That's not a problem for the Heat because they are not paying him too much. if his presence is needed, then be it, because the team just don't need physical toughness but mental toughness as well, and for sure with his experience, he can help the team to improve on that part. Have you still remember when Haslem and Butler had some issue, I think Haslem thought Butler was too soft to be a leader that time. Yes.
