Looks like Huobi is leading this rally?

And people say China doesn't matter... Bitstamp WILL follow, definitely.

Sad rade novi softver foruma, bit ce online dogodine mislim.

1723  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are your opinion about 2014 World Cup? Which team do you support? on: June 06, 2014, 09:13:24 AM
I'll me supporting Croatia, even though they suck. The World Cup is going to be huge, but it's really unnecessary - the money they've spent in building and organization. It could've been done for far less.

E to neznam, znat cu ti rec za 10 dana kad me isplati.

Enivej, jel trejdate ista?

Jesi vidio vijesti jucer?

Ogromne vijesti.
1725  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 06, 2014, 09:01:46 AM
If not for the good news about PayPal and eBay, this would be one of the most boring weeks in Bitcoin's history Grin

1727  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Android wallet with coin mixer? on: June 06, 2014, 08:59:26 AM
If something, bitcoin-qt and Armory allow coin control. You can choose from what addresses you will send your BTC. That way you could actually try and mix some.

As I've also posted, Metcalfe's law isn't quite good...
1731  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 06, 2014, 08:13:49 AM
How odd :

Stamp ATH : 1163
Stamp december minima : 382

1163/382 = 3.044
sqrt(1163/382) = 1.7448

Geometric mean = 382 * 1.7448 ~= 666

(and 666* 1.7448 = 1163)

perfect.

Sorry to insist, but am I the only one to find this significant ?

Holy crap! BitSatan!
But that could be done anyhow, you're just searching for numbers that lead up to 666 Grin
1732  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 06, 2014, 08:07:36 AM
Nevertheless, BTCChina is still keeping above 4000 CNY.
1733  Economy / Speculation / Re: What happens when Paypal accepts Bitcoin ? on: June 06, 2014, 08:05:20 AM
In many countries outside of USA, it's hard to link normal checking bank account with PP. Only credit cards are available. So, for example, many are not able to buy expensive things on ebay / shops, because their credit card can stretch, let say, up to 500-1000EUR.

Even if PP only allows to deposit BTC and immediately converts it to EUR, it's still gonna be useful for many people. And anyone without a credit/debit card is going to have a chance to buy online anywhere PP is accepted.

I think, in the short run, having PP on board is great, but we don't need PP at all in the long run, though.

Completely agreed. I hope that will come quite soon. With PayPal starting accepting, there will be mass adoption. There's a possibility of being able to buy BTC with PayPal too.

"What are the main drivers of the Bitcoin price?
Evidence from wavelet coherence analysis"

=> http://arxiv.org/pdf/1406.0268v1.pdf

I've posted this yesterday. It's a great read.

Why all the positive fud ? we are stabilizing at 650 nothing to see here.

So you think. You'll see the activity later today and tomorrow Wink
1735  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Never make a ROI on: June 06, 2014, 07:53:11 AM
You're so better off buying Bitcoin. It's really better for everyone, even for non-miners.
1736  Other / Off-topic / Re: How long have you had your Bitcoin Address? on: June 06, 2014, 07:49:59 AM
I started with bitcoin about eight months ago. I still use the same and only btc address. Is it better to change addresses or doesn't it mather?

As long as you don't expose your private key, you're perfectly safe.
1737  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going to the MOON? I dont think so... on: June 06, 2014, 07:49:19 AM
There's been too many threads about these news lately. Yes, we're going to the Moon, and Mars, and Jupiter.
1738  Other / Archival / Re: remove on: June 06, 2014, 07:46:06 AM
Stupid virtual monies.
1739  Other / Off-topic / Re: How long have you had your Bitcoin Address? on: June 06, 2014, 07:44:48 AM
Got one for cold storage of almost all of my BTC. It's a few months old. There are other addresses for smaller amounts that are older and some are newer.
1740  Other / Off-topic / Re: The Real Reason You're Circumcised on: June 06, 2014, 07:42:01 AM
My parents told nothing about it. I'm mature enough and know the advantages of doing it.

At the age of eight, you decided, without reference to your parents, to get your foreskin cut off? Did you also drive to and from the hospital?

You can wrap circumcision up in as many macho fallacies as you like, but in the end, it's still the unthinking mutilation of a human too young to decide for themselves.

Haha. I can imagine him in hospital waking up after surgery and immediately lighting up a cigar and doing bicep curls from his hospital bed. Maybe he actually didn't go to hospital for it though. In some countries they just cut it off with no anaesthetic or anything. Brutal. Maybe it does make you a man if you can withstand that.

Most women in my country like circumcised men. If you are uncircumcised then you have lower chance of getting laid.

It proves that you are man and can accept pain. It is my will to do it. I was not force or anything. I was circumcised when I was 8.

How do the women know? Do they ask you if you're uncircumcised or not before they start dating you? Or maybe you're about to have sex with a woman for the first time and as you whip out your cock she sees you're uncut and decides to call time on the relationship?
Dunno how the courting process works where you are, but in my country, single men (and sometimes married) go to bars, stand in a straight line, and swing their dicks around in circles until a woman decides they're worth mating with. This helps greatly to weed out the drunks, who are more likely to result in unenjoyable company.

Haha. Enduring image. I prefer the term 'windmilling' their dicks.
