Guys please stop getting mad at me for posting charts of how a downwards scenario would play out. My charts are mostly geared towards swing traders and daytraders so they would know where good trading points are if certain scenarios play out, where to find support and resistance, and how to watch for a breakout. NONE of my postings just tell people to sell their bitcoins now. In fact, for people who don't want to bother with trading, I recommend a long term holding strategy, as I am very bullish on a 2-5 year perspective and think that $10,000+ could be reached.

Mislim da nije bas PDV iznos, nego neki porez na profit mozda..al nije ni taj daleko...taj ti je nekih 20% mozda... Sta stvarno imas toliko para? Bilo je vec na 1200 dolara, bit ce i opet. A onda ce bit i jos vise. Btw. u Bitcoinu sam od 2010, i nekoliko mjeseci sam bio mali developer za bitcoind, ali mi se to vise nije dalo. Mislim, nema love u open-sourceu. Majnao sam dosta vremena, puno coina sam imao, prodao jos vise prerano. Sad sam tu negdje, skupljam s ovim potpisom neku sicu, to ce vrijedit dosta u slijedecih par godina. A preostale coine cuvam, da mi osiguraju stan i donekle bezbrizan zivot u nekoj drugoj drzavi. fun-fact: bitcoin-qt je u ranim verzijama majnao BTC sa CPU dok je bio upaljen i to se nije moglo blokirat. Zapravo je tjerao ljude da prave novce |

I bet you 1 bitcoin that some time during the lifespan of bitcoin the price will rise above the $580 range. If this does not happen in the next 5 years, I give you a bitcoin. Sound fair? Jel itko ovdje iskesirao vise od par milijuna kuna od Bitcoina? Kako pravdate porijeklo imovine, te kakav porez placate?
Eh, to je i mene zanimalo. Doduse, nemam bas problem s milijunima..ali prosle godine nesto manje od 10.000,00kn...preko Bitstampa sjelo na racun. Pravim se blesav dok me netko ne pita. Ali mislim da ima neka fora kod nas u zakonima da do 10k ni ne pitaju i ne moras prijavljivat..? Ali to nisam 100% siguran, pa bolje sami provjerite. Inace, frend iz Norveske je prosle godine majnao cca 500USD dnevno...porezna pitala odakle mu, on rekao da je kopao bitcoine, pokazao im racune za graficke i ostalo sto je koje je kupovao za farmu, objasnio im kako to funkcionira, uslikao farmu sa papirom na kojem je njegovo ime i prezime...i rekli sve 5 majstore, obracunali nekakav porez. Al to je Norveska...  Kod nas imam feeling da bi se usrali da im dodjes prijavit parsto tisuca kuna i kad bi im isao objasnit odakle ti to...vjerojatno bi te pustili pa tek za par godina te dosli hapsit jer kao nisi prijavio Bas me zanima da li je netko to uspio regulirati s poreznom i po kojoj stopi je platio porez, pa da je miran. Ja sam dosad nekih sto tisuca kuna s Bitstampa prebacio na racun. Nitko me nista nije pitao zasad. Ali sad je tu stvar s puno vecom kolicinom novca. Ne majnam, tako ne mogu pravdat. A neznam bi li mi vjerovali da vide da trejdam... Ili mogu posrat da mi je Primedice dao sve to Sta ja znam, ne vjerujem da su toliko pametni da znaju pratit porijeklo Bitcoina, pa bi se tu mozda moglo nesto smutit, neznam. |

I wonder what will happen when people realize that it's way, waaaaaay unprofitable to mine and start buying bitcoins instead!!!  Won't happen. By that time, the tx fees will give the profit. Also when Bitcoin is uber mainstream and all blocks are mined, there will be A LOT of BTC in blocks, only from the tx fees, and that makes it really profitable. I believe you know that now block rewards are 25 BTC + tx fees. I know all that, but bitcoin mining is already unprofitable! That's what I am saying! No, it's not. GHash.io is unprofitable, normal mining isn't. |

I'm also working on a few automated strategies for the trading itself if anyone's interested in collaborating. I'm mainly watching to see if the support at $550 holds. If not, I'd expect a test of the next closest trendline below that. The buy signal from Tech Trader a few days back ended up working quite well. Is anyone else taking an automated approach to this? I think the divergence pattern was obvious and didn't need any tools. The eye looking at raw price and volume is the best tool. The point of my post was that the automation is good enough to catch and trade these setups on its own. I didn't mean you needed it as a crutch to guide your trading. That's not what it's meant for. I was asking if anyone was doing anything like this as well (fully automated swing trading, not just using tools). My own trading is still often better than the automation, but it's nice to know I can walk away if I needed to or focus on other things with my time.  I'm looking into writing a trading bot, but I don't know how to make one yet, I'm trying to learn it. I don't trust third party bots so I want to make it myself. Don't. They cannot see what people can see. Trade yourself, even if it's two trades a day. You're so much better on your own than using bots. |
