Agreed. I had a buddy years ago that had to be circumcised in his early 20's, something to do with the foreskin not stretching enough and his erection would be incredibly painful. He went through excruciating pain after the surgery. Guy I work with had it done in his teens, very painful as well apparently So glad I had it done when I was a baby and can't remember it. Then again, whats to say I didn't suffer deep mental trauma from it that hasn't gone away? That's a very strange reason for justifying your circumcision. What if your friend had a heart bypass? Personally I'm glad to live in a country where there isn't a tradition of unthinking mutilation of babies. Most women in my country like circumcised men. If you are uncircumcised then you have lower chance of getting laid. It proves that you are man and can accept pain. It is my will to do it. I was not force or anything. I was circumcised when I was 8. It doesn't prove anything of the sort. It does show you were cajoled into being mutilated by your parents, as you were not of an age to make such a decision rationally yourself (apparently nor were your parents). My parents told nothing about it. I'm mature enough and know the advantages of doing it. Advantages? |

(still a huge fan none the less) Yes, agreed; this is why I'm so attracted to smoking, the nicotine makes me feel remotely normal, or in the very least not my typical self. I could stop, but then I'd feel like shit again, so the negative health effects balance out with that. This. Sometimes I would decide that I'm gonna stop smoking. Then it was like: "Oh look! A cigarette!" |

I don't know, I'm starting to feel kind of bearish. The volume in this thread is pretty dismal right now, and while bots can inject some liquidity, there's only so much they can do if the fundamentals aren't there. Maybe we've reached saturation and it's all downhill from here. On a "serious" note, though - does anyone have a way to get the growth rate for this thread? that would be an interesting chart... Never feel bearish. Remember that one time it was worth less than $1 And for a graph of this thread, maybe Adam could come up with something. |

I assume Paypal is going to act is a wallet in a way other wallets currently can't: you can access your bitcoins from the paypal wallet, and convert them into any fiat you like during a paypal purchase. That is a great impovement compared to the currently existing wallets, especially if fiat to bitcoin is accepted as well.
Hopefully payments in bitcoin are allowed as a payment option as well using the blockchain. I am however quite sure you won't see a bitcoin address on eBay, because paypal acts as escrow taking fees.
But if it converts to fiat when you pay, then it's not different than BitPay. |

Bitcoin really is on its way for mass adoption. Look at all the Bitcoin ATMs. And they aren't just staying there, people are buying BTC!
That's true if the ATM is around people will use it and that will mean more unique users in the long run to increase bitcoin adoption Got to love those things With the recent news of Dish, Apple and ebay interested or adopting bitcoins, the adoption can only grow and ATM will help in this task. Even PayPal. Shit just got real. It's huge news. Can't wait when we hit $1000 again. The media coverage will be huge. |
