see that you guys are still sorting through the preorders, that is fine, but just know that a simple email saying "we received your payment, your shipping address is..." can go very far.
