Hi,

I'm new here and still don't have many posts, but I was wondering if you would please consider me to be able to be able to qualify for the signature giveaway? I'm likely to become more and more active as time goes on.

Thank you Smiley

You'll have to advance in your forum rank. Depending on time or the number of your posts. Stay patient Smiley
You could maybe try another campaign that allows newbies and come back later.

A i nije toliko zapelo Smiley .

I was programming with java a while ago, and that Is the only language I really know and I know other very little so I don't have to compare but I love programming with java I would say it's a cool programming language.

Hold on to Java. There's a lot of money in there these days with all the smartphones Wink

It takes forever to get the activity up! Geez!

Well at least you just got your post count up... useless posts Wink

ONTOPIC, I know there has been discussion about Stunna changing the signature campaign to weekly and raising the prices, but has it been confirmed?  I didn't see Stunna actually post that, could someone direct me to it?

Here ya go,

Next term we will be offering the highest rates once again by a long shot (Not just over cutting a bit). We will also be considering doing weekly payouts Smiley.

Thanks for your continued support guys.

That is a pretty bold statement, the "not just over cutting a bit" part. Very exciting to see the new prices.

My guess would be 0.0006, 0.001, 0.0015 and 0.002 starting from member to hero member.

What do you guys think?Cheesy

Thats a very great news hope we can see some change after 17th

Yeah you never know, but Stunna has surprised me many times. Smiley

Tj. tocnije, zanima me kako ide zbrajanje tih "konstruktivnih" postova. Sto jekonstruktivno a sto nije?
Npr. jel ovo konstruktivan post?

Jel to sad konstruktivan post?

1573  Other / Off-topic / Re: The Coming Digital Anarchy on: June 10, 2014, 12:06:26 PM
Anarchy does have its drawback.

Don't forget scammers thrive in this kind of environment.

Even without government, there is the majority of people... Scammers would be dealt with.

How so? Look at how badly bitcoin has dealt with scammers. A lot of people who were once Anarchists or sympathetic to the cause are no longer after seeing the reality of bitcoin.

People make mistakes. And then people learn.
Look at all the threads here in the Marketplace. People don't get scammed as easy as they used to.

There's a saying: "If you burn yourself with hot water, you'll be careful with the cold water too."

Why not collect faucet & invest in Bitcoin at 2011

I might have $100 - $10000 now  Sad

Yeah, I remember when faucets used to give 1 BTC each time. Nostalgia again Cheesy

Back to $650 on Bitstamp. Feels okay.

Let's hope we start rushing upwards these days.

Yeah i played it too. I think best Need for Speed game is Need for Speed: Most Wanted.

I liked the Need for Speed with Porsches on PSone. It's also a great game from my childhood.
Had great gameplay.

That looks like a fairly awesome app for Android users.    I have an IPhone, so there is no iphone version.  Maybe someday soon Apple will allow the return of some of these kinds of apps to the ITunes store?

In case you missed the news, they already allow bitcoin apps again.
Now it is up to the developers.

YES>>>> I saw some of the new articles about Apple re-allowing some of the crypto-currency apps (possibly applying to bitcoin transmittal and storage apps).

Accordingly, I have been searching the Apple Itunes store for "new" or "renewed" bitcoin apps.  Initially, I thought that the Coinbase and Blockchain app would re-emerge in the store (since they were already there in December 2013 and March 2014 respectively), and then probably we would witness some other apps in the ITunes store... such as the cool Coinbase related app that you pointed out (Coinbase Trader).... however, so far, NO new or returning apps have appeared in the ITunes store.

Certainly, there has been some statements of optimism in the bitcoin space concerning this news concerning Apple; however, I remain of the belief that the proof of the pudding is in the eating, and I will believe it when I see certain kinds of bitcoin apps (such as wallets and transmitting apps) reappear in the ITunes store.  Crossing my fingers - hoping for the best.

Circle (or similar) translated in every language and some form off facebook integration would be great!

My understanding regarding the initial Circle.com roll out is that it is ONLY going to be serving customers with USA banking accounts, and as we all likely realize, USA - centric businesses do NOT tend to be too quick in recognizing any kind of need for other languages, other than English.

On the other hand, to give appropriate props to Circle,  Circle does seem to have international aspirations... accordingly, it will likely be expanding its reach outside of the USA in coming years... but, I anticipate that it is focusing on the USA to be its initial lucrative market.. and means to get its feet wet in the bitcoin space... and then will likely attempt to expand "USA acceptable" practices on a global level (maybe with some local specific tinkering here and there).  Maybe, for good or for bad, Circle views itself as the McD's of bitcoin?   Cheesy Grin Wink   M

REMEMBER THAT: You heard it here, first, maybe we can name-change Circle to "McC's"?

Good thing circle is useless anyway, but i really dislike any kind of company that limits their service to the USA. Especially internet companies which have no reason to exclude the rest of the world.

It's the 3-letter agencies. What else could it be?

How is BTC-E's fiat deposits and withdraws? Are they any fast? Never really trusted in using that page for bigger amounts of cash since it looks so.. amateurish.

I believe they are okay. The usual 3-5 days I think. But true, the design is a bit archaic for today's standards.

The reality is less fancy sites are more trustable. Just for an example, I'm showing u this site => https://oilrigcontractors.com ...How well designed it is ...is not it ? But its a SCAM site. Even if u look at Google.com ...they are blank. But they are great in their business. From my little experience in the web I have seen this is true at different times. Less fancy sites are more trustworthy.

this may or may not be true in general. in the case of btc-e, though, i agree. ugly/archaic looking interface, but the best exchange around.

It's okay for us who don't care about how it looks, but what about new adopters who come in and say: what is this geocities crap?

It's ranging with deep web websites.
