Da eine vielzahl an Händlern ja auch nicht so schnell zu überzeugen gewesen wären, Bitcoin als Zahlungsmittel zu akzeptieren, verbleiben die Coins einfach bei Paypal und der Händler erhält weiterhin Fiat Money. Keine Blockchaintransaktion - keine hohen Transaktionskosten  Für Händler entsteht daher auch keinerlei Risiko wenn "Bitcoin Accepted" auf der Website steht. Eigentlich clever gelöst und eine Nachricht welche wieder zu einem kleinen Kurs-Push führen könnte, auch wenn es mit echten Bitcoinzahlungen eigentlich gar nichts zu tun hat. Sinn und Zweck von Paypal ist es auch nie gewesen irgendwelche Blockchaintransaktionen zu realisieren. Für Paypal ist die finanzielle Geldmitteldeckung wichtiger. Vorteil von Bitcoin ist, dass Paypal diese entweder bei sich in der Wallet hält oder in wenigen Minuten vom Nutzer übertragen bekommt bevor die Zahlungsabwicklung ausgelöst wird. Somit hat Paypsl im voraus den sicheren Mittelzufluss, anders als jetzt, wo Paypsl quasi bei Bestellung des Kunden in Vorleistung geht und hofft, dass das Konto vom Kunden auch gedeckt ist. Ein cleverer Weg. Den Vorteil Bitcoin final bei Bezahlung zu erhalten hat eher der Händler bei echter P2P Zahlung - das sollte eigentlich PayPal und ihre Gebühren usw obsolet machen.
